I appreciate the clinic's commitment to providing quality care and would highly recommend their services.

I have been using their services for over 5 years for all my skin related problems and have never been disappointed. Dr Nischal follows a logical approach and very patient in making sure we are relieved of our symptoms effectively. Their support staff are informative and the procedures are performed with utmost care. Kudos to Arrsha for her precision in extraction ans laser hair reduction techniques.

Upon seeing the rating online self had consulted this medical for Skin and Hair issues. Initially I will quote the statement as per my experience as " Cheating business on the name of International experience". I was prescribed with 14 Numbers of high cost (14K INR) medicines, shampoo, face wash, cream by the so called doctors and that too those items has to be purchased from their own Dispensary.

Result is NO IMPROVEMENT only wastage of money and time. They will make you come to their clinic again and again to get INR 700 each and min 10K of medicantiion shopping.

DO NOT FALL IN TRAP OF THESE SALES REPRESENTATIVE (So called hair doctors)

I had a visit today in Nirmala skin and hair clinic. Dr. Urmila doesnt understand how to behave with Senior patients. She thinks herself as a superior. Irrespective of what patients knowledge, she must be patience enough to listen and try to understand them. Just a useless doctor. Mind it you are taking 700 rs as a consultation fee. I wished later that I would have visited the male doctor.

Dr urmila's approach towards her patients is very holistic. She explains everything about the meds; the treatment in layman language so that patient is aware what he or she is getting into. I started my process in August 2021 and still continuing. At first visit she is been very transparent about the time line / duration of particular treatment. I highly recommend her treatment for skin and hair issues.

Sir your staff is pathetic and its very difficult to cooperate with them. I was satisfied with medication whatever you were providing but due to this inconvenience, its very difficult for me to continue. I'm continuously calling them and asking them to book a slot but they are not willing to do so. Only thing they are saying is that I have to be available whenever you call and that too they can't give a proper time bracket. If its a paid consultation, there has to be a proper time.delay by 10-20 mins is totally fine but I don't understand why they can't give a proper slot.

Dr Nischal is an excellent diagnostician, his explanation towards any issues is commendable and is very patient with respect to understanding and clearing all your doubts. The staff here are very professional, polite and friendly. I recommend this clinic for any Skin and hair related issues.

First Visit: I was exactly on time. Everything from history to consultation took about an hour. Comfortable waiting areas and very polite staff. The doctors were very polite as well and were transparent. Managed expectations well. Dermatology is about experience along with trial and error as everyone has a different skin, different immune systems, different dietary and lifestyle habits and routines and everyone will have a different outcome. It's not life threatening (AFAIK) and is purely cosmetic but helps confidence when improved, so the treatment is pricey, but OPTIONAL. If you want this, please be prepared to MANAGE YOUR EXPECTATIONS about the costs of beauty. Dr. Nishchal was very forthright about my condition and told me exactly what's possible while at the same time, managing my expectations well. I'm satisfied with my first visit. Need to follow up soon. Will update my review with the same.

The first thing that I look for with anyone in the healthcare industry is compassion and on that count, this place falls flat on a negative score! I had obtained an appointment almost four days ago and this being the very first appointment for the day, It was abysmal.

I had read elsewhere on the lack of punctuality and professionalism by this doctor and I had taken a chance, I had asked the same while booking the appointment and they insisted that the doctor will be there.

On arriving at 10: 30am, the very first appointment, I had seen another lady patient sitting in the only sofa in a very obnoxious way so I ended up waiting outside for 15 minutes (the three people sitting in the reception didnt even say the other person to sit decently!), then I asked if the doctor is going to come to which I was told he will come in another fifteen minutes. That’s it, it reflects the character of the institution and I said to myself this is not for me!

If to the doctor I'am just a number then I neither value nor respect them no matter how competent they are. They first ought to learn empathy. Since this is neither emergency nor critical and they are not going to come up with a classic - doctor was busy in a surgery story!

While you may have a fancy place, if there is lack of professionalism, everything else is secondary! I wasted two hours of my time to be driven to this clinic and the least that was expected is an apology!

Dr. Nischal is an expertise dermatologist who finds the root cause for skin and hairfall problems and treats very effectively with amazing results. He is very friendly by nature. I’ve been undertaking acne and hairfall treatments from past few months and noticed amazing results in acne-scar reduction. Hairfall has reduced effectively and is under control. Also am undergoing laser hair reduction treatment and have been noticing good results with with multiple sessions. Prescribed products price seems little expensive but worth paying for results. Staffs at Nirmal’s are proactively supportive.
