Don't go this place I strongly recommend.
They take's a whole day for one scan this is very tooooo much

It is the best diagnostic lab I have ever visited. They are highly efficient on the testing side, silver lining is the faculty they are just amazing, most helpful, pleasent, smiling, courteous, run out of words. They deserve all the stars and more. Keep it up.

Very systematic and staff were courteous too. Clean and complete hygiene maintained. Receptionist staff Madhushree and Monisha were patient and polite and helpful too. Staff Vekateshan politely answered my questions regard to the scan I did.

I had a very good experience with newmedd, the doctors and staff are very helpful and the treatment has always been appropriate for me

Worst and pathetic, a person needs to spend a day here for a single day, they doesn't care about your problems here, they will tell their problems and you need to understand them, such a bad and rude staff behaviour, kindly go through the other diagnostic centre apart from this, where you can get good services

I had the worst experience here. They did the MPI scan and asked us to wait for 30 minutes to collect the reports. After waiting for another 2 hours, they informed they cannot give the reports today and they asked us to come tomorrow to collect the reports which means traveling 35kms to get the reports. They were not even sorry anout it and were rude to us. KINDLY DO NOT VISIT HERE.

ನಿಮ್ಮ centre ನಲ್ಲಿ ನನಗೆ ತುಂಬಾ ಒಳ್ಳೆ ರೀತಿಯ treatment ಸಿಕ್ಕಿತು. ಅಲ್ಲಿಯ staffs ತುಂಬಾ soft ಆಗಿ ವರ್ತಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ನಂಗೆ ತುಂಬಾ ಖುಷಿಯಾಯ್ತ್ತು.

The Worst centre in Bangalore for PET scan, they made the patient sit for straight 10 hours, gave appointment for 7 am in the morning and the test happened at 4 pm. Took the fees at 8 am only so that you are forced to sit. One word to summarise is PATHETIC.

First off, the attending doctor for nuclear medicine is really rude and patronizing, if you are lucky enough to meet him. My wife was explaining that she is exhausted most of the time to which he replied saying, teaching can't be that exhausting. And she had to get an expensive injection to which he questioned if we really wanted to spend so much, the other option would make her quite sick. But mostly, he gives an appointment and is unavailable. The first time we waited from 11 till 2, and then he went off for lunch without informing and was going to leave without seeing us. When we got really angry, and threw a fit, he obliged to see us and the other waiting patients. Next time we took an appointment, we turn up only to be informed that he had an "emergency international conference" that he needed to attend. The poor front office got to know about it accidentally as well, when they tried to consult him for a case, he let them know that he won't be coming in. We haven't really got any treatment from him so far, so can't speak for medical abilities but he can definitely do a better job at being a professional.

This has Advanced machines and scanning systems.
Only 1 centre in Bangalore near to Lal bagh, Shanti nagar, double road.

Went for tests for my father. The waiting time can be bit more but Dr. Murali is very professional and helpful. There is car parking in the basement. A small canteen in the diagnostic centre will be a plus as the waiting time is high and one is called with very light breakfast to the centre.

If you have all day to spend for a PET scan, please visit this diagnostic centre. If you don't have all day and would like a professional place, skip this.

The place is hygiene and even they will tell the procedure before going through how it gonna be? Attached the first floor photos which is the waiting hall. The sad part is they have only one branch here.

Visited for PET CT, staff was very cooperative. Dr Murali Discussed the reports personally. Overall a very pleasant And smooth experience. Will recommend this center. Thanks to the team.

Really Newmedd Diagnostics is the center for Petct Sscn, instructions given prior appointment, you need wait.long time, as this center got highest foot fall for there high quality reports and hospitality

Visited today for My wife 's HIDA scan and the staff were very cooperative and very polite. Thanks to Mr. Santhosh for coordinating and making this on time. Over all good staff and experience.

Highly disorganised. Unprofessional but polite staff. Weird combination I know. But the rooms were unclean. No proper instructions or directions given no guidance at all. They took all our documents and didn’t return them till the next day, which was a major inconvenience.

Newness Diagnostics is the ne centre I can recommend for scans we have been for Renal scan all the staffs are very cooperative and the procedure as been explained prior scan we can see the crowd, which shows the quality of reports they deliver, from all over karnataka patient come here

Evan not eligible fur single star. Very rube communication with patients that front desk staff don't have maness how to talk wid patients also too much miscommunication they won't give proper procedure guideness if we r educated it's okie but uneducated ppls will suffering too much here I think so. Inside the CT room dont have proper door house keeping should hold the doors! This is how happening inside the CT room. I know management wil felt bad on my comment but please you guys charging max price nly fur that purpose nly give proper service. It's tooo worst compare to all over banglore God! One of the house keeping staff she's really loyalty lady humble honesty I think bcoz of her diagnostic centre little bit hygiene. I really appreciate her work again am telling pls change ur service way talk politely with patient treat them as ur own mother/brother/sister. Felt very bad on service keep sanitizer all the where it's common sense I think so

The best clinic in Bangalore. We have been coming to this place since 2015. Dr Murali is one of the best doctors we have ever met. True gentleman and a very down to earth person. I totally recommend NewMedd Diagnostic.

Best Diagnostic center for PET CT.they confirm timings as to Reach between 6AM to 8AM. This will be first come first served, as medicen used for scan self life is short, All Staffs and coordination well organised. For Emergency cases they give Priority.

Very much co-operative & compassionate staffs. Professional starting from giving appointments, billing, scanning and dispensing the reports. The charges are very reasonable here compared to other centres. Had an excellent interactive session with Dr Murali Nadig, Director. Hats off to his way of interpreting the reports. I Wish New Medd Diagnostics to grow more &more, achieve new heights and serve the needy ones. Thanks to everyone at NewMedd Diagnostics.

The staff doesn't respond at all

Worst communication.there is zero synergy amongst the receptionists who change shifts and zero customer obsession. Too many incorrect communication and flip flops making it difficult to go through the entire procedure and collecting the reports requires transparency that wasn't provided.crazy people at front office reception.
Medic and radiology department also gave incorrect information - first they said only one scan and then they will communicate in case of another. No communication received.no transparency and then they rushed me to get food for second scan without empty stomach.it would be easier of everyone working in this diagnostic center learns that communication is the key to success. One more flaw is their phones after evening keep forwarding and are left unattented. This had been most annoying experience ever.

The diagnostic centre doesn't allow the patient or the attendee with footware through out, literally they'll make you leave your footware on the road and make you work in the dirt. And the scan would take 3-4 hours and they'll make you sit outside at the gate in the crouching heat for hours. They charge thousands and have no respect for their clients and very arrogant. The request the doctors to not refer them at all please

Worst customer service. Appointment was given at 7: 30am for a scan. Centre opens at 8am, rude behaviour from front office staff.

Worst experience. They are not allow footwear inside all over the property and they don't allow you to sit at reception. Strange things happen with the diagnostic. You have to be pay for a separate N95 mask in reception and they charge with covid protection charges. Simply all test charges very high to compare other diagnostic. Highly don't recommend to anyone.

Visited on 27th Jan 2021. Scan doctors are friendly and good (5 star to them) however house keeping & front desk staff behavior is too bad & not acceptable. They are treating people like prisoners. Management has to really concentrate staff behavior. I will never visit again if prescribed tests are available in alternative diagnostic centers and also i will complaint this to my referred doctor.

The actual tests took few minutes. For a scan, after injection, we were supposed to wait for half an hour. The wait-time turned out to be 1 hour after injection (1 hour before injection too for some reason) and the report said 20 minutes of wait time after injection. The staff and radiologists were professional and kind (Well, what else can they say except "wait for few minutes") and the tests per se were efficiently done. Just make sure you go right after a decent meal, since the wait time is easily 3+ hours for one scan and nobody will tell you why.
