Absolutely wonderful experience at Nesara homestay! Mr. Shivkumar is an amazing host. His homestay is clean, spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here and would love to come again. A special mention is must for the simple and delicious food.

We stayed at Nesara for four days during the puja holidays and it was a very good experience overall. It's a very simple homestay in a rural area - please don't expect modern comforts and jazz of resorts. Having said that, they need to work on some basic amenities dinner plates for eg, definitely need to be replaced. They also have to replace the plastic ware they serve food in - all these are way past the expiration dates. What they lack for in infrastructure, however, they make up for in hospitality. Shivkumar is an amazing host and will go out of his way to make sure you have a great experience. We were there during IPL finals and he hooked up his personal TV on the verandah to make sure we could watch it! He took us around the local places which is off the tourist maps and ensured we had a great time. This is the first time that we have seen such scenic beauty without another soul around! The food is simple but tasty and we got to taste the local delicacies. We had a wonderful time here and expect that with time, the place will grow and become even more better! I would like to give more than 5 stars for this Homestay. Best place with affordable price to stay near Agumbe with multiple sightseeing places nearby. Kundadri hilltop, Kaveladurga fort, Talasa abbi falls, Hanging bridge etc everything is within 25kms radius. The host Shivakumar and his family are great. They take very good care of the guests. The home made food was just excellent and they offer many varieties. This property is very much suitable for families and kids. Very calm ambience which make you forget the chaos in city …

One Mr. Shivkumar runs this simple yet natural place. Real essence of home stay reflects here. Very affordable n friendly environs. Surely recommend, not to forget the unexplored beauty kallmadke falls

Home stay is good owner of the property treated us very well manner cheap and best homestay

A good place to stay if coming in group and tend to stay together.
As the rooms are quite big and can accommodate upto 8 persons in one single room.
But there is no liberty to chill out after 11PM as the property is close to another resential places close by, due to which we can not have fun or make noise post 11PM.
If you are a chilled team who wish to Dane with music or something like that, they this may not be the preferred place.

Owner provides good food and place is nice but Owner has striction on time. Very annoying when we go out for enjoyment.

Very polite and helpful host. Only 2 large rooms available in the property, able to accommodate 4 and 7 adults. The property is relatively small with boarding house and campfire place that can seat upto 10-12 people. Host's areca nut farm is adjacent to the property if the guests fancy a walk around.

Giving 5 stars way lesser a compliment as they provide a great hospitality and good food.and the view from the homestay is soo good!

Located amidst malnad greenary offering heartful hospitality. Camp fire was really awesome with great food and stay at reasonable price with amenities like indoor & outdoor games, parking. We enjoyed alot!

Best home stay to visit with friends. Good quality 3 times food and evening snacks and best part to enjoy with friends is camp fire which was very good no disturbance from the anybody. Especially the owner was very good, he also showed us some good places near Agumbe.

We really enjoyed the stay at this homestay! Mr shiva is so supportive and kind! They took care of everything! They shown many unknown places at Agumbe and him self was present though the journey! Food and other stuff also good! Thank you shiva for your support!

An aweeesome time spent with friends. The owner is super cool and interacts well.the bonfire place amidst a kind of jungle around was perfect for the night. No disturbance from surrounding. Just a quality time to spend with friends and booze. Cheers
