Nature's Luxuri (Confident Cascade Mega Resort & Convention Centre)

It is mainly an event resort, there is no restaurant facility here. The park and greenery is great. My sister's wedding was arranged here. The resort as a place is really good. We conducted different events in different locations. Rooms are spacious, good but not so well maintained. AC is the only ventilation in the room. During the wedding in many rooms the AC problem was there. Taps in the bathroom need servicing.
The biggest problem we faced was parking. Many guests on the event day had no parking, they parked on the road, kilometre away and walked till the location, sadly few guests got angry and left without attending the function on reception day. The overall location is good.

We are gone for a team outing of around 120 people. Food is not available for all and only a limited menu with only one dessert. Tea is okay. But the snacks along with the tea are not up to the mark.

A nice place but not suitable for those above 70. I share a few problems about the place.
- All the rooms are big enough to accommodate four persons. But the problem was it had a settee and one big bed (10’X6’). But the bed-sheet was common for all the three sleepers. So, if the person sleeping in the middle wanted to visit the toilet during the night (which is a common problem among the old people), he would necessarily wake up the other two. The problem was solved after we got two extra beds in the room.
- The second problem was with the tap. We are all bucket and mug-bathers It was not possible to fill a bucket without getting drenched by the shower. By practicing hard, I found the way to fill the bucket without getting drenched. I was unanimously appointed as the bucket-filler for the other three room-mates. It was appropriate since I am an Aquarian (water-carrier).
- The third problem was that the Air-conditioner was the only means of air circulation in the room. All the four of us were allergic to AC running through the night. We set the temperature to 32 deg (maximum possible) and went to sleep. But after a power failure, it reverted to the default setting of 23 deg. We were shivering and switched off the AC.

There is no wi-fi in the resort, and no newspapers. When I asked for an English newspaper, the receptionist said they have only Kannada papers. No coffee/tea/creamer sachets in the room.

The location ambience etc is great. Rooms are spacious. The atmosphere is calm. Easily accessible. Family friendly.

Service is a bit poor. No coffee packets or tea pouches in the rooms. AC was poor. Water was pouring near the AC. The hot and cold taps are wrongly marked.

Beautiful and Well maintained property. Fantastic location for Marriage. 50 very spacious rooms. Cooperative staff.

Visited this place to host an event.
Didnt really get much oppurtunity to walk around or check the rooms. But definitely loved the landscapes and the whole place. I find it good to organise parties, weddings and short vacations.

Will try going there for vacation atleast once

We have booked the entire place for four days for a corporate conference. Sadly, I have to sit in the receptionand write this review.
Good Points: Place is and nice (infrastructure), food is fine
BLOCKING & DISAPPOINTING - This place doesn't give internet facility. No internet in conference hall (which resort could have definitely do something like have LAN, Installing WIFI Modem etc.) But they seem to least interested or rather seem least respectful of anyone's time). Sad part is even mobile network connectivity is poor.
This place is not chosen for leisure, its work cum pleasure, so obviously the entire organization cant shut down because an issue like internet.
They have great policy of 100% payment before even you step inside, But similarly, shouldn't they think about the customer too.
WE cant conduct online survey, or use any online tools for our presentation. The entire planning is disturbed, Thanks to the resort team. Mails cant be sent, cant be received. The only place the mobile connectivity is, in Reception.

And this place is decently expensive. So for the cost they charge, (100% advance) expecting certain basic (internet, which I understand is basic in today's scenario, specially for business) facility is understood.

May be this place is great for social gathering where one needs to be disconnected, BUT DEFINITELY THINK BEFOR PLANNING AN CORPORATE EVENT>

This place is causing huge disturbance to entire neighborhood by illegally using mike set and extremely loud music way past permissible volume and acceptable timings. Repeat offenders, should be shut down or fined heavily

Decent property but not well maintained.
Most of the rooms have leaking taps and the property runs out of water most of the time.

Huge rooms but bad lit, no fans, only 1 ac doesn't do the job.

A nice place outside city limits to host parties and corporate events. Good place with nice ambience on the Banarghatta road. Thay can handle upto 1500 people at once.

Amazing venue. Loved the ambiance and the atmosphere. Spacious location. We'll maintained and good for a large gathering to have events organised.
Only con is it's situated unbelievably at the corner of the City.

Such a horrible management. Car Parking management is pathetic. No dustbins, no proper lighting. Basic amenities are not available. The security instead of guiding for parking the car, kept yelling at the guests ‍️

A good resort with very good facilities.
The rooms are large.
Multiple swimming pools.
Food is good too.

The nature's luxuri resort is an ideal venue for large outdoor gatherings, like wedding and reception. It is also a nice place for a weekend getaway. Easily accessible through the NICE road exit at Bannerghatta. Indoor arrangements for a wedding reception may get crowded as the only covered area available is the indoor badminton courts. Stay is comfortable, with two swimming pools, large grounds for campfire and outdoor activities.

The maneger is too much angry.and not response any at the moment.management facilities not good.time and money wasted

Nice place for conducting activities in large groups like team outings, gathering or group meetups. The place is clean and well maintained. The cricket ground is well maintained and the pitch is clean. There is an indoor court for table tennis, Badminton and other indoor activities, though it's not well ventilated. The open area is full of trees and there are places to sit in between the trees, which is a great addition. The restrooms outside are not so spacious and poorly maintained. There is a swimming pool, but it's too small for large crowds. Overall a good place for large gatherings.

Went to attend the Marriage. Nice ambience. Food was good. Looks like good place for events, team building and get-together. They have a pool and floodlight cricket stadium.
Also have a indoor shuttle court.

Sorry to say though good property
But hospitality lacks here, iam totally disappointed
