New raghavendra luxury pg for gents

Nice Experience staying here for a year. If you face any problem regarding food or any basic amenities you can contact caretaker Ravinder, he will try to resolve it asap.

The place is filled with bed bugs and the owner is refusing to give the deposit back by making excuses like late notice.

Don't waste your hardwork money they will not return your deposit amount.

GOD is seeing your karma u will never get success.

Pathetic management. I was out of station for 3 months, paying the rent on time. But the cunning management in the greed of money gave the bed to some other guy taking money from him as well on the same bed. I lost all my shoes, when asked they are saying we are not responsible. And these guys will never pay the advance amount, forget about it.
Don't go by previous reviews
This is as of October 2022. If still in doubt have a look and talk to people there by yourself:

1. You will find bed bugs on every bed in every room and they will ruin your sleep.
2. No butter milk or curd is provided on any given day. The menu which is shown when you join is just a piece of waste paper and never followed.
3. Only 1 washing machine for the entire PG of nearly 120 members. You need wait for days to get your laundry done.
4. No north and south indian food. It's either north or south on a given day.
5. Owners do not respond, you call them, you will never find them in the PG. My ceiling fan was very very slow and was reporting almost everyday to get it sorted but no one responds.
6. Cleaning is done only thrice a week but not everyday as mentioned while you join.

If you can spend 3-4 days you can definitely find a better PG than this. Try not to pay the advance when asked, it is highly likely that you will lose it. The thing here is almost every month, the rent is increased by 500.

One of the best PG I've ever stayed in Bangalore. Food quality is good, cleaning happens regularly and management is good. I'd recommend to stay in this PG without any second thoughts. Below are the attached picture's of my room.

We joined for 9.5k and they kept increasing rent every month. So, we told we'll vacate because of rental increase. They asked us to give notice before leaving (on Aug 3). But the problem is searching a home is very tedious in bangalore. Hence, it took almost a week for us to find a home. Then, we went and gave notice to the hostel (on Aug 10th). But, what they claimed is as per hostel rules, notice should be given on 1-5th of the month. Otherwise we won't get our advance back which is totally not fare at all. Then we demanded the advance we weren't respected while talking. They'll say "MY HOSTEL MY RULES" and they won't even stand and talk with you. We are tenants and we are paying rents to them and we should be respected. We waited until the next month to get the advance. Once the next rent date arrived (Aug 06), the PG management sent their guys to our rooms demanding for rent, otherwise we should vacate our rooms. If we're not vacating, then they threatend us saying that they'll throw our things outside. We decided not to fight anymore and we vacated that PG because of some Nonsense rules which is not anywhere else.

NOTE - We were staying as a gang of 8. So, he didn't return the whole which is literally stealing from you and getting benefitted out of it.

Took almost a month to return my security deposit; all the while I was calling and messaging to return it. Even before repaying, tried to lie that I gave late notice. Pathetic

This PG is a very good place to stay. The manager is very chill and helps in every problem. The cleaning staff are good in behaviour and it happens on alternate days.
Has nice internet connection, lift, TV in every room, chair-tables and a shared bathroom.
One can find literally everything near to this PG from supermarket to restaurants, cafes, medicine shops and various outlets.
Overall the stay is very economical and the food provided by them is decent.

Giving1 star since I am out of options otherwise they don't even deserve this. They keep on increasing price per month shamelessly

One of the Best PG to live in Bangalore. For new arrivals it is a clean and nice pg with all facilities and food. I was staying since last one and half year and hve a great experience.

Staying in this pg for more than 3 months. So just wanna review:)

Pros:
1) Excellent food. We will get hot, fresh & tasty food every time. There will be always two menu, one is rice item & other one is chapathi/roti/paratha/idly/dosa etc. Chicken and egg will be provided weekly once along with veg. Dining area is neat and clean.

2) Maintenance is good. Everyday they do sweeping & cleaning the floor, bathroom & toilet with their calm & polite staffs.

3) PG gate is open for 24/7. So no need to worry when we are travelling home and come back late night/early morning.

4) Owner/manager is a nice person. Always ready to listen our concerns. I have got my new 'mattress' on the very next day when I requested.

5) Bike parking, WiFi, RO water, Geyser, Induction stove, Microwave Oven are common amenities. TV (along with sofa & refrigerator) are in every flat's hall (not in every room, so ppl who wanted to sleep won't get any trouble while others watching the TV).

6) 3 washing machines (top load & automatic) are placed in terrace area. There is a enough space on the terrace to dry our clothes.

7) Furnished rooms with big cupboards.

8) 'Balcony rooms' are little big when compared to other rooms (Need to pay extra 1k for that).

9) CCTV cameras are placed all over.

10) Lift facility is available.

11) Electricity with power backups.

12) Located in a posh area as the residents are mostly IT professionals.

Cons:
1) Washing machines are very old. There is only space for detergent, no after wash. Also it won't wash our clothes properly.

2) Tiny/small beds (single size)

3) PG is little far from Outer Ring Road (500 mtrs). So ppl who don't have bike need to walk a bit / need to take auto.

Food is good when compared with other PG's. Everyday they will clean the rooms. Everyday 3 times food available. Owner Ravindra is too good and funny.

Rooms are too good. Andhra style food 3 times a day. Sunday chicken biryani or chicken curry. Bike parking is available.

Bad facilities in terms of hygiene and cleanliness. Less space. High rent. Better get a flat instead.

Rooms are good but flooded with bed bugs, and while leaving in the middle you will not get your deposit back. Even if you late for 5 days to inform it's like forget about your deposit.
Food is ok. But deposit is high.

Nice food quality than other pgs and price is good too. Main thing is the location where it is.

The PG is located in a good area. The PG owner is very rude and keeps on asking the money and you have to pay advance of 10k (where he will deduct 2k for maintenance per month). He is such a lier. You can still find a better PG in Bellandur. This is my Kind advice to you. Beds are very bad and sometimes cockroaches will be there. Also Rs 9500 u have to pay as a rent. I don't think this PG is worth of it.

Tried to contact the owner.he DIDN't look interested for giving room.didn't talk properly. #Disappointed from his Behaviour.

Food is great, but the rooms are just okay.

I had stayed in this PG and Sunshine PG which is right next.

If you want clean rooms and you are okay with decent food, Sunshine PG which is right next is good.

If you want great Andhra food and can adjust a little with rooms, Raghavendra PG is good choice.

Accommodation and food is good, rent is economical. Cleanliness is very good compared to other PG's. Room's are spacious. Overall a good PG with reasonable charges.

I was stay around 2 yrs in this pg. Security deposit not refundable while leaving from the room.very bad management.as per my suggestion don't move this pg.

You will rarely get PG in this area with spacious Hall and Rooms. This PG (opposite Joggers Park) is one of them. You can go for it guys.

Clean and tidy PG. Good food as well for North Indian as well as South Indian folks. Worth the money.

Tasty food and luxury rooms.
Neatness is outstanding guys.
If we will get any urgent issues that mean sink, lift, what ever it may be we will get immediate response from owner.

Rooms are spacious, food is good compare to other PGs. Maintanence is good and responsible. Rent is nominal. Everything is good except the power backup facilities.

Raghvendra Pg's provide all basic luxury facilities but the parking space is not enough and some time you won't get food after 9: 30AM & 9: 30PM which can make it better if they think about it and keep person in office where people can concern about it.

Good place to stay, management is responsive to your problems, good food, enough parking space, daily cleaning, although rooms are little small

It's a good one to stay here, it's been two years I'm staying here, I checked other PGs before joining here, this is far better than others. They are very flexible with tenants and maintain properly.

The PG is worth living for a bachelor's person. The facility of generator is there too. The food is the best part of it. I do recommend it for the people looking for PG in Bellandur.

The pg is located at a prime location and the food is edible, this is where the good part ends. The rooms are relatively small, internet hardly works when needed and some rooms are infested with bedbugs and roaches.

Very comfortable PG, with good food. 24*7 hot water facilities. Rooms are sweeped and mopped everyday.

The PG is pretty good! Good food and place to stay. Cost could be a bit steep but totally worth it.

Don't go for the name, this place isn't​ luxurious at all. But if you are you looking for a pg which is affordable in price and have a good quality of necessary facilities, this might be the place.

The food isn't that bad based on the reviews my friends gave me who are living there since the last year.
There is a lift inside to get to the upper floors and enough parking space for the vehicles of the residents. They also have the washing machine, refrigerators and water filters there.

The location of the pg is also good as it isn't much far from the Ring Road which makes the commute to office easy for the people who likes to travel by public transportation.
There are also many pubs and restaurants in the 2km radius of the pg.

The rooms aren't much big for two people, but considering the price of stay it's not bad. They gives two beds, one cabinet, one tv and a chair-table in every rooms. The wi-fi facility is also available.

Overall: A good place to have your stay if you don't mind living in a PG.
