Neuro Cure Nandi Scans and Diagnostics

I had booked an appointment with them to perform anomaly scan for my wife which needs to be done in a specific week and with high hopes for a timely and efficient visit, only to be met with an infuriating and disappointing experience. My appointment was scheduled for 11: 00 AM, but I found myself sitting in the crowded and uncomfortable waiting room for what felt like an eternity. Fast forward 6: 00 PM we were still not sure if they were going to call us in or not.

As the minutes turned into hours, my frustration grew. There was no communication from the staff about the delays, leaving my wife and other patients in a state of confusion and irritation. The lack of respect for my time was astounding and deeply disappointing.

During my seemingly endless wait, I observed an air of indifference, confusion and uncertainty among the office staff. Patients, many of whom appeared disappointed and infuriated they had no explanation or apology. It was not just a matter of inconvenience; it was a complete disregard for the value of our time and well-being.

When we finally got to see the doctor, we expected a sincere apology for the extensive wait but Instead the doctor tells that its going to take more time and we can cancel the scan if we want. It felt as though our concerns were brushed aside

This experience has left me deeply disappointed and questioning the professionalism and empathy. I cannot comprehend how any doctor can justify such blatant disrespect for their patients' time and well-being. It is disheartening to think that in a field dedicated to healing, basic courtesy and respect for patients' time are seemingly overlooked.

I urge the management of this practice to reevaluate their scheduling and communication processes to ensure that no patient has to endure such a harrowing experience. Respect for patients' time and consideration for their well-being should be fundamental principles in any medical setting. Sadly, my experience at this place fell far short of these expectations, leaving me profoundly disappointed and we will never step foot in this place again!

The doctor is extremely rude and does not answer any questions if asked. She denied providing me report because I complained about the long wait time even after requesting.
There is no order, and no point taking prior appointment.
Would not recommend to anyone.

Worst staff and worst doctor. Very rude behaviour with patients. Don't keep up with appointment and make patients wait for their turn. When questioned, doctor shows arrogance. No responsibility shown by doctor or staff. Was an unpleasant experience. Don't recommend this place personally

I was visited here 2016 in my first pregnancy and after that I visited many times in different year but way of treating patients is doctor was so cool gives us accurate result and even staffs are good

We had been here for the NT scan and Dr Anuradha and her team took good care of us. She was very patient and explained things in detail to us. The place was not overcrowded since they work on appointment basis, which is very convenient for us patients. The staffs here were also polite and helpful. Definitely will be visiting this place our next scan as well.

Dr. Anuradha madam given detail information about the baby. Scanning for better than other diagnostic center & also Ms. Suma has given good guidlines to us and smooth speaking and co-operation.

Yes waiting period is there but it is nothing compared to the satisfaction you have post scanning.

Best Diagnostic Center. Dr. Anuradha is very professional and her attention to details are excellent. Had visited for anomaly scan. The best place for any of your scans during pregnancy. The doctors are friendly and do a detailed scan.
The scan itself takes at least half an hour per person so delay in waiting time is to be expected.
At the end of the day we need assurance and good scanning to be done which nandi diagnostic will not compromise on. Loved and enjoyed all my visits to nandi scan centre most satisfied nd sachin is very kind hearted person who helped me to get appointment nd explained all the things.tqsm sachin

I've had four scans with Dr. Anuradha. She takes time and does a thorough fetal/preganancy scan and patiently explains everything. Very reliable and detailed scans.
The clinic's covid protocols in place are very reassuring. Minimal contact, not too many people gathered and general covid related safety is maintained well.
A shout out to Sachin and the front desk, who've promptly helped us with making appointments.
I would highly recommend the clinic and Dr. Anugradha for preganancy related ultrasound.

Partnership works best here: Being a client I adhered with the rules of the Scan Center and inturn had smooth pregnancy scans.
I haven't seen any Doctor creating groups of clients, so they can co-ordinate their visit to the Centre just to avoid long waiting time! Hats off to the commitment!

Good place and good doctors. Doctor Anuradha is very helpful and polite.
Only drawback I see is during covid times, mask is not made mandatory. People sit inside without masks. Most of the ladies who wear burqa dont even wear mask. This is a serious concern to all other responsible patients who come to this facility for scan. Suggestion, please ensure only those who wear mask (covering both nose and mouth) are allowed inside. Please check mask is wore under burqa as well! Thanks.

Dr Anuradha is an expert in fetal medicine (Pregnancy scans) and very patient and humble. Unlike other all other scans pregnancy scans are very different and challenging as the baby inside keeps moving n its a very challenging job to scan the babies.so everyone plz be patient for your own baby' sake and get the best out of it.

Had visited this center couple of times for blood test and for scanning. With respect to doctor, she is very friendly and informative. But with respect to time management and service, its very poor. They dont have value for your time. My appointment was at 9.30 and I had to wait until 12.00PM. They don't even respond properly. You will have to ask for sealed bill otherwise they will not.
They had misplaced my doctors proscription also.
BIG NO for not maintaining the time. Definitely not again.
