I went there for waxing. The worst experience I ever faced. Now my legs are full of ingrown hairs and tiny bumps. The lady who did my waxing was so inexperienced, she burnt my legs and I reminded her to use powder often. I am writing this becuase I really want no one would ever face this terrible experience.
A hairstylist named Naresh was recommending expensive products ans services even after denying for several times. And calls from his personal number to avail service. Upon that his services was also not great.

Visited naturals btm for my keratin treatment today. Can’t express my gratitude in words, the service was excellent. The stylist Mr. Naresh had tremendous experience and passion in this field and he was never tired of answer my never ending questions. He gave me proper instructions on each and every step he performed along with he explained each and every steps we need to maintain it the same way. The procedure lasted 4 hours but it was worth it.

This is the worst salon I have ever I gone to for head massage. The head massage was only done for 5 minutes and the person put oil and washed it, that was the head massage. I am not happy at all with the service! Naresh is the guy who gave the service. Not recommend at all for any service! Thank you!
