New Shanthi Sagar restaurant

Most disgusting place, with average food, and arrogant servers. They act as if they are giving free food. Hygiene is also not upto the mark. I have never visited a place as bad as this in a long time. This place should be shut down or the servers should be changed.

Been here many times but in my last visit on 8th Oct 2023, felt very disappointed by the service and food quality.

We ordered butter naan with paneer butter masala, mughlai biryani with masala dosage and lime juice with lime soda.

Naan and gravy was ok ok.
But rice was so bad tasted like some rice boiled in veggies and given to us with lot of oil tasteless.
Juice which they gave was just like water no proper lime or sugar.
Lime soda justice they have added salt with lime soda. Couldn't take a sip as well.
Dasa was so sour felt like 1 month old batter.
Over all this place doesn't give the same taste which it served before. Just waste of money going here.

Food is average, price is expensive,
Main thing fried rice very bad, telling rice is basmati rice charging more.

To be honest, the food wasn't good here. I ate here twice, but wouldn't recommend it. The service was also lacking and the washroom was smelly.

Very crowded. Located near Pothy's Gandhi nagar. Taste of the food is not good. Prices are affordable.
We ordered butter roti, garlic naan, kulcha and paneer butter masala in here.
Taste of paneer butter masala was not good. The paneer was not even soft.
The butter used in butter roti doesn't even seem to be of good quality.
Garlic naan and kulcha tasted better.

Had South Indian meals. Sambar was okay. Palya had stone in it. Roti, curry was okay. Rasam was just water with mild spice. Place looks a bit shabby. Service was fast.

Good service with a variety of food options.and at a reasonable price.best dining place in its surroundings! Have a visit and experience. ️

Very good food joint. All types of food like North, south, continental etc available. Nice ambiance

The food is good. But this particular branch does not serve South Indian cuisines like Dosa after 9: 30

A very old chain of restaurants, one of it operational here. I come here for old memories. Two pieces of bajji for 10 rupees is very reasonanle and so is tge coffee for 10 rupees. Coffee not as great as it used to be, but good deal for Rs. 10

Ac was not working in AC hall and we went there during scorching heat.food was good though and i wouldn't say it very tasty.we had north indian thali and kadai paneer with kulcha.kadai paneer had very few paneer.but if you are looking for a decent bite around bvk Iyengar road, then it is a lifesaver as it is walking distance.

First time in this hotel.had idli sambar.best served in banana leave.homely and healthy.feel fresh after having breakfast.waiters are responsive to customers.wish success in hotel management.

It's a very good veg restaurants we had just a simple meals. It was very nice and clean. The hotel provides you a good service and also it has a very good menu.
Choice of foods etc. The meals which they provided was awesome for the price. Their service was good, it has a separate family section so that you can have a very good atmosphere over there. The staff and supervisors are very well service oriented. I didn't found any probelm over there!
May be you may find parking problem.
