Worst experience ever. When you call the hospital for an appointment they say we can get the appointment after two days. Then you go to visit doctor and wait for 4 hours (11am 2.30pm) having an appointment to see the doctor. Then at 2.30 pm they inform you saying that due to emergency the doctor has left and will be back by 4pm. They check patients BP when we enter and after sitting idle for 5 hours it's obvious that not just the patients BP even the care takers will surely be high by the time you see doctors face. Pathetic system. Things get worst when you take a paralysed parent to see this doctor. There should be a systematic procedure to deal with patients. Either call the patient and inform about the change in timing or cancel the appointment.
