Completed service in September 23. Service was satisfactory, changed material was almost close to MRP price. Happy with behaviour.

This is my 3rd service from Nithya Motors, my Tata Manza car got small accident, they repaired very quickly with honest and reasonable price. Thanks to Mr Vignesh and their team for wonderful job!

I gave my car for dent repair and painting, dent was repaired still there is a little bit visible, paint job done quite good. I won’t say 100% matches but almost. Disappointing is what the car condition was, dust soiled interior no wash has been done post dent and paint. After requesting couple of time they washed outside

Delayed delivery and that too inside cleaning was not done for the car. They responded well when I complained and cleaned it up later

I have did the oil service for my car and the work is good and the timely update with images, ontime delivery are excellent.water wash alone could be better. I am satisfied with the work and I would recommend for service.

I was struggling to find a decent mechanic in Bangalore and I found this place after a search all around. These guys are very professional and listen to you very patiently and they always maintain that decorum.

I'm not too sure about the quality of work but they are good enough compared to others and will ensure that they would not rip you off your money. They are also happy to help at any point when you're facing minor issues. Vignesh and the owner are such friendly chaps and this is probably one of the only budget friendly service centres I would trust in Bangalore. I hope you guys continue maintaining these ethics! Denting and painting was cleared and it’s been 1 month, it does not have any issues, I’ll review it again if I found any shades out or color fades, though it is after a year

Excellent service from Nithiya motors people, my car (XUV 500) had some creaking noise while i steer it, I took it for inspection yesterday, within a day's work, they've found the reason and fixed it, cost is very reasonable including labour's charge, I'm very happy that I chose their service, for sure my business with these people will continue

I got my 12 years old i10 full body repainted at Nithya motors. They are well organized in terms of job progress. Their work was also neat and clean.

Good servicing team and budget freindly too.they even send pics of componenets and service to ensure the list of things being done.

Gave car for repairing dicky and bumper damage caused due to an accident. They did very good job in fixing dents and repainting. It looks normal now. Thanks a lot. But before delivering car, front windshield was damaged when they parked car outside their garage. Staff were saying that it was due to ice pellets from rain. But when I spoke with owner, he took responsibility and replaced the windshield without any trouble for me

I have been visiting here for smaller issues and so far very good experience. I like the way they attend, charge. They are very open in communication and do not charge anything if it cost them around 5 to 10 mins of work.

If you don't agree for their high quoted spare parts then your car is in trouble, don't expect originality of your car will be intact.
I denied for some of the high priced spares, after delivery I realised that my car's pick up is gone, clutch/clutch plates lost their decent functionality. Now I'm scared to drive to ghats (earlier I used the same car to travel most of the Western ghats in all the seasons). I need to either regret or visit another garage for re-service (double work, time waste and money too).

Was looking for some good service center and got to know about this. Was little hesitant to give my new vehicle for service but they did their job nicely. Giving 4 as I was not satisfied with car cleaning and of course they didn't charge for it when I mentioned the same.they should improve on that aspect. Rest all was beyond my expectations.

I got my Honda BRV serviced 2 days back, the best part what Iiked is there kindness and politeness of each of the staffs, they are knowledgeable, technically competent. What they need to improve is to list the number of points what they check in general service and a body water wash or else otherwise I recommend this place.

1. Constant touch: They will call u.and update regarding what is the status followup is very strong maitain the same
2. Unique process: Creating a wats app group with technician team & procurement team + ME to constantly update me.about where we are heading in the process of repaing the car (with photos of each step while reparing and if parts are replaced).
This gave me a peace of mind that what I looking at would be there in or on the car and also acts qs reference for next time.
3. Politeness: They are.they will explain what is wrong with any part why it has to be replaced
Example: beake shoe.they updated what is the condition.need for change.it was pratical no nonsence.

The process was neat. I gave my Honda Accord for body wash and the service was worth the money.

This multi brand service center is customer friendly. I had given by Honda city for tinkering and painting. They did it within reasonable price range and the work was very nice. Even the total servicing was very transparent and prices is competitive compared to other service centers. The owner Mr Nitya and the workshop in charge Mr Vignesh are very descent in approach and clarify everything you ask and they share each and every step of work through WhatsApp messages and snaps. I recommend this service center for others to get an trusted service for your cars.

Good in servicing. Gave my car for servicing last year and it was good. During the period I didn't face any issue. So given this time too and got a good service with reasonable price.

Seen many apps like gobumpr, pitstop etc. But After calling them i feel price is more reasonable. And free pickup and drop that made me comfortable. Ontime deliver even at weekend. Overall service on rubbing and polishing nailed it. 5 star

I had my 15 yr old Santro done up by them - they did an excellent job transforming the car to restore it like brand new. IMHO, they went a little over board, it costed me a few extra bucks, but am happy with the outcome and it was well worth the money spent. I strongly recommend these guys - Vignesh in particular is well knowledgeable and the owner Nithiya is approachable and accommodative!

Servicing is done quite well. Mechanics are well trained and experienced. My first experience at Nithya Motors was when i took my car for fixing the cooling issue of the AC on Sunday. The person who did the job was helpful and got it done perfectly in an hour.
In another occassion I took the car for oil and filter changing. I had the filters (oil, diesel and air) which i purchased by myself. Again no complaints about the job done, but they did charge Rs. 800 just for the labour, which i felt was on the higher side. But again they got the job done in 90 mts with me insisting on waiting for the job to be completed as didnt want to comeback and pick up the car even though they oferred to drop the car at my home.

First thing first- I am rating 5 for excellent service.

I am very happy with the servicing done for my Maruti Suzuki ALTO car outside the company service centre for the first time. They are process oriented. They keep you posted on service progress, pictures are shared via Whatsapp for all work being undertaken. Assessment is done whether parts are required to be changed or not, depending on the conditions rather than going only by standard mileage defined. The final outcome was that issues have been resolved which were not addressed earlier in the company service centre.

What I like:
Ample space: The service centre is spread over a large area. Enough to cater to weekend rush.
Professional staff: Prompt and attentive staff. They are welcoming. A service advisor is assigned to attend your case immediately. Very smooth process. The SA patiently listens to all the issues and starts noting and diagnosing them. So no surprises once you return after the service is done to take your car. The communication channel is open and they keep you posted on the progress and delivery time.
Customer lounge: Now a days every service centre has one and it is no big deal, I know. But it still feels good to be able to relax on a sofa and while your car is undergoing its own refresher.
