I attend the interview for this company recently,
Good procedure they are following, everything is nice, total environment and people are very freindly.

Work culture is good with supporting team and very friendly and chill environment. Not that much work pressure.

Very bad experience, they don't have time sence, they are wasting our time, they don't have humanity, full attitude staff, Please don't go there. Friends

Only robots work here. They treat employees like a machine. I have seen how other various employees keep moving in and out of their managers cabin, scared of this/that. They lack basic work ethics. Work like a bot or leave the organization. I left it happily and luckily.

My personal opinion based on experience: You should not work in a company where you have to work with a boss rather work in a company where there is a leader. Boss will always treat you like a resource. Leader will always inspire and help you grow. That's the reason I left this company. There is no leader there. It's just a boss & employee culture.

Now, rattled by 1-2 bad reviews, the company now forced their employees to write good reviews. Such a laughing stock they are!
