Im currently working with nexplace under the bestest team leader prabhu. He is very supportive and kind towards his team and even the management is kind towards their employees. Nexplace have the bestest working environment with friendly staff. Looking forward to working here for long term.

This consultancy firm is worst. I trusted a word from them stating there is a job opening in Motilal Oswal and my profile has been shortlisted for that there was a lady who was following up with me from Nexplace Info Pvt Ltd stating my interview has been scheduled and I can reach the location I asked her to get it rescheduled for Friday she did that and was continuously following up with me Manager from the company also made an effort to follow up with me and said about the opening when reached the destination for an interview It felt embarrassing because the profile doesn't match the opening I was invited for. Post this when I had a word with the lady again stating did you really have a word with Motilal Oswal did they shortlist me, at this point she says no my company shortlisted you. When I yelled at her for the embarrassment I had to face at the Company she simply drops in a what's app message stating “ Sorry for the inconvenience that happened“. Don't just play with people to achieve your target first get clarity from the Company and let the Company people shortlist us then send us for an interview. Now when trying to reach her back no response no answer to the call no answer to the messages. Very bad and worst experience and request not to trust them.

I didn't get a job from nexplace but i attended a job fair which was held by nexplace. After few days of Job fair I got a call from Mr Fahad from nexplace. I guided to attend more interviews and helped me too. Thank you so much for nexplace and please keep like fahad who works for the people without no intentions. Thank you

Very worst consultancy I have ever gone. The commitments they provide on call is totally different. They just need numbers to show. That's it. I would recommend to get proper clarification before you go there. They will waste 1 whole day to recruit which is useless. By 3-4pm you would get your joining letter is what they told but I was there upto 8: 30pm but still they asked me to wait. The employees over there dunno how to behave with the candidates. That place doesn't seem like a work place. They are not properly organised. I would definitely give 0 to this consultancy but to give ratings we have to give atleast 1 star. According to me they are not even worth of that 1 star. Very rude behaviour.

I have joined this organization few months before,
Support from the management was excellent.
In-term of Salary, hiring candidate support and our operation team coordinating with client.in-term of any issues with the candidate is very good.
And we provide the best candidates to our clients (Exact match),
with maximum on-boarding.

Totally wasted my day for it. If they can provide the same salary of fresher to experienced people, they could have delivered that on call itself.infrastructure is good

Plz don't go anybody's there interview they are making us waste of time and I said clearly to them don't know hindi then I reached there say some reason simply return back. There employees need to show count per day so they are using us and one request everyone don't go any consultancy it's making delays also go for I interview direct organization.

Employees of this is company is very bad. They don't have ethics to talk with the candidates. More over Senior Managers are worst in this company.
