I got my service by chandra in Gandhi Bazar. She communicatied very well. And the work was very good. Iam satisfied by the work.

I usually come to this salon for hair treatment service like smoothening, spa, keratin. These services done by Divya. She is so friendly and excellent in her work and she give ideas to maintain good hair. She is good at other services also. I personally prefer others to do services under Divya especially for hair. Thanks

I got my service done by Sridevi at Naturals Gandhi Bazar. I am extremely happy with her service. Sridevi is very patient and professional in her work. Did not ask me unnecessary questions or force anything on me. She even explained every step very clearly and ensured I was comfortable. She did not use any shortcuts in her work and took her time to offer good service. I will definitely choose her for my services next time and will recommend her to others as well. She was extremely good in head massage and facial which I got done this time.
However, ambience of the place can be improved further and can be maintained well in terms of infrastructure also. I found the door hook broken in one room and chair cover torn too. There was a dead cockroach in one corner. This branch's ambience and infrastructure is not as good as other branches I have visited.

Had a very bad experience with the same lady, last year when I had visited she had recommeded heel peel and after applying the cream and wrapping with a cover she vanished for half hour. I started experiencing severe burning sensation and I couldn't remove the cover, I was calling for help but no one attended. After a long time the lady came back and even after telling her my feet is burning she is taking her own sweet time to remove the cover. I had a second degree burn and had to visit hospital because of this and it took around 2 months to heel completey. Today 13th June I had attended for a simple eyebrow threading and they had assigned the same lady for assistance who did such a horrible job that I had to walk out even before she finished. I hope you guys fire her as I don't want anyone else to experience the same thing which I had to go through. I visited this salon because thinking everyone is very professional but really had bad experience because of this one assistant.

Well maintained Hygiene and well trained staff and service. Ms Sridevi's hands are magic. It was a superb service by her.thank you and I would recommend her service to all.

Easy to locate. Clean and hygienic place. But service was very poor. Visited on 2nd Feb around 5.15pm. No hairwash was provided after haircut. Not very expensive but service was poor for their price.

They follow good hygiene. The prices have increased owning to more consumables being used so ask the price beforehand to avoid surprises.

Do not get haircuts here. I don't know if they are not trained properly or choose to mess up my hair, but at more than one instance, they have given me extremely uneven haircuts. The person seems to be in a hurry all the time. No value for money. Very dissappointed because a hair cut isn't something that can be undone soon and I have to wait for months with this weird cut. Visited the salon on 20th May, at around 4pm.

The products used may not be upto the mark. Have been facing of hair damage the volume of my hair almost halfed after this. Totally unsatisfied

I had been here for the first time for Hair cut, and i felt that it was overcharged. They charged, 1000+GST for hair cut. When questioned, they answered, saying we did hair wash and hair setting after the hair cut. Which i feel, every salon does this. May not visit here again

They have recieved us well. Though I've missed the appointment they made reservation on the spot. Receptionist was very friendly and explained the details very well. I feel the menu should have details rather than just the names of the packages.

Salon decor was good but once you enter you have wierd smell, AC not good enough and leaks.over all a ok place.

Staff in front desk are very noisy! Saloon doesn't sound pleasant.they play music on their phones, talk so loudly! It's annoying. Saloon is supposed to be open till 9 and 7 50 services are all closed. Not a nice feel!

Excellent service is provided everytime and not a single moment of dissatisfaction is felt. The beauticians are very patient in serving the customers with great gratitude. Except the price which is quite expensive but worth for the quality they serve.

Worst massage i've received in my entire life - the so called massage therapist was clearly unexperienced, the room smelled like hell and they gave me used towels. STAY AWAY

Their prices are extremely expensive. For hair wash and hair set they charged Rs 1770. And don’t even give me d bill. The way they set the hair is so bad. It could not even stand for 20 mins. I called them n told about dis. Again I went to salon got my setting done. Dat also could not even stand for an hour. Hair also got too damaged for getting d hair setting done twice n did not even get proper look. This is the worst hair set I've ever seen. I m very much disappointed by d service.

The salon is neatly maintained. I have been coming to this salon for years now and have always been getting my services done from Divya. She is very sweet and is always attentive to my needs. Would love to see some long term loyalty credits options that can be availed!

Very bad service.never go to this place.they used expired wax.my hands r fulls of blisters coz of that.i hd an appointment already but then also they didn’t had normal wax ready n used some bad wax.never believe them.guys plz think once before going there.coz its yr skin n u r paying them

I went for the 1st time only coz I had a coupon of 500 rs. I came to know after going that far that I can only use the coupon if I take a service worth 1000.that also ok but again tax! I took a pedicure worth 1000 bucks! They just soaked my feet for a looong time and nothing was good.not even a good foot massage.barely for 5 mins.not worth your money.don't waste on Naturals.

The staff act pricey! ! And seem to b busy with themselves. Just for a haircut for my daughter they say I Shud seek appointment. I don't see any rush in the salon though!

Worst place. Only money minded people. I have done smoothening and after 3 days spa. It is ok ok. Very much disappointed. After 10 days, end part still rough and dry inspite of the smoothening. They took more amount from me. Then after 3 days, for spa they took 3800.same spa (very good) i have done in other branch of naturals (same state within 5 kms) for 2000.i wont recommend people to go here in concern with money matters. Service may or may not differs.management is very poor.

I liked this branch of Naturals. The ambience is good and services taken from Ambika were really great. I will be a regular from now.
