We were here for our college tour on 30/10/2023 we had the worst experience. The rooms were not clean when we opened the room the quilt were not even folded, blood stain on the bed, floor full of hair, bathroom mirror was blurred (that much dirty it was) it is nothing like they have shown in the pictures. We checkout from there saying medical issues and glad we found another good one

We had taken up the hotel for fresh up during a vacation with friends. But the rooms were not cleaned and the service was erratic with the room attender shouting at the guests at times which was a huge discorning factor. The service was not up to mark.
The rooms were filthy when we entered and didn't wore a welcoming look. The floors were littered with biscuit crumbs and more. The toilet were not cleaned properly making them unusable

Average hotel with no facilities. Price was very high. Staff was also not responding properly.

Average place. Good rooms but not maintained well. Not clean. If they can clean and maintain the property more guest will like to come. Location is good. In the main road of Belur. Good parking place outside the hotel. Fuel station next to the hotel. Very much visible to commuter towards mysore or hassan. The staff are friendly. They will listen to all your complaints, but no action will be taken. I wish the owner sees this post and takes action to keep the property tidy

I was spent one day and night in this hotel in my college tour days very memorable and happiness experience of my life i am never forget this place

No continues hot water even in the morning, AC is not working, TV not able to change channels! But Room atmosphere is very good!

It's good but we had got dirty blankets, and bed spread n toilets were not that good apart from that best place with minimum budget.

Rooms were not clean. In my friends room we found that bed was not clean that it has blood on it. Washrooms were not clean. Some pipes were not working. Once we saw the place we vacated from there at the moment itself. Not recomended for staying.

Very uninhabitable place, absolutely dirty and irresponsible place, no water, dirty and used bedspreads from previous guests, completely mismanaged property.

It was really hossom, superb. Room and all wonderful, it appropriate to the climate.and one more request that, made one restaurant near by, so it will be more beneficial for the camp, or people who are coming to stay there

AC not working, washroom has loose taps and they don't even offer complimentary water.
Staff was friendly, room were decent.

A best to place if you are Chikkamagaluru, the facility provides us with hot water, Wi-Fi, parking. But the cost are a little higher also as the lodge is situated at outskirts you have to travel to city for food which is around a km or 2.

Staffs were very rude. We booked this hotel through OYO, but they demanded extra money from us to enter as the price offered by OYO was a bit low for this season. Anyway OYO settled the matter and finally we entered. But the rooms were also very dirty, bedshits were not washed, pillow cover was blood stained. Fan was not working properly. Horrible experience.

They have many things to rectify before it reaches the level of good hotel to stay. Staff are cooperative, that is one plus point, makes up for some of the shortcomings

Pls don't book or stay in this hotel. I am giving 1 star because can't give 0 or negative star. I booked this hotel for family, and when we checked-in, we found that room was very dirty with some food and blood stains on the bed.no ac. We found cigarette buds in the room, informed to hotel about unhygienic conditions in the room but nothing was implemented. When informed to oyo, they told that they will refund 20 % of booking amount, which never happened after so many calls. Oyo and hotel both are fraud. Will never book from oyo.

The towel which they provided was old one and a toren one they only provided 1 towel for both of us, resoptionist is not always available, faced water problem. I would not recommend it to anyone

Friends plz dnt go to stay in this hotel while booking they will tell with ac after payment they will tell ac is not their ect ect, bed are full with dust and lizards bathrooms are worst then public toilet their will be no TV in some rooms their will be no carking places and it's lift is not working, and it's a marriage hall always full of noise disturbing so plz dnt waste ur time and money worst experience I ever had

Had stayed for a night on July. I had got a room for 1600rs for 4 people and worth the cost. But the Manager over there is useless. He'll be always on phone call. Had asked him for food check, but he never reverted us back.and huh there's no hot water facility available in the room unless you ask the Manager provide and he takes decade to respond.

Pathetic service. Cleanliness is very very poor. When informed the staff they told when booked online it will be like this only, if want good room you should come and check before Booking. Very rude behaviour.

Pathetic service and we had a worst experience.
The price during enquiry and booking was not the same. Few hours later they increased the price by 50%.
Only 1 towel provided for 2 people and also an old one. Windows were completely open, curtains were lying on the floor. TV was there in every room but not recharged. From reception they told hot water will be only available after 5am in the morning but luckily we got hot water at night 9pm. Toiletries was not provided.

Rooms are lit with LED lights and false ceiling but cleanliness/maintenance was very poor. Enough parking space available at the road side. You'll get tea and other small snacks from the small shop in front of the hotel. These hotels will definitely affect OYO reputation if no action taken.

We were not able to get the room which we had booked through OYO when we visited the hotel/lodge. The person sitting in the reception told us the PRICE is REVISED and we have to PAY MORE MONEY to avail the rooms (Booked 4 rooms), and they have given an offer to us that if we take 3 rooms where in 4 guests can accommodate in each room, they will give 500 discount. However, we have to pay 2-3K EXTRA to get accomodation for 12 PEOPLE.

We tried to reach OYO and it is PATHETIC, we were waiting on the road for more than an hour to contact OYO and get this resolved, but we DIDN'T GET PROPER RESPONSE FROM OYO too.

Finally, we had to visit couple of hotels/lodges to get the accomodation and after SEARCHING for an HOUR or so we got accomodation as we are 12 guests.

This is very DISAPPOINTING incident in our entire trip, we had to spend 2-3 hrs of time to GET ACCOMODATION even after we did the pre booking. If we got the rooms which ever we had booked, we could have saved 3 hrs time. I think pre booking is to avoid such situations and get the room in hassle free manner. The purpose of pre booking and OYO is NOT SERVED properly.

This is the WORST EXPERIENCE, after traveling for 12 hrs, we had to SLEEP IN THE CAR till we got the accomodation.

Hope you guys can understand the pain, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO BOOK this hotel and also DON'T USE OYO. I'm giving 1star rating to write this review, otherwise I'll give ZERO RATING or even NEGATIVE RATING.

The staff wa sveey friendly. Good rooms, cleanliness was decent but could be improved a bit. Overall a good experience at the place. We booked the rooms from oyo and got a good deal with 800 per room per night. The stay is located in the main city and a good option for someone looking for a stay with good connectivity. For those who are looking to stay away from chaos should opt for home stays away from main city.

Booked this hotel from OYO and reached hotel in night at 10-30 for check in and during check in they asked for extra money. When OYO customer care person tried to talk reception guy spoke very rude. I had to look for other hotel in night while it was raining. Reception guy is very harsh and no value for customers, they are behind money. He knew it was raining and we will be ready to pay any extra, so he was demanding for extra money.
I never suggest anyone to go there. I would give ZERO or NEGATIVE rating if possible.

Overall experience was okay, but I disliked the most is that the day we were about checkout and leave we found one bike's fuel tank empty. Vehicles are parked inside the property ground floor, no cctv cameras. Literally, after 2 kms from the hotel bike stopped and we faced problem. Had to send one of us to petrol pump to fetch fuel. Arey baba, it was full tank 13 litres. The time we came down to leave, 2 roomboys left with 2 petrol filled bottles.
This issue is gonna be on YouTube and Oyo better take action on this lodge, no wonder why rating is below 4!

Worst experience. Not recommend this OYO at chikmangalure at all. They don't care about booking in advance and tourists. Fully money minded people. They will increase the prices for tourists at last moment for extraaa money for them. I don't want to even give 1 star but to give this review posted i am giving 1 otherwise not even worth for that 1 star.

Very poor service, A C wasn't working and also power was so irregular geizer wasn't working, Bedsheets weren't clean at all, There is no fan even in reception. And there was no response from management for the complaints.

It is ok, actually the rooms are good, this is the second time, but this time they have not changed the bedsheets

Good location just beside Belur chikkamagaluru main road. Calm and peaceful. Well maintained rooms washrooms are in good condition.hot shower wardrobe armed chairs small wall attached table lcd TV etc furniture kept in the room.wall and roof decorated with good light and lamps.worth for cost and pocket friendly

Worst service the breakfast has not yet come from morning they are saying 5 min to 10 minutes it's been 10 am now no breakfast has come yet.
Worst service.lift is not working and they give the reason that no power supply in the hotel.
DNt get into this hotel it is really a worst service hotel.

The stay was very pleasant. Hotel is very good and at reasonable rate. Booked through Oyo and costed 800 per room with complementary breakfast.
Staff is very friendly and helpful and readily available at one call.
Hotel rooms are quite clean and spacious and all your problems will be resolved at one call.
Connectivity is also good. It's only 2.5 km from KSRTC Bus stand & in a good area.
Overall very good experience.

Wifi is connected but internet is not working, its located outside the city and the transport is not easy, even data services have poor connectivity here, they charge you for water, and there is no place to eat food in the lodge not restaurant or coffee shop, but good rooms

Awesome rooms and the staff are very helpful. Food they get is from a restaurant just next to the hotel. It is average. There are not hotels nearby. It's little outside the city, but a really good hotel to stay.

Although the lodge was reasonable. But there was always a power cut off. Services were really good. And the staff was very friendly and helpfull

We had a worst experience. There was not current, no water service.bed sheet and bed spread were not washed.

Hotel doesn't have breakfast place and also no tv cable.service.ac wouldn't work. Only one staff boy.don't ever book this hotel or you will remember me.or drop msg me

Great place to stay, clean rooms, friendly staff, bit far from city, if you have a bike then go for it

Only I can say is bad experience because we have to face a lot of problems in this hotel because of no wifi facilities and facing cleanliness issues and there is lot of bees and it is in remote areas of town you have to go for 2km for foods.

Room was very clean and clear and service was really good. TV and Wifi was not working but over all it was good place to stay and I really loved to stay here!

Manager is polite and fair. But No proper communication between the staffs. Complementary breakfast is too less. The room is spacious and aesthetically nice but lacks cleanliness. Bathroom was not cleaned before we arrived. Overall needs improvement.

Would definitely recommend this lodge. Its more of a hotel than a lodge anyway.

Rooms are really good here, neat and clean. Toilets are also well maintained and clean. Something that you would expect from an OYO 3 star room.

Parking issue is there, Parking is in the ground which is also a dining hall - yes you read that correct.
They have a CCTV camera here - but wait, it doesnt work.

Someone tampered with my friends bike, the front indicators were broken, when some other person tried to make space to park his/her vehicle.

The management or owner was negligent about it.

It is with marriage hall and the lodge is attached along with it. No restaurant or shops are nearby. It is located in a remote area.

Breakfast quantity is limited and less. Plates are not clean. Staff behavior is average. No proper communication between staffs themselves. Room is spacious but cleanliness is average. Manager is polite and good. Food provided is good.

Located close to railway station, it is easily accessible. Rooms and maintenance is good. Only problem is that the hotel is 2km far from the main market area. Staff is friendly. Toilets and linen are decent. Best part is that the hotel is very decently priced in all days!
