They do have most of the items. Women staffs were good and helping. Except that a male staff, who was billing was very rude, and they say different prices for few items while enquiring and while billing and he has glance as if, we customers are lying. And no rates put on items, so that they can say any price according to people. Never gona visit again.
Has a good collection and prices are fine. The store is extremely dirty. Literally everything you touch has a layer of dust. Would never prefer visiting again
They are very worst at their service.placed order 20 days back still not received stock.they don’t respond properly.worst service ever seen.please respond to customer’s atleast
Their prices are high.although they don’t pay much attention to customer requirements.they were in hurry to close the shop.also the cake mould that I bought is defective… full waste of money and time
It's a one stop solution to all baking needs. Can say this as a novice baker. The assistants are friendly and quick. Shopping here becomes easier if you carry your list as it becomes easier for both customer and shopkeeper to make it available to us. It is reasonable when you buy in bulk. The quality of the products are good and durable.
Got myself a treat by visiting and getting a bunch of supplies for making desserts. They had tart rings, baking chocolate, tart moulds, essence, food color, whipping cream, etc. Very close to my office and I'm definitely going to visit quite often now that I have discovered them!
Very poor management. Overpriced. The store attendant ignored me and kept talking on the phone. Instead of making my bill first she was making some online order bill
Best best best the best.amazing customer service and very reasonable cost. I highly recommend. Very satisfied with the shopping. Will definitely be a regular customer
This shop is good but they won't offer much discounts compare to chickpet market but nearby no option is available for getting all option and product available at one shop.so this can be an option for nearby people and people who want to get all baking tool and stock at one shop.also to highlight this shop doesn't have good parking spot so better ride with two wheller at shop
Amazing place to buy all the baking things I always plan on buy something and end up buying things I dint even need It's like your lost in the place and dont feel like coming out
I explored both Arife and Next Level Shoppee. Both have vast variety to offer. However, I will rate them both here on few pointers, which are as below-
1. Offering and types of products - Both give end to end baking supplies. Arife do supply edible printing sheet but printer was not in working state Next level shoppee, Printing sugar sheet facility is not avbl.here. While Arife has variety of sea of moulds in less space apart from other baking supplies, Next level shoppee doesn't hv that many moulds but have beautiful packaging material avbl.which was little less in New Arife lamoulde shop.
2. Customer service - Anytime Arife is better and polite. Personal attention and guidance is given even if there are multiple customers and whoever attends knows the supplies and it's purpose. So yeah Arife anytime. Arife does home delivery too, orders can be placed via what's app and they conduct baking classes also via Bangalore renowned bakers.
3. Paymemts - My heartiest disappointment. I chose products giving my half an hour and energy only to know that there are no provisions for paying via gpay or such. Only cash or card. Not everyone uses cash or cards so they need to be little customer friendly plus the person who sits at the counter or for that sake anyone in that shop were quite impersonal. It's more like a retail shop with people who have no attachment/excitement to what they sell. You buy or leave, it doesn't matter to them. While New Arife shop, they definitely care and they would want their customers to have 100 % satisfaction
This place is the best place to shop for baking supplies whether you're an all time baker, a home baker, or even a beginner trying their skills at baking. The staff is super helpful and we'll behaved, and the prices are very reasonable with good quality of materials. The only issue was with space, as the store is really small. Things were a little disorganised. However, I would still go back if I need to pick up something for my baking journey!:)
It's a great place to shop for baking needs. The prices are reasonable and you can get a good range of baking goods. The staff is extremely helpful too. However the shop is small and very congested but we would definitely go back!
Worst Experience! Visited there stores more than 10 times & had to return empty handed for more than 8 times. Anything you ask them. Reply is always same i.e, "Out of stock". Disinterested Staff behaviour & overly Priced Products.
A good collection of baking supplies. If you buy in bulk, you may even get a good discount. However, the place is not very well organised. Everything is scattered here and there. A lot of the boxes and cartons are torn and dirty. If only it was better maintained, they could save a lot of products and hence earn revenue.
EDIT: Since I wrote this review, I have found a few other baking supply stores that are selling the same products at a considerably cheaper rate. Also, the collection has reduces since the lockdown, which I don't blame them for, but luckily I was able to find what I needed elsewhere.
Very arrogant and not eager to sell. I visit the store 3-4 times for normal cake mould, everytime I am asked to come after 2 days and today is total hights, I can see all stock up in front of me, still they refused on face, saying its not there.
My favourite place to go bakery (items) shopping. U can fine anything u want.it's a bit crowded, not by people but by things n it's lik bakers paradise. Will definitely recommend bakers to shop from there.
Im impressed with the very cheap wholesale price these guys provide if you have a tie up with them. The owner and the manager are very polite and corporative.
Complacent staff. Not bothered about the customer but were busy in chatting between themselves. Another lady was dozing off at the first floor and had to wake her up to ask about things
Have been waiting for the shop to be opened for more than half an hour and still there is no show. Some of the products are not labelled with no expiry date. Careful buying those since I got a bag of expired chocolate chips once and when I complained they didn't even offer to replace or refund.
A tiny Shop which has a huge collection of baking items, boxes, trays, moulds, etc. Recommended for anyone looking to get mass supply of ingredients for baking and chocolate making.
Better place and good varieties of products when compared to other baking stuff related stores nearby. They deliver online too within couple of days at the maximum.
They have alot of good stuff, but the shop never opens on time and no prices mentioned on the items which means for everything you need to ask the helpers. Since the place is packed, getting a reply takes quite a while.
