Nisarga grand is a good option to have food and a quick break during the journey. The hotel location is awesome, and the food is great. South Indian thali is worth it for its price. Plenty of parking available as well. There are two floors, ground and upper. You can select the upper floor for the hill view.
Price is very reasonable, south Indian thali include unlimited rice
Breakfast is too good, especially the Vada and masala dosa. Staffs is also very friendly but the person sitting in the cash counter (probably the owner) was very rude, was continously scolding the staff in front of customers.
Ordinary food for high price.their aim is to make money.even plates and water glasses are not kept washed cleanly. Almost all the foods are of ordinary quality, ordinary taste for best quality Price. TOTALLY WASTE OF MONEY.
The worst food with huge waiting time. I purchased two fried rice and a tea. I paid 360 rs for that. But it was worth nothing more than 10 rs. If you are looking for a premium hotel, go to mudigere instead going to this
I used to travel between CKM to MLR regularly. By seeing old reviews I avoided this hotel so many times.
But this time I visited this hotel without other option.
Staff behaviour was so friendly. Decent food, affordable rate, and cleaned washrooms. Also I enjoyed coffee and Dosa.
I talked to Owner of this hotel Mr. Satish regarding old comments. He said before some other management was handling this hotel, hence this was not maintained well. Now he and his family providing good services in this place.
A decent place for lunch/dinner. We ordered south Indian meal, dosa and panner Manchurian. The thali was really good and so was the dosa. The paneer Manchurian was ok as the paneer was quite hard. Overall a good place/pitstop after crossing the ghat section. Washrooms could be better
Stopped at this place on our way to Chikmagalur, because we were starving. Firstly the view from the place is breathtaking and food is really authentic & very yummy. We ate way too much & then had their amazing filter coffee. A MUST FOOD STOP!
Restaurant is in a beautiful location. First one to get spotted near charmadi Ghat section. Surrounding Scenery and weather is so amazing. Food is ok. Paneer butter masala little spicy. Along with it Chapati is served. South meals is good, not many options but enough to fill your stomach. Nice place for evening snacks also. Washroom is available.
Location of the hotel is beautiful. View from the hotel is breathtaking. Most of the people stop for selfie or photos. Food is good. Washroom are ok. Slow service.
I recently dined at this restaurant and ordered a masala dosa, pulav, tea, and coffee. The pulav and masala dosa were both quite enjoyable, with the dosa being notably large in size. The chutney served with the dosa was decent. The tea and coffee were exceptional, and the pricing was reasonable, totaling 170 for our meal. Additionally, there was ample parking space available. Overall, a satisfying dining experience.
They served cold rice, papad etc charged 120rs for meal. Not worth at all. They need to improve. Better not choose this for lunch, Unless no option left. I went as there are not much veg option near kottigehara
