After visiting many Doctors around Marathalli, I took my mother (65yrs old) to Dr. Kiran Sharma after shifting to Choodasandra area. Her empathy towards my mother was beyond words. Her treatment was equally impressive and started showing positive result within a week's time. Now my mother insists all of us to visit her for eye treatments. Wish to get similar doctors like her in other specialization in this area.

Visited this place today to get my mother's lens changed due to scratches. Staff insisted to get doctors consultation as mandatory process. Explained them abt my mother being comfortable with Dr Kiran Sharma so would prefer visiting Bellandur branch. After that, the behavior turned extremely rude. Highly arrogant and unprofessional staff who doesn't know basic etiquette talking to elderly people.

After Dr Kiran Sharma moved from here to Bellandur branch, this place has turned pathetic. Wish she is back here soon.

I went with my sister for change her lens for this hospital we have good experience receptionist explain nicely. It would be highly recommended

I went with my Father and family for his eye checkup.
From past 2to3 year We are regular customer for this hospital. Dr karthika her treatment is nice and next Dr kiran sharma she treated nicely and now is another doctor. She also treat nicely From past 2year 3 to 4 Doctors are changed. But from 2 year only one receptionist is there. She handled everything. And also she is very cool. This hospital is very honerable for my family. It would be highly recommended hospital for everyone.

Third class hospital.recieptionlist was rude.my mother 68 year old waited for 2 hours for her turn, but receptionist let the patients who came after us.they don't know how to maintain the queue and respect the elders.we scolded and came out.this hospital wasted our precious 2 hours.l don't recommend this hospital to anyone.i hope they learn some manners.

Had a great experience and service here in this hospital with Well experienced friendly doctor and staffs. You dont want to wait for your number to come as it has less rush. Even without appointment also u can meet doctors easily and on time. Over all great experience.

I visited Nelvigi Eye Hospital Kasavanahalli 1 months back with my grandfather and he was diagnosed with diabetic retinopathy. Dr. Kiran Sharma who was attended my grandfather and help us to identify the disease and guided us in the right direction. The hospitality recieved was excellent and I would recommend to visit nelvigi eye hospital kasavanahalli, if you are facing any kind of eye issues

The Best Hospital i chose for My Eye. The problem come from my 10 year old disease which Dr. Kiran Sharma identified. I am great full for this. The Doctor is very friendly with the patients, they helps the patient each steps of Eye Testing, This is the best Eye Hospital.

Dr. Kiran Sharma has been very empathetic, kind and patient with my family and me. We visited her for multiple checks ups while each of us was having a different kind of problem. We were very satisfied with her diagnosis and treatment.

Very bad experience. Dr. Kiran Sharma is loud and rude. Her tone is very annoying. She tells the person who checks the vision not to spend much time on one patient. Really? Who does that? Who decides the time zone? It differs from patient to patient. And she's so loud that all the patients waiting could hear her. Secondly, they compulsorily make you buy eye drops /gel. Without telling you the break-up they take the payment. After paying you realise that they have actually taken consultation + eye drops, which you were not told about. Not recommended. The cost of eye drops /gel is also not less than 350.
