Today I have booked for the second trip in Nirmala Travels - 10 days trip of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana starting on 11.9.23 for myself and wife. It cost me 66000/-.
Hoping for a great time ahead.

I have already done a domestic and foreign tour with Nirmala Travels. Safety, security and service spirit will be there in their journey. They travel very well

Nirmala most of the time it's pilgrimage trip, well organised specially designed for Brahmin community, every ritual conducted at travel place for instance Kashi / Gaya etc etc, Nirmala Travels helps the tourist attain their wishes in performing rituals. Good experience

They don't know how to organise trips properly. They shouldn't announce the trip dates if they have already decided to cancel it. They informed me about cancellation only 5 days before that too after I called them repeatedly. Pathetic management.look for better tour organisers

We traveled 9/6/23 to kaski trip from Bangalore it's was very good experience. Guide saveen and rithesh was very nice. Food was very tasty. I advise to travel only in NIRMALA TRAVELS to all my family and friends. Thanks to all guide and all staff.

Had a great experience for 10 day trip of travel, accommodation, food, helpers, cook, etc.hygiene was high, timing of travel, giving rest to senior citizens in the night time was impressive. Prople enjoyed variety of food prepared starting from breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner. People were also taken for shopping in specific places. Overall had a good experience in line with the money spent

With Nirmala Travels I with my family had been to Rameswaram (SOUTH INDIA) from 01.02.2023 to 10.02.2023 (10 Days) with 36 Members.

This would be my very honest review and its gonna be a bit long, DO READ IT.

The practicality of organizing these events and adhering to it is difficult for both passengers and organizer too at times.

In these 10 days trip I found some stay places were excellent and some places the food offered was excellent too and also at some places both food and/or stay were worse. Practically its not possible both food and stay to be good at all places. At most places they just offer the food which is complimentary provided by the lodging/Stay places which is not a good thing. For lunch there is no choice, you will be provided by Mid-Day Meal which is more of Rice and Chapatis as its south Indian meals and they are in Hotels only, not cooked by them. If you order WATER, FRUITS, JUICES, COLD DRINKS you need to PAY for it.
At some lodges/Stay places no HOT water was available to shower.

They also provide some snacks which are merely biscuits sort and deep fried items followed by tea which is carried from the previous stay or breakfast place.
When asked about they say, its practically not possible for all passengers to take for a Hotels as they have to order and it would consume time.

As per the itinerary provided they cover all the places, you are dropped to stay place at night around 08.00 PM to 10.00 PM and that depends and made to wake up an hourly before usually between 3.00 AM to 05.00 AM so you can have darshana and they are all mostly general que only. For SPECIAL que or DIRECT DARSHANA they collect that extra amount from you and not included in the package. (I was misguided that they always take you to direct darshana only, my bad)

If you are three (3) persons travelling kindly speak at first how they gonna accommodate the third person. I went with my parents and though I paid equally I was provided a bed and that bed is on the floor (no cot for 3rd person). When I questioned they said its 10% extra for a single person. They might have conversed about this but I wasn't aware. My question is if its 3 person of a family or a single person travelling they are charged 10% extra. It wasn't comfortable to lay on the floor paying that hefty amount.

I had a very harsh experience in Chidambaram, being every member is senior citizen except me, we were made to stand in general que for Darshana, and people pushed wantedly and purpose fully. While that happened no Manager or Guide who knew local language weren't available so that they converse to local people. Language is barrier here too.
Just a Rs. 100 ticket per head darshana would saved hours of time and such nuisance.

The bus they have is of Kerala passing and they say it can't be drove beyond 60kms per hour speed. Around 4000 kms trip and speed of 60- Imagine!

The bus has a A/C and usually the temperature they maintain is 22 to 24 degree, If you sitting in a wrong seat this AC will hit your face, and its a pushback seat really not so comfortable and no proper foot rest available.

We traveled on their 10 days south India tour from 1 feb to 10 feb and found the hotel accommodations were bad at several places. They seem to have no proper set standard for accommodation. At one place it was too horrible and rooms were very filthy and unclean. We were very disturbed and disappointed. Such situation can impact our health and minds. My complaints to their management has evoked no response which is very unprofessional of them. So people taking their trips must be aware of this situation before booking. Apart from this their coverage, time schedules, places covered are quite decent. The tour manager s are well informed and their bus was quite good.

Good agency for rganising tours & travels, domestic and international. Some of the group tours like Chardham yarhra, cooking staff accompany us for preparation of amazing foods, throughout the tour.

Probably the best travel agency I have ever come across. When we travelled in Nirmala travels bus for a long time around 5-7 hours the journey wasn't boring at all. They made us play some games and many more.

Worst experience i had with Nirmala travels. Couldnt even give me quote for travel enquiry. I contacted one Mr Radhakrisha 20 days back for customised trip to Mahabaleshwar and khandala and lonavala. Daily i contacted him for the itinery for that i was ready to pay in advance. Now 4 days left for my travell. He could not give me the itinery. He was simply postphoning. Not only that he was very rude. I dont know why Nirmala travells has employed him who is totally misguiding the customers. I even contacted madam Vrunda for thus purpose but no use. Yesterday morning i contacted Make my trip. Today i got the quote. Very bad service by Mr Radhkrisha of Nirmala teavels.

This travels is mostly utilized by old people, it's highly not recommended for young people. Their service has deteriorated over the years. They are providing substandard hotels and food provided also has worms in them. Tour managers were finding ways to save money. Our north eastern trip was not good all

They are only interested in new customers, what ever we ask for help they ask us to contact head office mangalore. If you are new customer want to pay you will be honoured.

We travelled to navagrahara temple, bus was neat, timing was good. Tour manager udaya was arrogant, he dont know how to talk. Food was just horrible, in sufficient during night times. Only on last day food was served in good hotel, fruits and newspaper provided.
Regarding guode at chidambaram earlier he said we have to pay money, later we did not pay. Lodges was average. In shani temple breakfast was served in third class street side hotel

Not a friendly place to do business. The manager Deepak was not at all friendly and treated me like an unwanted guest. But as the company enjoys some sort of reputation i booked my tickets there.

Niramala Travels tour packages are affordable, well organized and good. Buses are well maintained.

Only problem is staff in the front end office, they seems careless and dont respond properly

Coastal Karnataka's best group tour provider since '70s pan India be it pilgrimage, Heritage destinations, Hill Stations, Honeymoon packages etc. I enjoyed their tour packages several times.

There’s extreme lack of discipline by co-travelers and they are not instructed at all or guided to be civilized or to stand in a line and wait for their turn.

Introduction phase at the beginning: People tell their designations, posts, positions and statuses and the privileged dominate the others.
Eg; a police sub-inspector dominates a primary school teacher or an state level awardee dominates other house wives or retired clerk.

Dominating travers high-jack the mic and put on a show to show their talent (singing or skits), it bother others who like peace and quit but have no choice but to listen to them.

At the time of allotment of rooms passengers (especially male) dominate the women and push and crowd and gather close together to get the key to the room. A token system and proper organization could easily prevent this from happening.

Table allocation in restaurants or tokens allotted and tables numbered would definitely stop people from rushing/pushing and fighting to get a seat. In One of the restaurants there wasn’t any place for us to sit we had to stand and eat our dinner

They force other co-travers to participate, if they don’t comply they shame them and will not rest until you speak or sing or do whatever they want you to do.

The volume is turned on extremely loudly and will not be reduced after multiple requests. Sometimes they reduce it and increase it in a few minutes.

The movies played are not family friendly at all; graphic violence, sexual assault, abuse, and female assault, gore.

The hotels tied up with Nirmala Travels are extremely dirty and ill-maintained. Toilets broken, mold growing in the rooms, no clean bedsheets, rooms filled with cigarette smoke, broken taps, no hot water at times and the timings for hot waters in some hotels are 10pm to 4am so you have no choice but to shower with cold water.

Some restaurants like ‘Garikipati Restaurant’ cheat and overcharge customers for water bottle and refuse to return the excess amount. Since Nirmala Travels took us there, we expected them to help us and communicate it to the restaurant but instead unfortunately we did not receive any help and we were left to defend and stand up for ourself.

Suggestions;
- Pick-ups from near by location points especially when bus leaves at Easley morning or late night
- To keep the intro part at the end of the tour and keep the beginning introductions on a name basis only. Nobody needs to know where people come from or what they are/do.
- Condition and cleanliness of the lodge to be regularly monitored.
- Token system to allot the rooms in the hotels and restaurants.
- Volume should be kept at a neutral level or provide headphones for everyone so they can adjust volumes according to their liking.

Had been to Chikamagaluru Tour of 3 days by Nirmala Travels. Horrible experience, never choosing this company again.

The bus was of SBR or SRB Travels rented by Nirmala Travels and the tires got punctured twice in two separate locations and days. Quality checks not made at all. The last day of the tour was Sunday, the driver was inefficient and drove in wrong routes and had to reverse the vehicle. On Sunday the front tire got punchered had to wait 40 mins on the side of the road, manager disappeared did not even let us know what to do, other travelers told some people and we heard, the other travelers arranged autos on their own and paid for it on their own to get to the restaurant (Krishna Bhavan) because they had to take the tire get it repaired and put it back. We left Hassan at 6. We were assured by manager we’lol reach Bengaluru at 8: 30 max if late he’ll take responsibility (which he did not). We reached Bengaluru at 11 and reached home at 11: 40pm. Irresponsible and careless attitude. We were women who had to take a cab. The manager just hides at every inconvenience, no communication between manager and co-travelers. The manager lets co-travelers dominate the tour and everything.

Unbothered and cowardly tour manager, did not even bother to inform us nor help us get to the hotel for food when stranded. Always hid from everyone when trouble came so nobody would question him.

Ate Lunch for two different days at 4pm and 5pm because of poor management. The second day lunch was late cause the parcel was kept in one single jeep and it was stuck in traffic. Why not just give everybody their own parcels?

The tour itself was not thought out because there were so many places we were not shown like Kallethigiri and many falls because “Sunday road will not be open”. Which is not true btw the jeep driver himself said he has taken so many people on sundays etc just traffic that’s all.

A group of co-travelers from same family dominated everyone else. From getting room keys, to getting parceled food served, distributing snacks, getting plates of food, music/songs, volume of music absolutely everything. They acted like it’s their family tour and were not considerate to other passengers. When told the manager to reduce the volume, he told us to tell them since they’re playing the songs from their phone. Why let anybody choose anything? The manager should choose the songs or movies, room keys, snacks, food serving etc.absolutely disappointed.

Regret going on this tour. The restaurant chosen (Raja Bhojana) was extremely slow, had to wait for 45mins minimum for food and 30mins for coffee after ordering. Very rude too. They’ll start preparing food after you order. Disgusting half baked food. Cockroaches everywhere on the walls of the kitchen. Extremely disorganized. Had to force the manager to choose another restaurant and even then he changed after hesitating. The another restaurant was very quick it’s called Shringar it’s very good even the food and quantity given. Extremely quick service and polite staff.

Go for another travel agency.

I have travelled with 6 to 7 agencies of which nirmala travels is the best. For my future travels also I would prefer to go with nirmala travels.

My mother had high regards for Nirmala travels after her trip to Punjab, so I went to the Basavanagudi branch today with high expectations to book a holiday package, and man was i disappointed.

First there are five representatives sitting there, not one rep asked us to come sit for the conversation. Next we asked a lady about the trips, she had no clue of anything at all. What ever i ask, she was like i need to ask someone else sir. We got annoyed and asked another rep, all they said was "offseason sir" please call "ratnakar". In the end we got nothing to take back and didn't book anything. I don't even understand why do you have a sales office if your sales representatives are not interested to provide any service? !

Owners please take note of the pathetic service ur sales representatives are doing. Extremely disappointed! Will not refer Nirmala travels to anyone.
