This was undoubtedly one of the most hospitable places of business I have visited. Excellent customer service by Mr Naveen and team. Ordered a pair of bifocal lens enabled spectacles for my FIL. They were delivered as promised with exact power as requested. Also the frame suggested was light on the rim as against its heavier predecessor.

I visited new vision care I taken glass for my mother and they given good quality and my mom was very comfortable and I got very good price thank for new vision care well service and good staff

Would highly recommend. Initially surprised to see such high ratings, thought they were fake. But person, Shivanna was very helpful and meticulous. Their inventory is reasonably priced and does not include premium brands which I wanted, they directed me to another store with the stock and also conducted a free eye test which was conducted meticulously. Its location is congested, medium sized shop but doesn't matter as service and offering is good. They also have an opthalmologist doctor clinic inside.
