Unprofessional and money minting gang! I had to cancel my request for nurse attender because they could not provide me a trained & experienced person. The one fellow they sent with tall claims turned out to be a trainee, a student in his 2nd year of education! This was on 9th Aug and to this day on 28 aug I am still following up for my refund of 11K. Lame excuses every single day, sometimes the account team is not working, sometimes they blame a certain “technical glitch”. Their grievance email id and twitter is radio silent. The only option I have now left is to go to their Bangalore office and claim for my money back. If you are reading this, please know that unlike yours, this is my hard earned money, not collected by scamming people off. Have some shame Losers!

My experience was very good. The physiotherapist Madhu Venkateshwar helped me a lot. Her suggestions and treatment plan helped to relieve pain. I will recommend the service to others as well

Dr. Riweka Gupta is a seasoned professional. Her punctuality and calmness is outstanding. Within 5 sessions, 50-60% of my neck pain subsided. By the 8th session, nothing more than a small niggle was left. The exercises that she recommended also was spot on. Highly recommended for physiotherapist interventions

I opted nightingales looking at its good reviews even when their cost is comparatively high. But their home care nurse was taking money from the patient who was alone at home and bed ridden. Nurse was availed for 8 days and given kitchen facility and separate room, by 10th day when the family returned home to patient, nurse had spoiled the house by his own unhygienic practice. Very unprofessional and unethical home nurse. Did not expect this level ignorance by nightingales management who did not even teach basic ethics to their staff. Patient was scared to even complain as he was alone at home with nurse. Very bad experience

I find the homecare service extremely poorly operated. They don’t have educated caregivers who can at least read the medicine and give it. My mother is a stoke patient and needs minimal support while walking and using bathroom. Since I started using nightangles 6 months back we have had caregivers replaced 9 times. The North Indian ones demand North Indian food to be provided. The caregivers are always on phone and video calls. No care for the patient always busy on mobile and have to be constantly supervised.

The supervisors in nightangles are on another level. They teach these girls how to manipulate and exploit the patients and their families. Lack of empathy and concern is visible in their behavior. Unfortunately I have to continue using their services as I need help for my parent and knowing this they act as if they have upper hand. I can only say in life what you do comes back to you and the way you are exploiting patient situations and providing pathetic service will one day hit you back.

I opted for physiotherapy for my father. Dr. Riweka Gupta was the assigned physiotherapist. She was very understanding and professional. Her suggestions and treatment plan helped my father to relieve pain and perform his ADLs at ease. Thank you team for great help.

I have taken physiotherapy home service from Nightingales. I was treated by Anjali Mehta Madam for Multi Ligament Knee Injury. Madam was so kind and treated me so well that I can able to walk now which is beyond doctors expectations. She travelled with me for 4 months continuously and came everyday on time. She never used to leave until I do all the excercises resulting in recovering faster than doctors expectations. I strongly recommend Anjali Madam (Nightingales) for physiotherapy.

Requested cardiac rehabilitation therapy for my father who underwent cardiac bypass surgery. The assigned physiotherapist, Madhu Venkateshwara has done a great work and provided therapy which increased patient's mobility, flexibility and provided strength. Happy with her service. Thank you.

My experience was very good. The physiotherapist Madhu helped me a lot. The food things being on time everyday, to the point exercises required for the treatment and after treatment, daily evaluation of the progress and nice behavior. I will recommended the services to others as well.

I utilised their services for my Orthopaedic Physiotherapy and Mr Nigin Robert who came home for the same for 10 days was very helpful and supportive in all the requirements.even after the sessions were completed, he was easily reachable on phone and continues to help me out with my doubts whenever I get.he has become more like a friend

I had the best experience with my physio Dr. Nigin Robert for my neuro rehabilitation after a spinal injury. He represents what the best medical professionals should be i.e, kind, skilled, professional & compassionate. He goes above & beyond his call of duty for the welfare of his patient, for example he'd read & consult with other experts to find out the best techniques for my recovery.
I'd say he's better than even the physio HODs of a couple of Bangalore's top hospitals hands down! He's also a good human being & his kindness is bound to touch you.

I contacted Nightingales services to get Physiotherapy session for my mother-in-law. My mother used to get sudden pain in the arm which was severe- right from shoulder to arm. The doctor came and assessed her and told that she will be alright in 5 sessions. She took 5 sessions - each session costing Rs 750. After the session finished, her pain has actually increased instead of going down. Not at all satisfied with the service.

My father had knee replacement surgery, we were introduced to Abdulla Nihal for physiotherapy. Must say he is the best PT, his dedication to work, his understanding about the subject and understanding the patients needs are absolutely great. My father recovered pretty fast. Would recommend him for sure.

Sought long term (44 days) physiotherapy for my Mother-in-law who is an "Advanced Parkinsonism" patient. We found in Dr Naadhira from Nightingales a dedicated professional who actually put in the hard work for the entire duration everyday that was promised unlike other professionals who were often busy on mobiles. She was punctual too. We could see improvement in the motor skills of my mother in law. Dr Naadhira from Nightingales was also polite and friendly to the patient as well as all people around. We are deeply grateful to Dr Naadhira from Nightingales.

Booked physiotherapy sessions for my mother after her Bilateral knee replacement surgery, Dr Sujith provided excellent physiotherapy sessions, already seeing a lot of improvement in her mobility and flexibility within 15 days of starting the sessions.

I was looking for a physiotherapist post my joint replacement surgery. Contacted Nightingale and they had assigned physiotherapist Anjali Mehta for a 2 months schedule. Through her utmost dedication, care and expertise she helped me out with exercises and quick recovery. Keep up the good work!

Dr Riweka gupta Physoterepest has treated me for 10 days and has been very effective in treating my sciatic pain. My pain was 10 when she stared the treatment and now it had reduced to 2. Excellent service

I had such a horrible experience on this. No punctuality, no sense of empathy towards a patient. The physiotherapist, Nagma, who came was so rude and she couldn't understand my issue first and directly.staryed excercises and advised on getting machines for my knee. There was just no effort to understand the whole injury. 14 days post surgery she was asking me to do 30 counts in each exercise. Just pathetic. Would never recommend Nightingale

They promised a consultation and sent a good qualified person for the consultation, but once we paid the fees and signed up, pathetic service, the therapists weren't knowledged, and they left me in more pain than I ever was.

Guys stay away from this service in Bangalore. Not trustworthy at all. Rajkumari who is a team supervisor behaved badly when an issue was raised. Lack of training and customer empathy can be spotted every where. Can't get worse. Hope the company improves after reading through my review

I had booked a service for daily injections. My experience has been poor. No time keeping and absolutely rude behaviour. The support staff is worse when the issue is highlighted. Not sure how someone can run a business like this. Anyone reading this review should know that it would be detrimental for you to take their service. Your current condition is better. Whatever it is.

Hey Nightingale home services, posting this publicly as the service of getting home injections went wrong. Can you believe that the injection that was provided came out in some time? When this was intimated to the nurse Ms Samadhanamma who had come home for the injection she refused to accept. When the issue was highlighted to Ms Rajkumari who is the supervisor she supported the nurse without evidence and put the blame on the customer saying these are trouble makers. How low can you guys go to set up the standards for good service? Came to you at the time of distress and things have only went south from there. Anyone who is reading this please stay away. At least in Bangalore. You have better service options at a cheaper price.

Called at 7 pm on Sep 17 to book an appointment for Sep 18 afternoon. They guy who answered the call said he would send me a Whatsapp text. After 10-15 minutes had passed, I hadn't received any text, so I called back. I stayed on the phone until he ("Champ" on Whatsapp) sent me a text (small template that needed to be filled with patient name, address, etc.). That is all he had to do, but he didn't until I called back. I think this was because he was delaying until 8 pm when the work day ends so that he could go home and just postpone this request to tomorrow. I immediately sent back the filled-in template but I did not receive any response although he mentioned on the phone he would confirm the appointment and let me know the amount to be paid. I called multiple times again and no one picked up the phone. This was way before 8pm, as I was very mindful of the time. He ignored my messages. Then when I said I will contact another company to do the tests, he said he was busy! I still didn't get a confirmation, call, or any other information although I had sent him all the required details from my end. He texts back the next afternoon, 17 hours after I had raised a request, to ask which tests I wanted done! I had already made this very clear the day before, both on the phone and on Whatsapp. Just goes to show he did not read any of my messages or even listen to me. Absolutely apathetic service. Do you think patients and their families are going to wait for you to get back to them at YOUR convenience? If you are too busy to help people, then you should not be working for a home health care service. I got in touch with Care on Call; they arranged the tests and confirmed the appointment in less than 5 minutes over phone and Whatsapp. Never again will I consider Nightingale.

Do not go by their 5 rating on Practo. I have made this mistake ignoring some comments about their services from a friend. The team is horrible with their professionalism. The nurses are poorly trained and the weekly IM injections were a night mare for us. After 3 times of continuous bad experiences I had to discontinue their service. When complained, the supervisor Ms Rajkumari also started losing her calm covering up for the mishap. Only saving grace was Mr Ajinkya who helped us in booking the appointment on time which I am assuming is because of the revenue coming in. Would request everyone to please stay away from their services. If you plan to go ahead then please do so at your own risk.

I had a very bad experience with nightingale services. I called in for home physio services and a physio Dr Sumi Dey was sent. I took sessions for about 18 days. She initially said the sessions will be 45 minutes but gave only 30 mins session of IFT and Ultrasound. First 10 days 30 mins. Next 8 days 1 hour for 2 places of. Totally spent about 18,000/-. The ultrasound machine was I guess faulty it always gave me shocks. I found her money minded than really helping people recover. I had to stop services and take physio from someone else from Apollo. The ultrasound and IFT given are far more superior here and the physio is so empathetic. The ultrasound machine doesn’t hurt at all. My muscle spasms healed in 5-6 days with new physio from Apollo. There was no feedback or anything taken by nightingale on the services provided. The physio they sent was so adamant and stubborn and wasn’t even open to workout time with me. I had to adjust to her time whenever she comes. Please beware of faulty equipments. This is very negligent.

The services were engaged thru Kuldeep Bohra, their marketing person, well known to me. Found initial experience good.
Mr. Praveen, Mrs Litta (Caregiver incharge) and Manjiri (Physio incharge) r were all very approachable and positively responding. Kuldeep always prompt and helpful.
BUT. I had to shift my very old parents to an old age home, after 5 weeks, with care giver and physiotherapist facilities.
I must say, the new care giver and physio what we have been provided at Old age home r much better than the ones Nightingale provided. They r much more more empathic and positive in their approach.

Nightingale seem to be operating as a corporate service with no personalized care and touch.
Need to improve on that.

I have a chronic lower back muscle and facia problem. Recently, I was incapacitated with a sprain that left me completely immobilised for two days. The Nightingale Physio, Dr. Manikandan, sorted my back and by the end of day 2, I was at least able to gingerly get up on my own. Dr. Manikandan continued the Physio treatment for 10 days and I’m back to almost normal activity now. He’s been amazing! Very punctual, extremely courteous, polite and humble. Thank you Dr. Manikandan and Nightingale.

I had used a caregiver service from nightingale for my father. He is paralyzed due to brain stroke. I had 3 persons. The first person "Aayush" we had for 2 months. The first month with him was okay. But second month onwards he started lazying off. I used to instruct him 5-6 times daily about certain tasks. But he does whatever he feels like doing. He had issue with home food as well. He started complaining that he can't have South Indian food. He needs roti at night. He doesn't eat food from the earlier day which we do. I didn't want to complain about him otherwise it will affect his career. Once I received a complaint from my society. Here it is

Very fast at times just push and leave it, on the humps also without slowing down he pushed it fast. Its can hurt tht uncle. Wheel chair was taken to the garden area. I think there is a slop and he just left the wheel chair to roll it by itself. Pls inform in your Santorini group.

This guy used to ask us to put the diapers in dustbin, which he is supposed to do. He started keeping the room very dirty.

After complaining nightingale took almost a week to replace him. We had to bear him the entire time.

Later we got 2 persons based on the availability, and they were very good.

On their request we relieved the person around 12 pm, and they charged me for the whole day. Even on request, she said, she did a favour by accepting early release and providing a discount of 1 k per month. We were paying 32K per month for this service.

Overall my experience wasn't that great. The last 2 care givers were fine. Otherwise it's not that great.

Nightingale office worker Wants if they can send to you patient house they are not giving good response if there's any problem with staff if staff call them also no good response. Careless with the staff also how is working in they're control I m not their staff but one of my friends Is working in their control they never response her careless. People.

Went in with a slight neck pain when I turn and came out with a lot more pain in my neck and my shoulder. The junior therapist had no clue what she was doing. She used the edge of her elbow with all her body weight to try to release the trigger point. It was the most painful physio session I've had to endure. She used heat initially for my situation and then when I asked her the reason - she switched to using a cold pack. I finally got up and made the payment and left. I had to go for two weeks of physio after that to undo the damages done by them.

T. Adinarayan attended to my dad - a stroke patient. He is excellent with dealing with the elderly, is patient and always professional. Blessed to have had him run Dad through Physio, the exercises are really good and he makes the patient do it at ease.
