NEVER ENTER INTO THE NESTAWAY PROPERTY. A SCAM, THAT IS. My security deposit of at least 40,000 is being withheld by them. Please stay away from selecting a house that Nestaway is handling. I'm going to lodge complaints with both the Police and the Consumer Court. See you in court.
Nestaway I'm very very annoyed with your team.in regards to renting a place (that was already let out by the house owner) I paid the token amount, the onboarding charges, security deposit and June rent.
The property was let out by the house owner on the 28th May and on 5th June the Nestaway had taken the amount (in regards to no one would see the property).
Hence, when the property manager called me up. He stated that the house is let out and told me to call the Nestaway customer care. I got it confirmed by the house owner too (got his contact details from the lease and licence agreement).
I called the Nestaway multiple times in regards to my refund.
And the hell of excuses, my bank details are not correct (in spite of sending the cancelled cheque and updating the same account details on the app).
You people are trying to dodge the people who are earning.which is not at all appropriate.it would be great to please take action.
Dear Nestawaians. This company will not pay your security deposit for sure. So be smart and don't pay the last months rent before you leave. Carry away some furniture and then they will come to their senses. They have never paid thousands of people also.

This is a big fraud company. NEVER EVER opt for their houses, no matter how desperate you are. When you move out, they will give you a damage report with all the false charges to loot your hard-earned money. No matter who you talk to, you will not get your money back. I have all the evidence to prove these false charges so I will be filing a case against them.
Owners-don’t deal with NestAway. They are Fraudulent and irresponsible. I’m the owner of a building in Banaswadi. The tenant in my apartment has paid the rent to NestAway, but NestAway has not transferred the rent to my account. I have made repeated follow ups with the property Manager, Hussain, the Area Zonal Manager, Ganapathi, and the accounts person my mails, calls, Watsapp messages, but none of them have responded to my concerns. I’ve even given them a warning that I will discontinue the contract with them, but they don’t seem to bother. I will now ensure that I lodge an official complaint/case on NestAway. If it was possible to give them a negative rating, I would be the first to do so.
Very dirty support. They won't even pick calls and show up also. Mr Ayaz manager never picks my calls. Worst support. I suggest not to go with nestaway.

Worst experience.struggling to get refund of advance.multiple tickets raised.area manager never picks up call, customer service hang up your call.the house was not cleaned when rented.plumbing and washing machine problems took ages to solve.washing machine did not work during entire stay and nobody repaired.but while vacting they charged cleaning charging facilitycharges which were never mentioned before.after a month still waiting for advance amount to be piad back.do not use thier service
3rd grade service no one will come to give keys to you and there is no fridge in our flat but they shown as fridge is there and now they are just delaying it by telling we will arrange it till now nothing is done
Worst experience with Nestaway. They do not pay the owners on time, no maintenance or customer support, unreasonable and incorrect move out charges. Please don't opt for their service and deal with the owners directly.
When I was staying at nestaway multiple issues was there. Never received any maintenance service from them but they charged me for it multiple times even whenever any roommate was vacating and they charged me huge fine also. I had to repair fridge, geyser multiple times from my pocket. There was water leakage issue, It was never fixed and it caused short-circuit. I had to leave the house. Then they didn't refund my security deposit. I have been waiting since one year. I have called their customer care more than 50 times.worst customer service ever.
Moved out of the apartment 2 years ago and still haven't received the security deposit refund. Pathetic customer care service and irresponsible behaviour.

Later Called Custom Care, No Even Don't Bother, Just Told, They Wrote A Mail, Later I Went To Office, They Told Definitely We Will Consider This & You Will Get A Call Back By Monday, No One Called & Now Move Out Date Has Come Up, They Are Charging A Hell Lot Of Money

I moved in to one of their properties in HSR Layout, Bangalore and the entire experience has been worse than pathetic.
They didn't fix the toilet and there's no water. The customer care gave me the same generic responses for 5 days: "We've raised this issue on priority basis", "Someone from our team will contact you", "Please give us 24 hours to fix the issue". This happened straight for 5 days. Now they told me I have to move out because owner decided to delist the property from Nestaway. Now for giving me an email confirmation about moving out and the deposit they are taking 5 days. I've never seen such terrible service elsewhere
PLEASE DO NOT BOOK A PLACE USING NESTAWAY. IT WILL RUIN YOUR ENTIRE PEACE OF MIND.
I rented a property from NestAway HSR. I stayed in the appartment for 6 months, I faced a lot of issues during my tenure. NestAway never responded for anything. But they call every month to remind about the rent payment. They call multiple time just to do that. I vacated the property 1.5 years ago. I am still fighting with them to return my security deposit. I visited the branch for more than 10 times. Very very unprofessional behaviour. They never respond for any calls or emails. I am still awaiting for them to return my security deposit. NEVER EVER RENT FROM NESTAWAY. A GROUP OF FRAUDSTERS. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND NESTWAY EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY. STAY AWAY FROM NESTAWAY.

Complete fraud. Its been 3 months since I moved out, they have yet not processed my security money refund. I've raised 3 tickets, call customer care every week, and every-time they say it will be process soon. The area manager, Mr Subash, Promised me to complete the process but after 3 weeks he said to contact customer care and stopped replying. Highly unprofessional and cheat brand. Don’t go for their services, They are doing frauds or scam you can say. They know how to take money from tenants inform of security deposits and maintenance but they will not give any services and when you will opt to move out, forget about the security deposit you given to them, they will not give you a single penny back.
Even if u tweet to them and tag their CEO, after that also you will not get any reply.
I was facing some issues after my move out from the property. Even after two months they did not returned the security deposit into my account. I called the concerned person multiple times but there was no response. Finally I wrote an email to #Manjula R.regarding the issue and she contacted me on the same day and started with the process, she smoothly processed the issue with constant follow ups and the payment was credited in my account within a week time. Overall it was a good experience with Nestaway.
The biggest real estate frauds anyone could meet. They have the worst customer care support and the worst management anyone could ever imagine. They have been eating up all the deposits and have been cheating all the tenants and house owners. Its a humble request to everyone please do not associate with these fraudsters.

One of the worst service in Hyderabad, lot of issues at flat and if we call nobody response, disgusting, there is no guarantee that they return ur deposit plz don't ever search flats thru nestaway.
Fraud company. I am yet to receive my advance money back from them. Had vacated 5 months back. Visited their office 6 times. No use so far. You will not get your advance back on time. Also these people will change the terms suddenly and unilaterally. Like suddenly they changed notice period from 30 days to 45 days. Worst thing is that to visit their office you have to take leave as their timings are in such way. Stay away or you will loose your peace.
Fortunately we got our apartment back, since we are at HSR layout and I could visit the office many times. They did not do any maintenance of the apartment. The grill was broken, tap was broken and see how they repaired. The kitchen was infested with cockroaches. All utensils, pillows, bedsheets, pressure cooker gone, washing machine damaged. Owners please do not give your apartments. Tenants, please do not rent from Nestaway. They will not return your money back and deduct money for maintenance.
I wish I caiild give -1 coz they deserver it. Biggest loars and cheaters could be the name replacement for nestaway. Most unprofessional and ugly company who took my security money for good after pathetic 6 months of stay. They dont have anu contact whom we can reach out and all of them have great magical cheating skills. Never live here.

Worst service. Haven't got my security deposit its been a month since i vacated the property. They charged me for all the stupid and unnecessary things and haven't given back a penny yet.
Pathetic service. They are not responding to phone. Earlier 30 days notice period in agreement, now they are sending mail with 45 days.they are deducting money for 45 days. No response and nobody is there in customer care. Company is shut down, but existing customer money had been stuck. Very bad service. I will take them in Consumer court for non sense deduction of money. They had not refunded my rent deposit from last 5 months. Thousands customer are suffering. Worst customer service, they have not refunded my security deposit of 73000 for past 7 months, their call center, hoody area manager property manager are all useless. While moving out i was told no pending stuff against any kind of repairs but still they robbed peace of mind in not providing my legal money back.i'm being forced to initiate legal action against them
Zabi the area manager is a cheat who took money from prospective tenants the property was pathetic when an internal transfer was requested cos of his fake promises and his understanding with owners the advances were adjusted and never given back. Area managers are cheats who join hands with owners to loot any one who comes by

I write as an owner who made the biggest mistake in my life to hand my house over to Nestaway to mismanage. They don't deserve a single star rating. I wonder how they have a 4 star rating. I'm compiling an article to be sent out to the news agencies in India. Hopefully sometime exposes them. Looters thriving on money from poor tenants and owners alike! Modern day thieves!
I sincerely wish there was an option to rate negative. It’s been more than 5 months I have vacated the accommodation and there is literally no response over calls mails and even after visiting the office personally.
The security deposit is still held with them. After talking to few other residents similar to be I understood that this is nothing new and it has been their practice to with hold residents deposits without retiring from that start. If you are such an unethical organization and need to loot the money to survive mention in your contract that it’s a no refundable deposit.
I suggest and warn everyone to stay out of their filthy business and never get an accommodation here until and unless you want to forget about your money or give it for free.
It's been over 6 months of move out and I'm still following up for the deposit refund. Take complain number CC_08490463 and don't give raise complaint and will look into this comment here. You are very active with collecting rent, move in charges and deposit and you have penalties as well for us if we fail to pay on time, but it's over six months and I'm waiting for my own money. Pathetic service and 0 customer support from your team.
