Instructor is pretty rude. She lets people drown and is not at all responsible. None of the instructor gets into the pool so they don't realize what we are doing wrong in our leg movements or hand movements.

Contacted the academy over phone to get info, he talked very rudely. Felt like I am talking to a government office.
