Very irresponsible on their part and not at all puctual. We had gone to their shop in belgaum from goa, they promised us that they will deliver the items in 15days. After more than 10-15 phone calls and after delaying it for more than 1 month, they kept on saying they will send the items. When we strictly asked and followed up continuously, after that they sent the items. Also made us pay the separate delivery fee along with the balance amount. The quality of the item is good buf service is bad.
