Last month keratin treatment done by Mr. Tilak actually he was very professional, polite and good human being and he have so much patience while doing the keratin treatment.
He gave some tips how to maintain the hair, knowledge person in his own field.

1). This is my second keratin treatment with creative haircut at Naturals salon Dommasandra.
The salon is well maintained clean and hygiene. I recommend Naturals.

No consideration for time, had to wait for almost 2 hours to get a haircut even though the appointment was booked. We specified which barber we want to get the haircut from, and he told it would be another 15 mins (he was doing a haircut for another person), he told it will be our turn next, but after that he called someone else for the haircut, highly unprofessional considering we had taken the appointment.

I had eyebrow threading done here. Very good service by Bisaka. Indeed a skilled professional!

Very bad experience. Had Hair color and hair cut by Tilak 2weeks ago
Told him clearly that I'm doing hair color for the 1st time. He applied color and didn't tell the brand nd after color care.
Hair cut was super. But after the hair color, color is fading daily after wash and hair become very rough (my hair naturally straight nd soft). He is very unprofessional and had to pay nearly 7k for these, which had a life of 2 weeks. Hair color is spreading to my bath towel and dress and after every wash

May be he used low quality product as I was new to hair coloring nd doing for the 1st time.

They have started showing attitude now. Even after booking the slot and confirming on the confirmation call they don’t entertain nor do they attain customer. They don’t even have courtesy to let customer know about delays and simply make them wait and then ask to come again. Getting pathetic.

My 2 year old boy is so comfortable with Mark, an employee. He makes kids so comfortable and make them feel good.

The lady who works as a receptionist there doesn't care about her job.she doesn't even know how to operate the card machine she is very slow and she is not helpfull at all and the ac is not at all working in summer the shop is so hot and the receiptionst keeps on talking to the barber and she distracts him not helpful at all. Worst service ever
