Nirman Shelters

I am NRI and have been chasing the team for latest Khata to sell my site initially. One of the staff member was following up on my plot Khata at Nirman Shelters and after several follow-up's they have got back after a year that khata is ready subject to make additional payment which I agreed for. After few days the same staff member messaging me that he has already paid without my knowledge for the khata and I owe him the same.

Now they insist me to sell the site to handover the khata or pay the money first including the bribe to get the khata. The agents and the staff are working together now to get khata and sellers for extra money?

This is not correct. Upon sharing this information to another staff member with whom I was followup earlier gave a reply saying, not to involve in this matter.

Have been living in this layout for five years. Amazing place, with all necessary amenities, loads of greenary and free from pollution.

Nirman shelter is a very good builder, they will make very good future plans for building spaces

Very good place to live in Nisarga Layout. It is one of the top layout in Bangalore. The layout is very calm and for seniors it is very good to leave.

Very well location and layout are well planned and built with all the requirements to live peacefully. We do have temple, parks swimming pool, club house. Wonderful nature is boon.
