Amazing people, Excellent service.

This is the 3rd time we are visiting NM Medicals for annual health checkup. It is very friendly and efficient process.

Every one (around 11 to 12 people) we have interacted in the whole process right from reception, technicians, support staffs, and doctors were very polite snd friendly. They are very accommodating and helpful. Reports are also accurate and consistent.

I am writing this length as we need to appreciate the genuine effort / people which is very rare commodity nowadays.

Avoid if you can. I went for corporate health package here.
Quality of service degraded badly.

No breakfast included in the package.
Paid parking Rs. 40 per hour for car.

And look at the condition of blood test done.
First time in my life someone pricked and did this to my blood viens.

Very good organised for health check up.fast and smoothly my parents health check went. All staffs were very good.

Went for corporate health checkup from Cisco. Kept standing in the reception for 10 mins, the person at the reception Mohan didn't respond at all. After 10 mins when I asked for my appointment, he rudely asked me to sit and wait for my turn. Attitude of the center is very bad for corporate health checkups as they're getting customers anyways from the company and doesn't treat very badly. One set of lab professionals comes late by around 10: 30 AM and even if you complete other tests before that, you'll have to keep waiting and get rude response if you check at what time the next test will be. Better to avoid this center for corporate health checks

The location is very good as it's at Domlur and nearest to Manipal hospital. As of now, the service is good. The doctors as well as nurses were organised and calm even with crowd.

Well maintained helath centre. Professional staff with kind behaviour employees are polite.

Doctors are very good. Staffs are humble and the place is very neat and clean. It was a satisfying experience and excellent service.

The service is good with good quality doctors, staff are helpful, and center is clean. Now that more doctors are available with specialists, it makes it easier for all.

Unique ambience, great staff and accurate results. Now they have OPDs also in multiple specialities due to the tie up with RxDx

Today i visited the hospital it is located at prime location but there is no hoarding so you need to caution looking towards you left while you are visiting for the first time.
No parking facility available you need to pay and park bike -10₹/hr
Staff behaviour is good and guide properly.
Properly maintained place
Only one star minus they will not say when the test process is completed you need to as them otherwise you will be seating whole day.
As a hospital there should be parking facility should be there

Been visiting for last few years for corporate health checkup. Over the years understood that this is 'okay' only for that part. Paid health checkups are not worth. Even adding extra things over the corporate health checkup such as a paid USG isn't worth it.

I still might come for annual corporate health checkup. But I, definitely, won't take any of the paid services.

Reasons:
1. The radiologists are carefree and do not really put the effort to look in detail. Ofcourse, they don't have a patient to lose.
2. X-Ray services aren't upto the necessary mark and I was hardly ever able to avail all necessary diagnostics around the same.
3. And I do resonate with others saying that the order of entry is not guaranteed.

Very good place for complete check for family. Reports also same day early. It's recommended place.

Me and my wife visited there for health checkup today. Well coordinated efforts from staff helped in timely completion of all the tests. Well maintained place with good ambience and location. Overall, good experience. Highly recommended as machines and professionals are good.

Coming here atleast once a year since the past 15 years as part of annual health check, service has been satisfactory. Every year i think i should pick another diagnostic centre but eventually end up here since it is walkable from office. I guess this is my last visit here, their service has gone bad

Rushed all tests. Just tried to get over with all tests quickly. Skipped 1-2 tests saying its not required. Wont ever recommend this to anyone.

Most worst diagnosis center.they don’t even have anyone for consultation.kindly remove NM medical from the list from health checkup list.

Worst health checkup ever. Went for sponsored checkup via company. They hurried all tests. No doctor consultation. Skipped 2-3 of my tests saying its not required.

Waste of money, waste of time, they will not do complete health checkup of we take package only half of the test they will do waste of money.

Not sure why corporate offices are choosing NM medial.no proper response and very delay service.will "NOT" suggest at all for personal heath checkup.if you go with corporate then they will not be any delay.personal thing better not to go.however it's cost expensive as well.

Medical staff is good, but the workers are very very rude, very bad experience in that. One lady worker behaves very rudely.

Really bad place for health check. They are always oversubscribed. Person who is managing the floor is also not following particular order.

I won’t recommend this place for health check.

My daughter had a bad experience last Saturday. The attendants, lab technicians and doctors were unkind and unprofessional. They were unnecessarily rude. She was undergoing routine tests and the whole fiasco took more than 5 hours. I don't recommend using this place at all.

No comments on the place it is good. But, they definitely need to change the FRONT OFFICE LADY. Customer handling is very important which she DONT KNOW anything about it.
She was damn rude on people. Infact she was literally shouting on some customers. Those ppl looks lik they are from village but that doesn’t mean that she has to be rude on them

Worst place to visit, rude & arrogant behavior by the front office staff.
Request management to wake up & hire qualified people & give proper training to the staff on customer handling.

Receptionist is very rude. If you will ask 2-3 questions she will get irritate. Instead of smiling and greeting, she will make you to go from there.

Sophisticated diagnostic centre.well equipped.well maintained.good treatment. Good Doctor- Patient relationship is maintained. Clean and hygienic place to get diagnosis.

The timings are wrong I went at 5: 30 PM today they said it is closed for the day when I ask the person who is in reception told me that it will be closed by 5: 30 PM every day

Worst Experience. Wasting lot to time simply making us sit there. And the reason will be that there are more people before us which will not be actual reason. Reason is one technision or doctor takes the same test SONOGRAPHY AND ECHO. So so so so delay. 4 Hours for two test SONOGRAPHY AND ECHO.

This month i was planning to have complete health checkup in NM Medical but after reading reviews, i must think i need to change the idea.

Very professional and tests are done in well organized manner without wasting time! Experienced staff!
