Very poor and very dirty rooms and bathroom worst then public bathroom

Can i get a porter upon check in? - no
can i get a blanket? - no
can i get hot water for bathing? - no
can i get room service? - no
worst experience ever. Room are very dirty, small and stinking.lots of mosquitoes won't let u sleep.public toilets are better than the one inside the room.stafs are very arrogant and rude.
