Visited this centre for fetal scan. Happy with the service and Dr Srinivas Prasad sir explained the scan and felt happy with experience. I recommend others also to visit the centre.

Visited the center met mrs asthika good communication and information provided by her, Good customer handling. I would recommend the center for all your diagnostic solutions.

New management, new software but not ready to give reports online also and hard copy also, after many visits i got my blood reports...

Very warm welcoming in the reception. Staff are too good and so much cooperative. All the staff has good knowledge to talk with patients. 2d Echo doctor is really awesome. Very friendly and given all information without any hesitation. TMR staff is very good and cooperative. Overall awesome experience.only concern is there should be some discounts in all tests.

Nisarga Diagnostics is great place for scan, I had been for my abdomen scan and xray, it was good experience, friendly Dr's and staffs, i strongly recommend this place

We were here for my wife's 3rd month pregnancy scanning.
1. Help desk staff / sister are talking rudely. When we ask for change the paper roll and sanitise the bed after using one patient they are not doing it. Instead od changing the paper arguing with patient. Even consultant doctor insisting the sister to sanitiser it and change the paper on bed she is arguing with doctor

2. We requested staff to allow attender to scanning room to baby on screen. They are denied by saying this against rule. As a first time parenthood we are curious to see our baby. Request to allow husband to see the screen

3. They billed all the testings and forgot to collect the Urine sample.

4. Staff / Nurse behavior are not up to the mark. They are not talking nicely to the patients.

5. Washrooms are not hygiene

6. Unsatisfied

Hi all, I had been to nisarga diagnostics for echo, tmt, ultrasound scan, good experience, I liked the centre very much

I have got the ultrasound scanning done several times at the centre by Dr. Srinivas Prasad.he is an excellent Dr. He scans with lot of patience and explains in detail about the report. He is very pleasant and that is most importantly required in Drs. Very happy with his work.
During the COVID pandemic situation, all safety measures are taken and hygene is maintained at the centre.

Just today I took my wife to this diagnostic centre but I had a worst experience they are all money minded they were not responding clearly they were keep on collecting other in necessary details and please don't go to this diagnostic centre worst and no clear response from them waste of money

I will not like to even give 1 star. Very irresponsible technician. If I had an option of uploading the results that they have given I would have done it. Continuously 2 months they have given my thyroid value wrong. My doctor was sure that the value were wrong. After asking them again they sent me a value again telling that by mistake there was typing error
I seriously wonder how can they give such irresponsible reply. Hopeless

Doctors are very pleasant and explain the report in detail. However, the supporting staff (women receptionist) care too rude. They are unprofessional and very bad in their communication. Waiting period is also too long.

Worst experience. It is fully money minded. NT scan: 2500/-. Other diagnosis charge only 1000.
And they don't have responsibility about our report.
They miss my report. I spend 2.5 hrs to do n t scan

Sluggish attitude of the staff. I had requested to Email a report it's still not reached me even after I had checked all my details 3 times. The team don't even respond to email sent to them.

Best place to visit for a scan, the doctor and staff are very polite, and helpful in all the way, the atmosphere and the culture of Nisarga diagnostics is great. Very unpleasant front desk staff. No responsibility of managing the patients. The appointments are not scheduled and patients are misinformed.everybody has to wait hours and it’s costs double. Hope the higher authority is informed and the conduct improves.

This is one of the worst place to visit, I had a visit for my wife's scanning and doctor suggested for full bladder scan which costs only 1200, however he said thats not possible at this point of pregnancy and went for more costlier scan (NT scan - 2500) than the earlier and when we consulted our doctor, she said its all open scam. We also doubt that whether it is linked to govt or not because whenever a women goes for a pregnancy scan the information about her should be passed to govt institutions and they usually call immediately to confirm whether all was well or not and nothing as such has happened.

Best place for scan and lab, i am very happy with Doctor and staffs services, i will give 5 stars to nisarga

The place is neat and tidy.
Coffee, Tea and Badam milk at Rs. 10 through vending machine.
Very pleasing front desk staffs who patiently dealt with taking details and processing.
The scan was pretty quick and the physical document also was quick.
Highly recommended. Very much reasonable price. CT scan is not done here.

Was impressed how efficiently scan process got completed. They were extremely professional and trustworthy throughout the process. And their price was extremely reasonable!

Hi, this center has linked with Rmv hospital and others, they charges are high specially their registration charges are bomb like RS 500 only for registration. I had done hsg doctor was too rude.

They purposely make you to wait for too long, and there rest rooms are unhygienic.

On emergency on doctors advise requested technician to visit home to take blood sample of patient as he is very sick, but she refused saying she can't come. Requested nisarga as it is 1km from my residence in bhoopsandra.
