Food is worst, you will only get South Indian food (which are worst). No North food is provided. Owner discriminates between North and South people. He charges extra money for no reason. Worst pg experience.
I had food poisoning by eating food at PG. I had to take lassi to survive there, i am attaching pics for the proof. No proper space on terrace. Washing machine not in working condition, if works, you will not get your turn. You have to wash your clothes by your own hand.
Owner will take money on the name of security money, at the time of returning he will cut money for no reason.
At last, food quality is worst. People who had given 5 star and reviewed well, they are paid one.
They are giving a room where already people are staying, like 1 bed multiple persons if you are planning to go out for 2-3 days. Had stayed in someone else's bed and PG owner is good till you stay there. When the time is of Money he will rash out. Won't recommend it.
Owner is a cheater, he didn't return my roommate's advance deposit when he left the PG. Also, the food is the worst. Sometimes he recooks the 2-3 days leftover food. Don't go there at any cost.

Hi I am Vinit Bansal. I was staying as a guest in this pg and I had stayed about for 4 months and in my opinion it is the worst pg in that locality. The beds in the rooms are way too small and the washrooms also. The cleaner/sweeper who cleans the room is also a thief she has stolen stuffs from the guests room even from my room also and my friends room she stole a 60,000 iWatch. And the most important thing is that this pg has the worst quality of food. The other pgs in that area have chefs who prepare the foods and here the owner is the one who makes food.
There is another pg named At home co-living pg you can go there and see if you want to join pg in that area.
I would suggest not to choose this pg.
It doesn't have good washing machines only one machine is there and if you wash clothes rather than getting clean they are more dirty after washing.
And when the current is not there it is not fixed when the generator will Start.
Very poor quality of food, they are like trapping tenants by showing balcony and they took your advance and rent and then you claim after one day only "like food is not good anna" he will like i can't do any thing and i'll not return your money, you do whatever you want. Owner is very Rude.i'll personally suggest you guys that don't get trapped in this pg, first taste the food and stay for one then then only decide what to do, and also they don't take care of room cleaningness.
Superb rooms with elevator, breakfast & dinner, the family of the owners reside there at the ground floor so no compromise on quality as well as maintanence.
Only room is good and nothing else Taking extra money with no facilities Food is very bad and only two times No power backup Lift is under process since when we started living When you ask owner about facilities, the response is "No Problem" After giving the security money just forget about it, you will never get a single penny back.
Staying from last 6 months and am very happy to share my experience, Owner is very helpful and rooms are very comfortable. Food is good and we can eat 3 times here.
Roads are very spacious and we can park our vehicles opposite to pg
Rooms are good. Food is average. Only two times food is available. No power backup and no lift as of now. Washing machine is available Costlier rent. Nearby to Wipro SEZ.
