Very reliable and trustworthy hospital. Thank you Dr. Manjunath who irrespective of the busy schedule would take time to explain and answer all your doubts. I did go through insurance claim for the treatment and this was the first time that I didn’t have to bother or follow up to check the status of my claim. Driving is my passion. And when I observed that my right eye was hazy, I walked into Nethra Hospital for a check up, thinking I may be recommenced with glasses. I found the process from registration and pre-check ups to meeting the doctor to be meticulously followed. As it goes with everyone, it was difficult for me, to immediately accept the fact, when Dr. Prithi told me that there is a cataract in my eye. As travel is a part of the work, I discussed with Dr. Prithi on the dates, which had to be rescheduled a couple of times and never for once, did she feel frustrated to accommodate my request. All through the above process was, Ms. Lakshmi who is patience and service personified. She was there to answer my repeated anxious queries with comforting replies, which was the first step towards the feel that I have come to the right place. I was guided right through all the pre-surgery tests and with the efficient Ms. Lalitha, went through the process of pre-insurance steps very smoothly. The pre-surgery discussion with Dr. Prithi gave me so much of clarity and comfort from the choice of lens to whole surgical process. Dr. Prithi made me feel that the surgery was yet another check up, as I realiased that it was never painful at any moment but it went through smooth with a conversation with the surgeon. That’s what a patient expects, the comfort and confidence that one is in the right hands and with a family that is caring for you. The follow up with Dr. Manjunath, was very a pleasant experience, where I found him to be a very down to earth person inspite of all his achievements.

I had a cataract surgery 15 days back. Excellent team of doctors and assistants. The surgery went very smoothly, Dr Preeti Manjunath who conducted my surgery is very patient and approachable. Nurse Lakshmi is very helpful and explained the medications in detail. Madam Lalitha who is handling insurance claims is very helpful. I would recommend this hospital.

The Hospital staff is very cooperative. They are humble and polite. They treat patients with care and compassion. Dr Priti and Dr Manjunath are skilled and intelligent opthalmic surgeons. Their skills are commendable.

Completed the cataract removal and implant of Intra ocular lens in the leftt eye following the same procedure in the right eye at Nethra. Since I had high level of Myopia it was not as straight forward as in usual cases. Both the surgeries were completed successfully very smoothly with virtually no discomfort of any kind. The doctors are excellent and evaluate all patients meticuluosly. Though crowded at almost all times, hospital is neat and very well managed with courteous staff. Very satisfying and reassuring experience.

We consulted with Dr. Priti Manjunath here in Nethra Hospital and also got cataract surgery done by her. She is a very good doctor who takes into consideration all issues of the patient, consults with other docs as required and also is very compassionate and empathetic. She puts the patients interest and comfort above all and talks very well with the patient. The staff here is quite considerate too and well spoken. I never had any issues during my visits here.

Come only if you have an entire day to sit and keep waiting. Waiting waiting and waiting and then ur in. Horrible management. Even during this Pandemic situation they making wait is ridiculous. Not a safe way of handling patience.

I had a language problem. A Doctor and staff don't know Kannada, so i had problem in selecting specs. Respect Kannada when you're in Karnataka. I don't recommend.

I recently got my mother's cataract surgery done in nethra eye hospital she had a very mature cataract, the Dr. Prithi helped us understand everything about it and the surgery went very well and now mother is happy. Doctor and the staff were very good. The insurance person "Lalitha" took extra take care to give me all the details regarding the reimbursment she filled all the forms for me even though i'd not taken many documents as hard copy she helped in that regard all i had to do was just enter bank details and cheque details and send it for reimbursement. I recommend this hospital definetly for others.

I sincerely thank Dr Priti M, Dr Shreebhargav Naresh and their entire team for successful cataract surgery of my mother, 67 years old. She also had retinal issues. The entire staff was very helpful, they helped in getting insurance, day care, surgery and everything.

My father has 2 cataract operations in the last 2 weeks. Everything from appointments to checkups to operations went smooth. Although my insurance was not cashless mode, all the insurance related process and advice for re-reimbursements was professional. Entire hospital staff (Front desk, Nurses.) were cordial, informed and empathetic. Overall very satisfied.
