Visited Dr. Bhargavi on two occasions, one for myself and other for my wife just recently. Both the times I found her to be extremely attentive, sincere and very friendly. Wonderful doctor. Just loved it.

Date: Jan 9th, 2023 Update after completing treatment: It has been 15 days after surgery (came here again gor final checkup and eye power test) and it went very well. Dr Sirish has been really helpful in guiding us both pre and post surgery. Her power is reduced to -0.5 which is very good.

I took my mother for the cataract surgery and I was bit worried since my mother has some complication previously. However after talking to Doctor, it was very convincing and relaxing for my mother. Being myself a patient since 8 yrs, now it's my 8 yrs grand daughter. We had a sigh of relief when Doctor uttered that her deficiency is temporary and no underlying issue with her sight. Nelivigi Eye Hospital is one of the best Eye Hospital in Bangalore. We went for my father-in-law cataract surgery around 3 years back here and it really went well. Dr Shirish is really good, approachable and patiently listen to all our problems. And recently we took my father for the cataract surgery here but my father is reluctant to go to surgery room as he has never gone to hospital earlier. Very happy to get a consultation and advise with Doctor for my parents where they had some vision related eye issues. Dr. Sireesh Nelivigi was very supportive through out the initial investigations and advised to go on Cataract surgery due to their age factors.
Doctor listened to all our issues/concerns patiently and explained everything clearly. He truly cares the patient and guides in the right way for better vision. Everything was favourable and convenient over there. There was hardly 10/12 minutes of a waiting period on every consultation.

I got the reference of Dr. Nelivigi from my friend in Medical Field. My Father and mother both were detected with Cataract Issue back home and hence we got them to Bangalore for the surgery.
Dr. Nelivigi met my parents and referred some test for my father and asked him to wait for more 12 months as the issue was not so evident. Only a good doc can do this who really understands the patients priorities.
However, my mother was suggested to get both the eye cataract operations done. Both the surgeries were done in an interval of a week and it was so smooth that it was done in less than 30 mins each.
I really want to thank Sheetal Ji who was very helpful and her empathy really made the hospital a better place in such times. She was very well versed in various languages and could take care of my mother during and post the surgery.

I am very happy with Dr. Nelivigi after very long treatment. My eye hit by shuttle very hardly. I visited two to three doctors prior this hospital. After that, I visited Dr. Nelivigi. He explained about the injury very clearly and treatment needs to be done. He will explain about the situation very clearly for every visit. Almost, I took the treatment for 1 and half year to settler the eye pressure and other side effects. Never suggested unnecessary tests or surgeries and never charged over amount. Recently went for cataract surgery. Surgery done by Dr. Nelivigi and everything went well and my eye is fine now.
There is no appointment system in this hospital, but this is very inconvenient for many people. Patients has to wait for long time sometimes. There is no specific parking area, only for few bikes. Its very tough to park car. I observed, patients are increasing, they should have maintain specific parking.
Add few points after 2 years. As crowd increases, their resonse is differs, Not like earlier. Still no proper appointment system. We have to wait so much time for sometimes

I had minus power from my schooling and was thinking to have Lasik multiple times but always stepped back as i didnt want to risk at eye sight. I just visited Nelivige hospital to check if my eyes were eligible for Lasik and on overall procedure and healing time. Optometrist took very good care of me to get all the scans and eye tests needed before doctors checked. Doctor Sirish has patiently explained entire Lasik process and do and donts before and after Lasik. I was very much impressed with the knowledge he shared and was completely out of fear to get it done. Finally i have done my Lasik and its been 2 months now and completely recovered. The procedure was completely painless and it took only 20 minutes and then I can see everything without glasses.isn't it wonderful feeling after years.
