This was an awesome recommendation by our friends and the homestay was a home away from home. Great rooms, service and views. Splendid hosting by Shilpa. The staff are courteous and helpful. Swiggy and Simba (cute canines) add to the fun. The ride to the in-property stream and playing alongwith kids was a bonus. Would definitely recommend to friends and family

Nestled atop 100 acres of coffee plantation, this homestay offers panoramic views of western ghats. The main house has 3 well appointed rooms, living room and dining area. They also have Two separate rooms with amazing view of plantation. Homestay can easily accommodate 25 to 30 people. The staff Mahesh and team were courteous and food provided by them was authentic malnad style which was delicious. They also have access to the nearby stream.

I am physiotherapist from Bangalore.we visited to nature's abode on our way from murudeshwar temple.it's a wonderful place filled with serenity and calmness.it is surely a splendid place for people who want to get it of their busy lives and get some peace.lovely people in the cottage who cook delicious food.my kids enjoyed the whole trip.there s also a small river nearby.it's awesome.

We were traveling with our pet dog and was looking for a pet friendly stay. This place has a wonderful ambience completely surrounded by greenery and the food served was delicious. The caretakers are very friendly and welcoming. All the more our dog enjoyed company of Swiggy (pet dog at the resort), the lush greenery and his play at the stream nearby!

Hi All! Last week we had gone to Chikmanglur and stayed in Nature’d abode. It was a fantastic home stay.we had even taken our Dog whisky.wonderful arrangements they have done … Rooms were very spacious and Antique furniture was increasing the beauty of the place …property is well maintained and surrounded with mesmerising scenic beauty … We are glad we choose this…Traditional food served was also very tasty and variety was also awesome …. The place is true it’s name “Nature’s Abode” very beautiful and peaceful. It literally feels like lands end. The stay and the food was really nice. Will want to go back there sometime. If you want to breath fresh air without pollution this is the place.

One of the best Homestay, I've ever stayed at and revisited. Serenity is the word to be used precisely! Food which is prepared is scrumptious, let be Non- vegetarian or vegetarian! Hospitality is adequate. Mr. Mahesh the caretaker is humble, down to earth person and a big kudos to him

Nature's Abode is an excellent place with a beautiful location. We had an absolutely fantastic time here. Loved the ambience and especially our room, which had a complete view of the estate. Our doggy Ferro had super fun.there was so much for him to explore, sniff and walk around freely. He also got to play in the river stream within the estate. Mahesh and Teertha were great caretakers, especially the variety of food and unlimited supply of coffee. Every item was so delicious and tasty. We are definitely coming back sometime with our whole family.

Location is amazing, Rooms are clean and large enough.hospitality is excellent. Nice food.we enjoyed each moment spent there.one of the best destination to stay with family and with friends. Responsible staff.

Natures’ abode is one of the best places to stay in Chikmagalur. The place is located in middle of a large coffee plantation and offers an excellent view of the estate around. The staff is welcoming and courteous. The rooms have amazing views. You would enjoy every minute of your stay here. A trip to nearby stream through the estate makes it even more memorable.

We 16 members friends family had a great together at Natures Abode home stay. The entire property was let to us. Its a luxurious home, 3 bedrooms in the main house and 2 bedrooms in another beautiful cottage beside. We had a spacious living room, dining area along with kitchen. All basic needs - fridge, microwave, kettle, crockery are available. Mahesh, the caretaker, his wife and two other support staffs took care of our needs. Bonfire and barbecue was provided.
We enjoyed cycling, walking through the coffee/pepper estates, played cricket, basketball. Swiggy, the dog gelled with us quite easily. There were two other cats. Food was super awesome 6/5.

Mobile network is weak. Jio was working fine. WiFi was slow as we all connected.

Shilpa, the host was modest and helpful to our requests right from the time we contacted. Thank you for hosting us.

Nature's abode truly lived up to its name, excellent location, we went there on a family holiday trip and one of the best descision was to stay at this place. The staff was very courteous specially Mr Mahesh, the owner lady (not writing the name) was very helpful and made sure that every need was taken care. The homestay was an awesome experience, resort was clean and was maintained well, if i am ever going back to mudgere/Chikmagalur nature's abode will be my first choice to stay. Meals served by them was fresh and super delicious. Overall it's 9.5 out of 10.

My wife and I along with our mutual friends were planning for a small trip, away from the chaos of the city. While researching for places to stay in Chikmaglur we came across Nature's Abode. We managed to get in touch with the property owner (Shilpa) who shared all the details about the property. She was very kind and patient while answering all our queries. We were so impressed with the photos and videos she shared that we decided to book the place immediately.

The stay was amazing, we took two rooms one above the other, the rooms are spacious and so are the restrooms. The view from the room was excellent. Plenty of greenery to see around during the day and we spent our time gazing at the stars in the night. The caretaker (Mahesh - smiling all the time:) and the rest of the staff were very polite. The food here is excellent and they offer good variety of dishes. Best part of all this is that Nature's Abode allows you to stay here with your pet. Our Golden Retriever thoroughly enjoyed the walk in the coffee plantation and playing with the water in the stream. She also enjoyed the company of Swiggy (the Labrador in the property)

Unlike other home stays/resorts, the path leading to this home stay did not have too much of off-roading. The drive was very pleasant and plenty of parking space is available. We also had a good time watching the sunset from the home stay, chilling by the bonfire, playing some indoor games. Its a good place to visit for couples/friends/family/team outing.

Perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. Amazing place with clean rooms and delicious home cooked food. The place is very vast with a basketball and tennis court. The staff are very courteous and the owner Shilpa was very patient and co operative with regards to our queries and arrangements. 5 star rating for the food. It was very very delicious and they were very kind to arrange for extra food as per our request. Over all, this place is worth visiting with ur family and friends.

This is the second time we visited this place and again it made us to plan for third one.
Place, people and hospitality is top notch.
May it be with family or a friends this is the place to go if you are planning around Mudigere.

This is a late review considering we went in April this year, however couldn't ignore writing it finally basis the wonderful experience we had:)
To begin with, it's a beautiful and we'll maintained place with the perfect surrounding. The staff is super friendly and great with handling guests. The food prepared by them is also quite delicious.
We had a 4 year old and elderly parents and m happy to say that this place is equally friendly for both.
If you are planning a weekend getaway with family, friends or just as couples, don't think twice. This place answers to all your needs besides making you feel relaxed and rejuvenated.
Last but not the least the owners are based out of bangalore and excellent people. They ensure you have a great experience!
I will definitely be planning another visit soon:)

We planned for family trip and lucky to come across this property. The ambiance is just nature nothing else away from city life beautiful home and very nice host. I recommend it's the best place for family stay with simple home food.

It justifies its name as Nature's Abode. I came back and just want to go back again, this place gives you such experience. Excellent service and completely feel at home experience. Great place for family and kids. They have friendly pets and my kids enjoyed a lot with them. They give you very warm and welcoming service and a personalized experience. This property is very well maintained, in mid of coffee estate and located around water stream of hemavati river where you can go and play inside water. Food was freshly and hygenically cooked, we all enjoyed each meals thoroughly. We stayed in cottage and it was beautiful with large, clean and lit rooms attached to a big balcony. They have lot of space to roam around and they have provided cycles too for that. Campfire gave a great experience. Staffs are very polite and humble, give prompt service. Owners are very grounded and friendly. Since I started booking process till I reached back home safely, they kept in continuous touch. Overall experience was awesome. Thanks for making our stay memorable and the most comfortable. My kids are missing lovely pets Swiggy and Mini ️

Perfect getaway place to filter out the noise of city. Amazing location, ambiance. The caretaker Mahesh is very polite. The other support staffs are very humble and understanding. The view from the room and the balcony will make you forget the concrete jungle and fill your mind with peace. Must visit!

There are not enough words to express how I feel about my experience at Nature's Abode. This truly is the most welcoming, warm, and hospitable place we've ever been to. If you're looking for a short getaway or staycation, surrounded by a serene green and foggy atmosphere, this is the place you should be looking for; two lovely bungalows located in the middle of a vast coffee plantation. It has a stream you can play in, you can take walks in the plantation and if you're lucky their lovely dog might accompany you, they cook amazing food according to your preferences, they have bicycles, a basketball court, badminton court, bonfire, etc, and the decor of the house just screams grand. Everyone involved is friendly; the owner, manager, cook, and the help. I have never given full ratings to a resort/hotel/homestay before, so this speaks a lot about how I feel about Nature's Abode.

Had a great experience in this cottage. Shilpa (Host) is very friendly and she will be taking good care. Care taker (Mahesh) is the humblest man that we have ever seen in our life. Hospitality is really good. Foods in the cottage are damn good. It's very delicious both veg and non veg are nice. If you want to relax in a private place then it's the best place please go ahead and book. Only disadvantage is that it's located bit far from actual chickmangalore tourist places. We have to travel 1+ hour to reach to the tourist places other than that everything is good.
