Nirvana Yoga Shala, Mysore(Ashtanga/Hatha/Kundalini Yoga Teachers Training Course India)

It was a Great experience for me, really good accommodation and the yoga classes really improved my practice in a short period of time

I was in this school for about a month. I was learning hatha yoga teaching techniques, and pranayama and meditation methods. In my opinion, Nirvana Yoga Shala was one of the most organized and the best places that I experienced to receive the international certification of yoga instructor. Everything was peaceful and according to moral principles. The teachers were very experienced and professional. The space was clean, beautiful, full of peace and the behavior of the staff was very friendly. I am grateful to all my teachers for all their hard work.
