Worst service and too much of costly un necessary tests are done and better you visit nearest clinic they gave good treatment

Hi everyone this hospital is wonderfull and the doctor is taking a good care of indivisual patient and the ward boys is also take care of patients by doing a bed bath and keep the patient clean everyday and the hospital run by DR. Narasa reddy sir i thankfull to the sir and administration of hospital too

Dr Narasa Reddy, a wonderful doctor he take cares of all the patients individually and Veeresh and Gangadhar brother helped a lot in bathing and cleaning for the patients and both will immediately responds to the query and Nursing staff was friendly and cooperative in guiding us through each and every procedure and tests. Doctors gave ample amount of time to discuss on test results and gave a valuable guidance. Overall had a very good experience and Thanks to all for your good treatment.

Generally I dont write down any reviews, But this time I made it a point to pen down my experience. So that It would be Useful for Someone Looking for the Best Treatment and Hospital in Devanahalli Taluk. I was not feeling well and admitted to New Manasa Hospital, And got surgery too, Especially in this crutical time I need to mention that Dr. Narasa Reddy sir who helped us a lot and his team were very helpful and Accessible for any Query.
Very well managed and Maintained Hospital, Everything is systematic, The staffs were very kind and friendly they took very good care of me. In particular Savitha Nurse, saroja Nurse, Sowmya Nurse, Naresh, shivu, Veeresh and Team were very resourceful and kind.
I would like to Thank Dr. Narasa Reddy sir for his support during all the time. We will remain Graceful to New Manasa Hospital staff Who provided Excellent Medical Treatment in such Unprecedented Conditions.

Hello all this is my personal experience to the new manasa children hospital.my baby got rebirth from the hospital we never repay to the Dr. Priyanka madam and staff.they are treat like as a parent.everyone worked very hard and very caring.hospital was very clean and hygiene.they were following covid rules very strictly.money doesn't matter treatment is very nice.thanking you Dr. Priyanka madam and staff we are always remember you.

This hospital is only for making money.we belive that doctors are gods but in this hospitals doctors born for making money. But they have to think they will also one day in the same bed they will realize money will not come any way learn to surve the pepole and don't make people foolishness this will reflect you one day.

I had undergone master health checkup at this hospital today. All tests were conducted very efficiently and reports and consultation with various departmental doctors were arranged well by the hospital staff with pleasant and helping nature.

I m sharing my experience two days back. Almost good hospital trained staff and very humble good caretaker at all. They try to serve more patients.
Not for money.

I have experienced a worst scenario with which I would live with regrets for the rest of my life for choosing this hospital. I humbly request everyone who ever comes across my post to spare your valuable time and go through the entire post so that this doesn't happen to your loved ones. My sweet granny was brutally treated at this Hospital. The reason is she had a fracture in her right leg. It was a spiral fracture in the femur bone with a closed wound. The wound was treated immediately at the nearest hospital with casts and splints. She was suggested to be on complete bed rest for nearly 6 months along with scheduled follow up. She had good circulation and sensitivity in her leg and toes. Poor lady was really doing well until she ended up in Manasa Hospital. After a couple of months, we just wanted to know about her current condition and the rate of recovery, so we landed up at NEW MANASA HOSPITAL at Devanahalli town, Karnataka. When we consulted the orthopedic surgeon, he suggested an internal fixation surgery with screws and plates. The surgeon had assured us that our granny would be walking in a couple of days. He pursued us earnestly, so we agreed for the surgery. The surgery was conducted on 6th of December 2021, the surgeon said the surgery went on well there were no complications and she was perfectly well. They were doing dressing every alternate day, but they didn't allow any attender to witness the dressing and wound even once moreover other than inj pantop and few painkillers no other drugs or antibiotics were given, not even a drain bag was connected. After three days the greater toe turned black (necrosis). When questioned the doctor said one nerve was already damaged before the surgery itself so it’s clearly an expected complication. He told this only after necrosis started. He suggested amputation that too the entire leg including the surgery site. We were completely shocked. We were not ready for amputation, instead we were trying to get a second opinion. So, he himself suggested another surgeon at Aster hospital even there the same advice was given. Meanwhile the surgeon was persuading us for amputation as soon as possible. He also provided free bed charges, free service charges and free medications. We felt something fishy. When we wanted to take her to hometown, they immediately granted also arranged a free ambulance and air bed as long as she stays away from the hospital. But he clearly instructed not to open the dressing. So, we brought her home and the following day of discharge her wound started stinking. Since we had health care professionals in the family Circle, we thought of dressing. As soon as the dressing was opened the entire wound nearly 25 centimeters was wide open and internal tissues and bones were clearly visible. And the gangrene was vigorously spreading. This scene shook us up. It was clearly a medical error which was being covered up excellently. I wonder how my granny was suffering the pain and discomfort for such a long time. We got her amputated at Manipal Hospitals at Bangalore. I accept medical errors can happen anywhere. But we being mere human beings at least expect proper intimation and rectification for the error caused. My poor old granny was expecting to walk sooner but she had no idea that those great doctors and health care givers whom she entrusted her own life with would be the sole cause for the great irreversible loss. Only If the surgeon had just been honest, we could have saved her leg. Even till this very day my grandmother is suffering from deep depression and undergoing a denial process. After reading this post any common man can get these doubts. 1. Why was the vascular and perfusion not checked? 2. Why no antibiotics were started. 3. Why was the drain bag not connected? 4. Why was suturing not done? 5. Why was dressing not allowed to be witnessed by attenders? 6. Why was gangrene formed in a surgical wound? 7. Why did the surgeon not inform immediately about the nerve damage after surgery?

In New Manasa Hospital. Dr Narasa Reddy at reception people Admin Mr Prabhakar helping to patients excelent way of speaking Guidense. I felt very Happy with this people. I strongly recommend to my Friends n Relatives to this New Manasa Hospital.

I went for pregnancy check up their DR. CHAITRA SK is very good and experienced doctor.

I didn't have a good experience with this hospital. There is doctor who is so rude to his patients. The first thing the doctor wants is patience. He doesn't even hv a bit. Patients will be mentally depressed at that time if u guys act rudely tht cannot be tolarated.so please react calmy with them.

This is my heartfelt gratitude to all the working staff of this Para bliss hospital especially in the time of Covid as all safety measures were strictly followed. On New Year my daughter had a delivery (C-section) and I was really impressed by the team of doctors aswell the paramedics. All were so cooperative & polite right from the nurses, the attendants, the gynae department, the child specialist and sorry if someone is left. We had a wonderful experience. May you all flourish & a big thanks to the team.

ನಾನು ಕೆಲವು ದಿನಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆ ಬೆನ್ನು ನೋವಿನಿಂದ ನರಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದೆ, ಆದರೆ ಒಂದು ಇದ್ದಕ್ಕಿದ್ದಂತೆ ಬೆನ್ನು ನೋವು ಜಾಸ್ತಿ ಆಯಿತು ಆಗ ನಾನು New MANASA Hospital (ದೇವನಹಳ್ಳಿ) ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಅಂತ ಹೊದೆ ಆಗ ವೈದ್ಯರು ಆಗ ಚುಚ್ಚುಮದ್ದು ಕೊಟ್ಟು ಸಲಹೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟರು ಆದರು ಕೂಡ ನೋವು ಕಡಿಮೆ ಆಗದ ಕಾರಣ (ultrasound scan) ಸಲಹೆ ನೀಡಿದರು ಆಗ,
ಡಾ: ಅರ್ಜುನ್ ಸರ್ scan ಮಾಡಿದ ಮೇಲೆ ನನಗೆ ಗೋತಾಗಿದು ನನಗೆ ಕರುಳುವಾಳ (appendix) ಇದೆ ಅಂತ ಅದರ ಗಾತ್ರ 10mm ಆಗಿತ್ತು ಆಗ ನಾನು ಡಾ: ನರಸಾ ರೆಡ್ಡಿ ಸರ್ ಅವರನು ಬೆಟಿ ಮಾಡಿದೆ ಆಗ ಅವರು ಇವಾಗಲೆ ಶಸ್ತ್ರಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಗುಣಮಾಡಿಕೊಳಲು ಸಲಹೆ ನೀಡಿದರು ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ನಾನು ಗಟ್ಟಿ ಮನಸ್ಸು ಮಾಡಿ ಶಸ್ತ್ರಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಗೆ ಒಪಿಕೊಂಡು ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಸಲಹೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸಿದೆ,

ಶಸ್ತ್ರಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ತೊಂದರೆ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ಆಯಿತು
ಶಸ್ತ್ರಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಮುಗಿದ ಬಳಿಕ ನನನು 4ದಿನಗಳು ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯಲಿ ಇದೆ ಆ 4 ದಿನಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯ ಎಲ್ಲ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ವೃಂದ ನನನು ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಆರೈಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದರು ಯಾವುದೆ ತರಹದ ಕುಂದು ಕೊರತೆ ಬರದಂತೆ ನೋಡಿಕೊಂಡರು,
4 ದಿನಗಳ ಬಳಿಕ ನಾನು ಮನೆಗೆ ತೆರಳಿದೆ ಮತ್ತೆ 4 ದಿನಗಳ ಬಳಿಕ ವೈದರ ಸಲಹೆಯಂತೆ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗೆ ತೆರಳಿದ್ದಾಗ ಶಸ್ತ್ರಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಯ ನೊವು ಕಡಿಮೆ ಆಗಿತು ಆಗ
ಡಾ: ನರಸಾ ರೆಡ್ಡಿ ಸರ್ ಸಲಹೆ ಪಡೆದು ಮರಳಿ ಮನೆಗೆ ಬಂದೆ,
ವೈದ್ಯರ ಸಲಹೆಯಂತೆ ಪಾಲಿಸಿದೆ,
ಇಗ ನನಗೆ ಶಸ್ತ್ರಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಯ ಆಗಿ 2 ತಿಂಗಳು ಆಯಿತು ಇವಾಗ ನನಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯ ತೊಂದರೆ ಇಲ್ಲ ನಾನು ಮೊದಲಿನ ತರಹ ಗುಣಮುಖವಾಗಿ ಅರಾಮಆಗಿ ಇರುವೆ, ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ನಾನು

No experience for doctors and staffs they dont treat u well. Its not a good choice to choose this hospital instead rmps and small clinics do a better job than this hospital.

This hospital is very good and shows good concern towards patient rather than costs and good awareness since it is located in main road.
Easy to find out this hospital during medical emergencies like accidents.
All well experienced senior most consultants with well qualified.
