Nethradhama Super Speciality Eye Hospital

I had been there for my eye check up. Very organizedsystem, caring staff, clean premises, good doctors.

Clean and tidy. Almost no rush or waiting time. It is empanelled on CGHS and visitation and general tests are covered at Rs 300. Everything was quick. Sankar Nethraalaya takes 3 hours plus.

I am giving 4 stars because they did not give me any reports other than the eye power.

Excellent service, they treated the patients very well and great technical equipments are present to ease the patients.

My experience was very good. Dr. Bhavna diagnosed me well and gave the proper advice for my issue.

Best hospital in India for eye care, top class machine has been installed in the hospital, and Dr. Harsha one of the best in the hospital.
The only draw back I see is few staff are answering in a rude behavior which irritates us.

We have good experience with Netharadhana and it has been our regular eye checkup destination for last couple of years. The stuff and the doctors are good. Specially thanks to Supriya Antick for her great work. She handles the little kids very affectionately.

This hospital needs to consider the number of doctors availability on weekdays. They can't have doctors work 9-5 while on weekdays working class can come in only after 5pm. It's a lot of inconvenience as there is only one doctor after 5pm for a train of patients.

The attendant let my grandfather have lunch in a separate room as he can't walk to a restaurant. Patients are looked after and informed by staff. Doctors are much more patient than in some other hospitals. Try visiting on weekday mornings.

I have been visiting this hospital for many years now for my daughter and I have been very pleased with my experience. All the doctors and the staff have very courteous.

Worst experience … I booked the appointment with Dr Harsha K sir for routine check up … When I reached there (Indiranagar Branch) I was shocked to see that they changed my appointment with Other Dr (I have no problem with that) … without my knowledge… when I asked the reason … Nurses n the ladies on reception started manipulating me… n she started telling u can come for free consultation with in 14 days again…. Level of stupidity.

It’s a very good eye hospital. My mother was visiting eye doctors since long. But here first time she was detected Glaucoma, The machines are very good so as doctors. Best thing from a patient point of view is proper diagnosis of his/her suffering. Now She is happy for her proper treatment. 4 wheeler parking is there, but as in city like Bangalore it always difficult. Sometimes parking may full. But security guard are very helpful in arranging parking. Two wheelers parking not a issue.

I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS HOSPITAL

Visited this hospital when vision is 6/6 in both RE and LE, ended up losing vision in RE post surgery here

I visited this hospital due to blood leak in right eye, Dr. Mahesh (never listened me, just trying to move to next case) talked about obvious causes rather running diagnosis to identify true cause, this happened again. This time Dr Mahesh Kumar recommended a brief laser surgery (in my view he was least bothered to converse with patient rather in hurry to finish off and move to next patient). Post surgery, asked me follow up once in 2 months. I did follow up this time he didn't listen to me at all - rather told me to follow up after 2 months without examining (didn't run any scans or recommending for any diagnosis).
I got blood leak in my right eye again, waited for blood to settle for a while. This time it is taking more unlike last 2 times, so visited hospital.
Not examining thoroughly, by just showing OCT scan where blood was profuse Dr Mansoor Ali Khan scared me and hurried me to go through surgery to fix it - worst part is, no explanation.nothing. Doc said come to Jayanagar center tomorrow, will complete surgery

Final results post surgery - surgery was not complete, sorry, I will be more responsible going forward - Drs words post surgery…

That's all - I followed up for next 3 months on a weekly basis, went through another surgery as first one was not successful.different stories I heard each time and tried to prove that my eye sight was bad before visiting this hospital - By then I lost vision in my right eye

We got cataract surgery done for my parents here and the experience has been really good. The doctors and staff are very helpful and cooperative. Special thanks to Mr Aneesh for helping us out with our insurance related work and overall coordination.

Dr. Sujata here is unprofessional in handling the case both of with my wife and daughters eye check up. She was rude in and wasn’t willing to explain (for first time) as to why the number increased, what is the consequences and what kinda of exercises to do. And the usage of flash light does cause discomfort in keeping the eyes open. And Dr. Sujata was literally irritated and angry at my daughter for not being able to keep the eyes open.

Hospital is clean. Staff is very polite. Sandhiya doctor gives clear explanation to your all questions and correct treatment is given.

Extremely good for eye care. Highly recommend Dr Sujatha for Cataract Surgery in particular. Three of my family members have been treated by her with fantastic results.

Dr Mansur Khan is a superb Eye Surgeon and a Superspecialist. Has been so since my IAF days. Last Wednesday, I walked in with a fogged left eye, and walked out 6/5, Sight. Thats magic in his hands indeed, after a YAG laser procedure.
13 years back, he had operated on my eyes, post an aircraft blast Injury, from 12AM to 3.00 AM, wee hours of the day, and restored my eyesight.
Couldn't be more grateful ever.
