Its very worst service and taste biriyani don't buy in this hotel there is no taste at all its bad experience

Somehow my comments were not reflecting, so adding those again. The same issue has happened with me twice. Earlier I had Biryani sitting in their restaurant and I loved the same. But twice, when I got it for takeaway, I got only white rice. Second time, I had specifically reminded them of earlier experience and requested them to make sure they pack it properly. But to my disappointment, they served only white rice. Also take away quantity is quite less than what you get for dine-in. After last experience, I traveled atleast twice, but couldn't dare to step in.

Taken two fried rice chicken sezchwan and chicken fried rice both the items taste was teraible not even valuable for the price they charged

Just because it was niyaaz we ordered biryani. It was tasteless biryani. Raita served was also tasteless. Not worth.

Worst branch among all the niyaz hotel chains. Biryani was like plain rice. Rice was not properly coocked. Was very much disappointed

Tried Chicken Dum Biryani today evening. It was freshly cooked. Quality was very good and quantity was also more than sufficient for one person. Basmati rice was cooked to perfection. Biryani wasn't spicy but very flavourful.
8/Sep/22: Today ordered Kushka as take away. Confirmed with them that it would be a Chicken Biryani without Chicken pieces, they even said you may get small chicken pieces which I was okay. But I was surprised to find only white rice literally without any Masala foget about chicken pieces. I believe I was served white Biryani rice. Reducing 5 star to 3. Quality and service need to be consistent.

Worst food in niyaaz railway station branch. They give white rice in the name of biryani or kushka. Never expected this from niyaaz group

Excellent veg biryani, at a reasonable price & good quantity, wud suggest travellers passing belgaum the best belgaum can offer.

I have ordered food from train Swarna jayanti exp biryani 8 and kabab 3 the whole kabab I got was old stock of chicken kabab.
By trusting on you people we give order and you people do this type of things shame on you being a brand u serve this type of food.

After contacting them hotel person is telling we will refund you payment.

Paise ka.thoos kisko dikhate ho khane ke baad kuch health upset hogayi toh koun dekhegaa.

The worst service ever. Food quality very low and taste completely changed. 1 years I had given 5star ratings but my previous visit had worst service n tasteless food. Never am gonna visit it.

Ordered from train today while crossing the belgavi station. Ordered for chicken briyani and its really worth for everg single penny. Charged Rs 160 and its really worth. Good aroma and rich flavored rice. Amazing presentation and delivery of the food at my seat. I would again try for sure. The briyani is one of the kind. Great and would try other menus next time

Awful service and food quality has dropped below average. Ordered paneer satey and shawarma. Satey was too spicy and shawarma had onions in it. I'm allergic to raw onions. When I asked him to change the dishes, the waiter upright say its aapne jhoota kar diya I can't change when all I had done was open the butter paper on the shawarma. Hen I told him we've eaten before and there were no onions so I did not mention it while ordering. To that he says the recipe keeps changing. No wonder with the changing recipes the taste has gone down the drain.very disappointed.will never visit Niyaz again.it was nostalgia for me.thank you for ruining it with your arrogant staff. Abrar was the one who served us. I mean if there are no customers who will u show ur arrogance to and how on earth is gonna pay you.

Staff behaviour is not upto mark. They treat customers as if they are a burden to them. Should improve on there customer care and should have food items available as mentioned on the menu. Very poor show. Disappointed. Would advise to avoid going there to anyone.

This restaurant has a very fast service but the food is not cook here. Good for people who are travelling through Belgaum and don't have enough time to roam around can order before reaching Belgaum railway station and can test the famous welcome biryani from niyaaz.

What is the point of providing the phone number when no one picks it up. Was trying since 6+ hrs just to get it ordered as train has a stoppage of only 5 mins there. Please provide a correct contact number as I am a big fan of your biryani

The owner is polite. The waiters are cordial and efficient, kitchen and dining area is neat and tidy, above all food is fresh and testy.

Its better to eat in the restaurant but NEVER TAKE PARCEL as you may be travelling in hurry. The parcel may not guarantee you the good quality food. As I have ordered a chicken dum biriyani and what I got is just the KUSHKA (biriyani rice).

Chicken fried rice- well tossed rice with good cooked chicken. Quantity & quality is more than we pay for.

Lovely biryani made with Belgaum basmati rice. They even pack it up in special packing for travel.

Very tasty biryani is available here. I request you to open ur hotel little early at 10.30 am atleast on Sunday so that we can take parcel for our happy journey
