Can't even give one star the owner is very rude guy and doesn't even take any of our problems seriously and the most important thing the food not even tastes good and is very spicy causing health issues

Stayed here for couple of months.
The food is absolutely a joke almost every day they make daal chawal and food taste is absolutely bland most of the time.
The guy manjunath is the person in charge and is total money minded.
He doesn't honour the agreement details.
For example the agreement mentions if stayed over one day so 350 per day but for him he will increase to 400 or sometimes even 500 depending upon how much he wants it.
If you argue with him he will often compare his pg to a hotel and say hotel doesn't give food.
He will be nice until you sign the agreement.

Full luxurious and cleanliness rooms, 24x7 hot water, food is very tasteful, owner is very friendly with us.
