I really wished to rate it 5 stars for the collection of fishes available, gravel substrate and other equipment but i am giving it 2 BECAUSE of the owner's attitude, I was offended by the way he spoke. Sir it is good to educate folks coming to your business but please do not put them down, i agree you have experience and are very knowledgeable but we customers come with a mindset and it may take some time to understand certain things. I don't feel like going to this place again and face such an upsetting attitude again.

They have great collection but person showing us fishes was not having enough knowledge on different fishes available out there.

This is my request to all pet lovers: Do not buy anything from here. I got a fighter fish from this outlet. They promised me about the longevity stating it will survive for 2 to 3 years. Its just 2 weeks i bought it and today the fish breathed it's last. When i enquired with the owner about how he cheated us with an old fish, he retorted stating: "what do you expect from us"? Amazing customer service, isn't it? They don't deserve 1 star. Cheaters.

Good collection of fishes. The parts and fish tanks are also available of varying heights and sizes.
They have all food for the fishes turtles etc. All in one hub.

Brought neon tetras and all of them died next day and when I told the same to the owner, Owner behavior was very rude and doesn't know how to speak with women. I have been petting fish more than 5 year and the owner was pointing out my mistake. These things never happened in my tank, my tank is well matured. There is another fish shop opposite to Nemo, heavy petting the owner behavior is very good and fish quality is also very good. Behavior matters a lot. NEVER GOING BACK TO NEMO AGAIN OR WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING THERE.

There many good collection in the shop we can get many different types of fish and birds and they gives home delivery for free of cost. We can vist the shop and rates are comfortable.

They have an excellent collection of aquarium and accessories. Very courteous and knowledgeable staff.

They are way too over priced unprofessional staff fishes are really not maintained well better not even enter the shop if ur a new to this hobby be ready to be cheated on over pricing

It's a good place to check the different fishes and the varieties r good but they r pricing very very high. Recently bought 6 kgs of aquarium pebbles but turns out they loot me by 450inr.

I got a 2ft by 1ft aquarium. Along with soil, plants, fishes, sand, rocks, etc.

Overall experience was great.

First of all. My customer experience with this shop was horrible. The owner was just concentrating one customer and didnt even cared to help us with what we want. We understood the scenario and waiting for 30 mins and more for nothing and left the shop. Second day we went and bought an aquarium wooden decoration for which we paid 900 ruppes. It was not maintained well.tough we cleaned pprd and kept in our tank in 3 days only the decoration piece started having fungs and it affected our fish. 2 of our fish passed away and the sickness started to all other in the tank. Later we understood and removed the decoration and in a week span my fishes became normal. Everything is coztly including the fish rate compared to other aquarium shops with healthy fish as pet and not well maintained. I will not suggest anybody to visit this shop ever. Unless u have lot of penny to give to this owner.

Worst coustom experience all people are from slum they don't know how to handle customers please don't go to this shop

Very nice Aqua pet store. They have variety of fishes and the owner has good knowledge of fishes and helps us with the right stuff for your aquarium.

Owner of this shop has a high temper, maybe some BP related issues he is having looks like, expects customers to visit only if we want to buy from his shop, Highly negative attitude fellow, not suitable to be in such aquatic business.never recommend to visit high angry PPL, instead look for places around and there are much shops then this one

The owner has knowledge about the fishes. He first understood my requirement and then explained each and every thing. I recommend this place. The discus collection over there are very very nice. One should check the place! Even the tanks and bowls are wow. U can also get a good variety of plants.

This place is very genuine for aquarium fish lovers, they have quality product and explain as per our requirements. Must visit for beginners and very passionate about the job they do.

Good collection of fishes, but far more expensive than other places. In some cases, they charge at least 50% more than others.

Disgusting attitude, would recommend customers to not step in there, there are lots of other shops who provide way better experience and at better prices.

It was just 2 weeks prior that I got a betta fish and he passed away yesterday. He fell sick 3 days back and stopped having food. I went to the store to enquire about it, he then gave me Anti-stress liquid and told me that I should have used it everytime I changed the water. This instruction was never told when my husband bought the fish. Also, all the betta fish except this one was dead when my husband went to purchase. Looks like they don't maintain the fishes well and they don't instruct us properly while purchasing too. I truly miss "Peach" RIP
