I dint like the service, I have gone for hair cut and shaving. Very poor service, not friendly and the person who has trimmed my beard also cut my lip and blood came out. There was no head massage service for men. Really disappointed with the service.

An awesome experience, with an ambient place, great people who just listens to what exactly we want, the reception area, the hairstylist, I would definitely recommend this salon to all my friends and relatives.

Got it what I wanted. My hairstyle was up to my satisfaction. Staffs were friendly helpful

I had a haircut and beard design from Sachin, he did it really well and suggested what would suit for us.i really liked his work

receptionist intentionally DO NOT give membership card so that they can charge extra,
Upfront they will tell us that they will give membership card after service and at the time of payment, they will tell server is not working

If the server is NOT working then how the bill is generated

More of money minded and not as a good service as earlier. Forcefully they cross sell the products and twhen we refuse to by them the service level drops. Stopped going there

Comb reused without cleaning after using it on numerous customers.place not cleaned after others use
, clients are made to sit on the same dirty chair.

This place doesn’t deserve single star also. I visited twice they didn’t even ready give service. I don’t know what kind of clients they will be having.always receptionist says not available.worst service ever by naturals.

The facial and eyebrows threading I got done by Ms Babita was absolutely fabulous. There was no drawback. (Which is rare) Waxing by Ms Manisha and ms Sheela was very smooth and well done.
Loved the service. Would visit again.

One of the best salons in town. Please ask for Nihal to get special care and services e he is one of the best guys working there. He definitely deserves a raise!

It's a very good salon.
Except 2 things.
1) that they are not able to hire skilled stylists. Only azam is available as a senior stylist and he's always booked/busy/unavailable.
2) their work timings are in sync with corporate work timings. 10-745 ish. A working person will find it very difficult to get a service done here.

The service here is excellent. Maneesha has done a great job, i loved her simplicity and politeness. Its a great salon to get yourself groomed

Got my hair straightened here, great work done by Ms. Usha, I always come to Naturals only. They suggest good haircare tips, pleasant staff and ambience. Definately recommended.

Worst place to get hair color. They use essensity. But whatever the process they are doing is worst. Maybe not putting activatir in correct proportions. The color fades away in a few weeks. And doesnt apply hair color properly on every strand. Just does a Mediocre job. But total waste of money. A complimentary hair spa is promised but never did that. Only does shampooing and washing. Also since i have sensitive skin i asked for aloevera wax, but they cannot give that and i have to settle for the wax they already have heated up for previous customer. I did my engagement makeup here. It was the worst. The senior lady stylist i believe is usha but shes the worst. Never take her services. Especially for coloring and makeup.

Be careful before you ask for anything here. They add up unnecessary costs and make you pay for more that what you expect. If you have membership, please make sure that they have included that discount as well before you pay.

As a conclusion, I liked the service the stylists had to offer but not from the franchise. Kind of puts your mood off.

Usha is great at her job. Recommended good hair colour and very professional. I am very much satisfied with her service.

It's very unprofessional saloon. Today we availed services. And they charged extra amount without any explanation of services. A lady name usha said sorry I forgot to inform now you will have to pay. It's was highly embarrassing for me to talk about bill at time of payment. It's not matter of money it's matter of honesty and transparency. You can't just charge anything name its creative design nd all. It's all about making money.

I had my bridal makeup done by Ms. Usha. The entire team at Naturals were all very professional and courteous. Ms Usha did a fantastic job, she was very deft, fast, meticulous and very professional. Thank you for helping make my day even more special!

Excellent haircut and very polite and friendly manner, Sachin did a great job here, just disappointed with the pricing, felt a bit overpriced as 295 for a haircut which shouldn't be that pricy.

Usha did a great job with threading! I sincerely recommend to those who wants to get their eyebrows shaped precisely and well rest all other services are fantastic.

I appreciate the hair stylist's ideas and out look on hair colouring and styling. The manager is generous to consider your preferences. I hope they continue to bloom and provide their best service. Would definately recommend this place.

To be particular Mr. Sachin and Mr. Asam are doing great job here. They are loyal and religious to their job and I have my haircut for about last 2 years. You can just give your head without caring about anything to those 2 guys. They are caring for us and if you ask them suggestions, they are giving out best results. Better take membership which will save you a lot of money every time.

I did eyebrow treading. It was quite disappointed and I was shocked by seeing my eyebrow. They apologized but why should we sacrifies for this unprofessional service. One request to Naturals. Kindly appoint good professionals.

Very good for the present covid situation very much cleanliness and they provide us all the things belonging to covid care though they charge for that very good place for the current situation

The Staff is.polite n friendly.hygiene is properly maintained. Quality of service too is excellent

I am regular visitor and member. Anmol & Alphonse were good stylist who left now. Last 2 visits there was no hot water for shampooing which is irritating. If you charging this much hot water can be fixed which is essential. If not buy a cheap iron rod for hot water.

They have increased the Rates.
Their purple Card is of no use.
Charging for the Hand, disposable cloth.
Had to wait for 20 minutes to get the service.

They are providing mask.gloves.shoe cover.but the funny thing is person providing all this is not wearing any gloves and mask.
Even on the entrance the manager himself not wearing any mask.
Please be prepared.

Felt good for their precautions to prevent covid-19 spread.
You people can make sure everyone wear mask inside. It's not a personal choice.

Please don't opt for the membership plan here. It can be suspended by the management arbitrarily. There will be no refund either.

The staff leave you unattended halfway without notice. Been to other Naturals Salon, never experienced this before. Try avoiding on weekends.

The saloon chain amongst most popular one's in Bangalore. They are absolutely professional in hair and boday facial treatments. This saloon is situated right on the Jeevanbima Main road. Their pricing is reasonable for few services while a bit on higher end for few other. Although whatever you take as service would not be regretted, and you are asured to be satisfied.

Staff is nice and cordial. Attended by Ms. Anjali. Infrastructure could be improved upon. Good thing is they listen to your feedback and work on it.

This place is good because I like the people of this place. It is easy to book the slot according to your convenience. Place is neat and clean but the colour option is little tricky here. Rest everything is fine. A must visit place.

Visited here for a pedicure and the service was really good. I opted for Coco butter pedicure and Chandini who provided the service did the work really well.

Bad experience. Charged Rs. 1180 for a basic haircut (shoulder length) and without any hair wash
They force you to get a spa done along with a haircut (lowest Rs. 1500) and buy their products. Haircut took less than 10minutes.

They treat customers with high patience. Listen to my requirement and do accordingly. "Azam" was very professional n gave a nice haircut.
