I went for a consultation with Dr. Ashwath, general physician.
We were waiting in the lounge, at least three people went ahead of us even though we were waiting and suffering from high fever.

Nava chethana the best for treatment and doctors are really great and so caring nursing staff. Bajaj finserv has helped me in clearing my bills in No cost Emi thanks to Mr Vinay explained the scheme in an very simple way. Especially thanks to Miss. Shilpa mam has supported to clear all my bills very quickly, Mohan Sir has supported very well. Kindly inform the Bajaj Finserv facility in the time of admission only it will be really helpful for everyone we got to know this on billing time.

At mid night when every patient is trying to sleep construction and drilling is going on, date June 22,2023.

Few mosquitos? Were in my semi private room, i already gone to the hospital for treatment from dengue which is a mosquito born

The washroom in the semi-private room no 107 smells bad, reason is the washroom has not outing, no window, no suction fan etc

Worst hospital with not organized anything. I have admitted my spouse for delivery, baby is healthy and discharged second day, however my wife have some cough and cold we stayed two more days, however they have charged consultation charges twice a day, doctor didn't even touched the baby.and when I asked insurance department and their manager response is disgusting. Also I completely agree with, other person provided review stating that corporate hospital with government hospital kind of nursing services.
I appreciate Doctor Suguna madam treatment and services. I would recommend only out patient services but not inpatient services.

The visit was pathetic!
The management is poor and highly inefficient. They are incompetent to manage a simple queue of patients. The receptionist was not even present on the spot to answer my queries. Dr Murugeshappa/Murugesh or whoever it is, was hopeless. Nurses were rude. Pathetic, useless, good for nothing administration!

Overall very good experience wonderful doctors and nursing care is also excellent very much satisfied lots of improvements one of the best hospital in Bangalore Had a wonderfull experience from admission till discharge everything went very smoothly very clean and hygienic thank you very much Shilpa she helped me on time of blood transfusion she arrenge it very quickly thanks Special thanks to Dr Ajay rao and team.

My mother was admitted in nava chethana hospital yelahanka. Was suffering from covid. Insurance was not available on her name. But hospital has giving very good facility of Bajaj finserv easy emi option. Mr Vinay helped me to pay my by bills with emi option and processed so quickly. Thank you hospital team but pls inform this facility in the time of admission as well.

This is one of the v rare hospitals you can visit to get government hospital like treatment in a private hospital!

If you are asked to book doctor appointment by walk in, please be prepared to wait for somewhere between 2-3 hours. I have attached picture of the wall clock near reception area for potential patients to practice at home prior to the real ordeal.

Very disappointed with the staff and their rude behaviour for a 85 yr old senior who kept waiting for 2 hours for a follow up checkup. They say it's their protocol which will not change for any patient which I feel is not right.
Does this happen the same way if it would have been hospital's staff parent/grand parent?

Well i have mix of experience! Yes this place surely helped healing us during COVID times thnx to Dr vaibhavi but lately her approach towards her patients is very rude! It really feels awkward n no empathy or compassion!
When you are paying hefty money to hospital fr consultation it shouldn't be a punishmentto u as a patient to bare the rudeness!

I should definitely mention Dr. Anuradha H K She should definitely learn how to speak to her patients. When I just asked her about what medicines have you prescribed she so rudely without any respect told me " what were you doing all this while just watching my face", I don't think this is how she is supposed to reply when these ppl charge us so much just in the name of new consultation. Develop some work etiquette.

Its basically a poly clinic with hospitalisation facility. Don't consider it as a super speciality hospital. Its like a big hospital for a village. Actually the time it was incepted this part of Bangalore was actually village only.

Hospital is good but be aware about treatment cost simply make the patients fear about the problems they came with and extract more money for the simplest of the problems.
