I have gone to many trips through nirmala travels but this was my first international trip and I had great experience with vathika international.
Our tour manager Mr. Rakesh was excellent and he managed really well. I would definitely prefer vathika international/nirmala travels for my future trips

We had great experience in Singapore Malaysia trip. The tour was arranged so well and our tour manager Mr. Rakesh managed everything really well and handled everyone patiently and made sure that all are enjoying the trip. Our tour guides both in Singapore and Malaysia were excellent. Vathika International/Nirmala travels is one of the safest option for our trips.

I recently had the pleasure of travelling to Dubai with Vathika Travels for a 5-day tour with my husband and daughter. I must say that I am happy with the beautiful memories we were able to create during this trip.
Sandeep and Shakeib, our tour guides, were very good. They provided us with excellent guidance throughout the tour, ensuring that we had a great time while also being safe and secure.
One of the highlights of our tour was the delicious Indian food that we got to enjoy during our stay. From authentic maharaja Bhog to lip-smacking curries and pickles, the food was top-notch, and it truly made our trip even more special.

Recently we had been to Egypt through Vathica tours and Travels, a sister concerned of Nirmala Travels for 8 days. Everything was meticulously planned and done with fine arrangements including internal transportation and food. We feel the itinerary can be still more fine tuned by allowing some more time for travellers in the morning to get ready for tha days sight seeing, since giving wake up call at 3 AM most of the days for senior citizens like us is cumbersome.

We had been to Egypt on 30 October 2023. Our trip was awesome everyone in the group all were good people. Food was good everywhere n accommodation extremely fabulous, the local tour guide in Egypt was very good person, our tour guide Mr Rakesh he is best tour manager he organised n planned everything very well no complaints about anything this is our fourth international trip with vatika internationals n I wish many more to come.

Not suitable for trip plans, as they demand a lot of travel restrictions and even does not behave well during our 3 days travel trip in Gokarna and murdheswar. 0/10 for recommending to even strangers.

Very bad experience with the customized tour option - vathika travels

Very rude behaviour in calls and the representative raises his voice in calls. Never experienced such bad customer service.

Doesn't revert back properly even after paying advance amount. Will never choose customized option again.

I had to reach out to Niramala travels to get confirmation because vathika travels representative stopped taking my calls. I don't understand how they can get away with such rude behaviour/shouting at customers at Vathika Travels.

Worst Experience and demanded extra cost for even some planned trips. Do not even try to try this travels.

I have participated Gujarath tour from 8th
March from Bangalore to 18 th March. Everything is OK,
Except food. During lunch & dinner they are not providing sufficient curry (palya).
On last day the manager is not given drinking waterbottle. The morning tiffin they provided upma & shira which is not at all good. Manager was not given lunch parcel for those train passengers/airtravelers. Pl takecare otherwise you will loose your regular customer as well as new custmer

We traveled on the 7 day South India Tour with Nirmala Travels. It was an amazing experience. Kudos to the young team of Nitin and Srinivas who handled the demanding schedule quite well. Visiting the first place Palani on a Tuesday and getting the divine Darshan of Lord Subramanya after a brutal 3hr wait did not diminish the enthusiasm of the team. Every leg of the tour was covered to the best extent possible. They kept the pilgrims entertained and engaged throughout the journey. Also special mention of their amazing attitude in handling tricky situations at hotels regarding food and accommodation with ease and lots of patience. I wish this young team a bright future and career ahead. To the management of Nirmala travels, thankyou for the wonderful experience!

We choose Nirmala for our International Trip. Which was Bali. The office helped us with chalking out the trip as per our specifications. The tour guides/vehicles provided at Bali was really good. They brief you about the places further and you can plan your day accordingly.

the tour for a three week's tripp over India south - west - east - north was precisely arranged - not any deviation or delay! I feel there is hardly one who has seen so much of India in such a short time!
Everything was perfectly organized and one step fluently led to the other. There wasn‘t any reason for further support but I felt reassured that in case of any trouble you would have been there to help.

Please try to go for other travels. Very stubborn with the cost and does not even provide a good travel experience.

Very Bad Experience with the Customized Travel option. Nirmala travels have given free hand to Vrinda who takes care of the Customized Travels. Vrinda is very arrogant, doesnot answer the call, & speaks in a very rude manner to the customers. I would not recommend you to opt for Customized travel option of Nirmala Travels.

Well conducted group tours. Tour managers are very well informed and guided us very well. Information about the temple was given very well

Pathetic. I asked phone number of Vatika Travels, their sister concern. No one knows although in the same building! I personally visited Vatika Travels and enquired customised trip to Hampi, they never reverted. So many employees simply sitting.

Worst Travels. We have booked a Kerla trip. Nirmala travels sent SAM tours and Travels bus. The tour consists of only travelling. Places are less. Please don't book Nirmals Travels. Pathetic service

We booked our 6 days Kashmir Trip through Nirmala Travels. Everything was well planned and arranged suiting our requirements. It was indeed a memorable trip for us.

Worst experience ever. Hotels provided was worst for our trip to Rajasthan. Not single single amenities for so called 3 star hotel was available during our trip. I Would suggest to book your own hotels and don’t rely on travel agents or else your vacation won’t be memorable like ours. Very disappointed.

We had the worst experience with Nirmala travels. Had traveled to Rajastan with my family from 30.10.2022 to 4.11.2022. The rooms given to us was the worst ever imagined and payment was taken saying for 3 star hotels. Even after complaints our concerns were not taken into consideration. Felt like entire vacation has been spoiled. I recommend don’t select hotels provide by them instead select on your own during the trip. They don’t even respond to your calls or reply to your msgs instantly. Also the final stay in jaiselmer was the worst ever expected before our return back to home town. Hotels provided were not clean at all with no clean bedsheets, pillow covers, no working TV, A/c not working and also there was not even the basic requirements provided for a so called 3 star hotel. Tents provided were the worst. Hotel door locks difficult to open and many more. I would suggest to book your hotels.

Pathetic service. I called several times for the customised tour schedules.only promises were made.never delivered. Not a single call from them. I wonder why have these people put up an agency.when they are least interested.

Enjoyed lot. Team was very good. Everything is very good. Team manger did an excellent job. From pick to drop everything was exllent.

I traveled for first time from Nirmala travels as package tour infact first time through any tour packages. We group of 20 people (only ladies) went for tour to panchjyothir lings rour. Hotels, staff hospitality, food everything was comfortable. Cant say in words i recommend u all to travel with Nirmala travels n feel the beautiful experience. I had experience. My family been on a lot of trips through them, the most recent one being to Singapore. I must say, the entire tour was very meticulously planned. The itinerary was also planned by them. The time-to-time assistance, them keeping us updated at each and every stage, quality of service provided was excellent! Everything, starting from arrival pick-up to itinerary planning to departure support, everything was taken care of. They even chose a local tour guide over there so we could enjoy our trip. A customized holiday planned by Vathika travels to Munnar. It was well planned, co-ordinated by the team, we had a pleasant stay and comfortable travel throughout the tour.

Nepal diaries with Vathika travels. Recently we took a trip to Nepal for 7 days from 14th June to 21st with Vathika travels and it was a splendid one. From the day we landed till we were back in the airport to fly back it was a pampered trip. From the welcome to the goodbyes just awesome is the word. The travel, hotels, food and sight seeing was breath taking and sumptuous. Hotel Kathmandu Soaltee to Greenpark in Chitwan was just perfect. All in all. Nirmala travels is a good company for travel very.am traveleed with their company char dham yatra.me and my wife we are the senior citizens of india well travel friendly so happy customers treatment.everybody so friendly.and everywhere nice food giving felt like home food and every place taking and talking nicely all staff.so beautiful office best office nice air conditioned office room.beeter then other travels i feel and tour managar will do comedy and do dance and sing for you in the bus.sometimes i feel very sad that times tour managar will dance and sing.very nice experience with kamala travels so good everybody please go dont miss oppurtunity please go please thank you.
