Had been for an eye check up. Doc did not pay proper attention to my issue. I had a bad experience here. Did not have the confidence to even consider the power given. Had to go to other doc to get eyes checked.
Adding to this I would like to mention that this Doc behaviour is rude and impolite. Check other reviews here there are lot of people saying the same. Wasted time and money going here.

The optician who checked my eyes did a fantastic job and helped me know my correct power. That’s one positive point. Thanks to her.

Their meticulous eye examination and surgical expertise is very impressive! Staffs are highly professional, they make you feel welcomed and most importantly attentive. The eye examination was thorough, and the doctor takes time to explain everything very clearly making sure you understand everything. I would highly recommend this hospital for anyone in need of eye care.

It's a good experience in navashakthi nethralaya for the eye check up. Dr Elan kumar has given the best treatment. The staff members are so kind and polite.

Dr. Elankumaran did an excellent treatment for Lasik surgery. The staffs are very friendly. If anything we have doubts about eyes, Elankumaran sir will clearly clarify our doubts with patience. And they will give assurance for his treatment. It was very good experience with Navashakthi nethralaya. It is one of the best eye hospital in Bangalore. Elankumaran sir is well experienced doctor.

We Have been consulting with Dr Elankumaran for all my family members since the last 5+ years and I must say his diagnosis & treatment is very good. By consulting with him we have learnt so much how to take care of our eyes which is so important and this is something not everyone is aware about. Other things seems to be fine, cost is ok.
After visiting, you will start worrying more instead relaxing.

Note: Didn't went 2 hospital earlier, went only once. Came here for 2nd openion. But now I feel the first one is still better for overall experience.

It is a well organized and trustworthy eye hospital. Dr Elankumaran is decent, knowledgeable and experienced eye surgeon. All the staff members are humble and dependable.

I had been with my friend, the doctor and staffs are very kind and humble. I recommend this hospital for any eye disease.

Dr. Elankumaran was the Doctor. We went for a consultation for my mother as she had issues post Cataract. He was very very rude. And when was talking about her concern he was not sensitive nor patient enough to listen. As if we go for free service he talks. I would definitely not recommend him.

Worst doctor Elankumaran. He thinks patients are coming for free consultation. No empathy. Everybody are just a case for his money minting mind. Arrogance to the core. And hospital has no good equipment for testing. I consulted twice. Once for my kid and once for my mother. Both the time i had bad experience with the doctor and the staff boy who tests the eye power. Highly highly don't recommend this place.

Worst hospital if you are new in the city, they are only here to generate money
I had a cyst in one eye and went there for consultation, at first he got so offended about us taking online consultation without listening to our reasonthen he suggested me a 6k machine for hot pressing on eye from his pharmacy when we asked doctor about how expensive it is we cant afford this can you please suggest some alternative to it his response was "i dont think its expensive i use it too" with all due respect everyone cant afford what you can. We took consultation from another doctor for same condition and he put us on medication which improved the situation with traditional therapies like hot water press and medicines.
He didnt even listen to the entire root and timeline of my cyst he just got stuck to online part, he got so angry that we took online consultation, being a doctor doesn't give you authority to disrepect people in your premises for choices of their treatment you are their to help not to judge. Worst experience definitely not gonna suggest him to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience in the Navashakti Netralaya throughout my cataract surgery and treatment. The most courteous approach of staff, a very efficient and clinical approch by the doctor of distinguished service all add to the comfort and confidence I had in the hospital.
When I stepped out of the hospital I had thought that here is a hospital of eye care which is hospitable and affordable.
