Visited Nayana Eye Clinic today and had a very pleasant experience. Dr. Venita Juliet is extremely professional and explains everything in a simplistic manner. The clinic staff is very polite and helpful. The overall ambience of the clinic is very good and the hygiene factor is quite high. I would highly recommend this clinic.

I had thermal burn in eye and was looking for immediate consultation. Dr.was promptly available and attended it. Even the clinic is also giving call for appointment reminder so that we should not miss the follow-up consultation.
It is very good, treatment is on time and specified to disease.
Dr. Venita is very polite, listen carefully, diagnose herself and do the best possible active line of treatment. A must recommonded eye clinic in my point of view.

I had injury to my right eye 1year back and my vision was gradually decreasing, hence I consulted Dr. Venita Juliet from NAYANA EYE CLINIC, kothanur branch she diagnosed and told me cateract has been set due to injury, and I was under her follow up almost a year.

Recently I got cateract surgery by Dr. Venita Juliet, she put very advanced lens for a reasonable price.
Now my vision is very clearer than my normal eye, now I am totally glass free.
After my post surgery I didn't get any pain, fever, itching, redness, burning sensation or any side effects, and now I am feeling very comfortable with my vision.
I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude towards Dr. Venita Juliet from NAYANA EYE CLINIC for the wonderful care I received during
my surgery and post operation also,
I never had doctor like her who gave so much concern and care towards me until i recover completly, we are so thankful to her always.

I got my Father and Father In Law's Cataract Surgery done at Nayana Clinic and it was pretty seamless experience.

Some of the reasons why I recommend are below:
1) Doctor communicates the procedure clearly and clears doubts with lot of patience if any.
2) No Hidden charges.
3) Latest medical equipment (no manual / old equipment) so risk is negligible.
4) Proper Medications in the form of drops/tabs are provided post surgery which I know some of the doctors dont provide, I dont know why.
5) In our case, surgery lasted less than 35 min.

Overall, it was a hassle free and very satisfying experience and a great relief that the surgery was a success.

I visited the doc to operate on my father's cataract and it was performed seamlessly. The visits were scheduled in advance where the patient do not have to wait, the processes are taken care of in advance, needless to say the doc was very accommodating and easy going dealing with my father as he is old and is a chronic COPD patient. The experience was hassle free, all around professionalism and satisfying for a patient's family. Cheers!

Very happy with the service of the doctor Vineeta. I visited her for my dad who has diabetes and hypertension for more than 20 years and this effected vision lot and had cataract and retina damage for years. I was very skeptic due to his existing health condition.

Doctor made us feels comfortable and suggested and undertook cataract surgery for both eye within a week. Dad is able to regain good vision. She also referred to a good retina doctor to address retina damage.

I landed at the clinic WITHOUT APPOINTMENT owing to sudden complications, 30 mins prior to the closing time (error on my part and openly calling out).
There was someone at the reception who went inside upon seeing someone entering, and it looked like wasn’t pleased with someone walking in without appointment closer to the closing time (I may be wrong), not certain if that was the doctor or another receptionist.
The receptionist at the desk regretted consultation stating registration for the day was closed, totally understandable, though I didn’t see any patients waiting in the queue except one family trying some lenses.
However there could have been a more empathetic way a patient can be denied services at a clinic” no one would fancy visiting a clinic without any ailment and that too over the weekend.

I opted to visit this clinic owing to the high rating, and I’m certain they are offering the best of the services, though it would really help if we can be more empathetic and considerate, and at least give an opportunity to the patient to wait for sometime and/or try to see if there’s any feasibility to attend the patient, instead of straightaway refusing.

Primary intent of adding this review is to give heads-up to the future visitors to visit with prior-registration. I’m certain they’ll get best of the treatment otherwise.

My mother had cataract surgery from Nayana eye clinic. They are following organised process for all the procedures and surgery was done very well. Thank you Dr. Venita Julit, Nayana eye clinic staff and Dr. Shailaja eye hospital staffs. We would like to recommend Nayana eye clinic for all eye related issues.

After visiting this clinic, It's been a year now. I had a swollen eye and visited here. The doctor had given me, some tips to avoid this kind of infection or when kids are around, how it happens (by their nail).

Also had taken my father in law, who has High diabetes for his yearly eye checkup (post cataract surgery).

This place sells, eye glasses also. I got ️ for working infront of laptop and father in law got new frames!

I had my eye check-up at Nayana eye Clinic a month back in August and was advised for a Cataract surgery which was done last week for both my eyes. Dr. Venita did a fantastic job in terms of explanation as to why I need a Cataract surgery, clarity provided w.r. T.the lens, cost, benefits, and features. The operation went on well indeed. I'm thankful to Dr. Venita who performed the surgery very well since I was fearful, and my BP was high adding to it was the high sugar levels. She had advised me first to bring my BP and sugar in control for the surgery to take place post which, the surgery was planned. The follow ups were done very effectively and one aspect which stands out here is, they are focused on customer relationship and maintain great standards in the clinic. Cost wise I would say it's standard and I don't see a reason to say it's expensive or cheap. However, it all depends on the individual and way of perception. For me it was alright. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Overall, I would rate a five on five. Lastly, to the people looking for the right kind of diagnosis and who understand that the eye is an integral part of the body, get yourself checked at the right place and that is NAYANA EYE CLINIC.
