Good care from doctors and staff, given information when asked but rates are high comparatively

I have admitted my daughter for fever, i had food from hospital canteen which they giving for patients also.food is more spicy and oily, because of that I had Sevier gastric.

High risk pregnancy @ 41 years - experience with North Bangalore Hospital was flawless and fantastic.

Gynaecologist Dr. Pratibha who did the emergency c-section at early hours in the morning was calm and composed. She did not once make me feel nervous about the procedure. Am thankful to her for the timely action which helped save me and my baby in the emergency.

Post operation recovery was very easy due to gynac Dr. Prathiba explaining every aspect of what needs to be looked into for quick recovery.

She is very knowledgeable and practical about her job, extremely sensitive of her patients emotions (if your curious about anything don’t hesitate to ask as she will give you the most practical and true information) and road to recovery is a breeze.

The anaesthesia Dr. Nagraj (Dr. Prathiba husband) extremely skilled at his job. The anaesthesia given was so smooth and hardly felt the pricking. I have no backache or any other complication which most women complain of after c-section.

Wonderful experience at North Bangalore Hospital and I look forward to my visit to meet Dr. Prathiba. I will recommend Dr. Prathiba to everyone who needs gynaecologist.

I am a patient attendant got my dad to hospital once during the covid wave blessed to having known this place it's the best hospital and yes best means humanity still is visible around Dr Kavita mam the owner of this institute herself is an example of humanity help and service seldom we find such DOCTOR (leader) these days. Thankyou is not enough to show gratitude to madam it's jus God Bless u mam.

Terrible, Pathetic Experience. I wish I could give negative stars.
Don't ever consult Dr. Vinayaraj Orthopaedic doctor.
I visited North Bangalore Hospital on Dec 22. My daughter 2 years 8 months old fell from stairs and we visited emergency ward. In emergency ward incharge Brother was busy in playing mobile games. He was moving slowly to call doctor.
After Xray was taken Orthopaedic Dr. Vinayaraj M Kelagadi visited us and put Hip spica plaster improperly. No facility to use diaper. In 10 days that plaster was damaged. Then for second we went to him he suggested to put harder material. We paid him money for the bandage directly to him.he took money from us for 4 bandages but used only 3. Never returned change.
On top of he had put the bandage so tightly. Due to pressure her whole thigh got wounded. Skin sores and bleeding. We didn't know until my daughter started crying continuously whole night. Next day we went to him and he removed plaster. While removing he even injured her with scissors. But he was it's not him who injured her but the plaster was attached to skin. He complained that since spica table is not there he couldn't put properly. Worst to be a doctor who give excuses like this after hurting a kid. Later I visited Paediatric Orthopaedic in a different hospital. There they have put bandage properly.
Dr. Vinayaraj could have suggested or referred us to different hospital when he is not capable of treating a kid or doesn't not how to put bandage.
Because of him my daughter suffered a lot of pain. Worst experience. Worst to say a doctor is this much money minded.
Even after paying money also we are offered worst treatment.

My wife Rajeswari. B was admitted in North Bangalore Hospital on 24th January for the treatment of LRTI. Dr. P. Kavitha has treated her & my wife got cured in 3 days and got discharged on 26th. We are very happy about the treatment & excellent service provided by the staff. Hospital rooms very clean & hygienic. Food provided by the canteen was very good. We are very happy & thankful to Dr. Kavitha & her team for the timely diagnosis & treatment.

The worst experience I had because the nurses were too rude behaviour with patients and when they said me around 50k for normal delivery but they made it around 1lakh even the room also not proper the washroom was too bad. They have charged for every thing even for mopping the floor

Dr vinay Raj is very experienced and patient oriented doctor.

Worst experience with Billing and admin department, Doctor visited 4 times they billed for 6 times, when I ask for Discharge summary no one is telling anything about discharge summary, they only focused on money. Just pay and go.
When I force they are telling come after 5 days, irresponsible staff. When I ask for doctor number we don't know, we don't give.

I see doctors of different opinions see a single patient which confuses. 2nd thing is there are few staffs including housekeeping who are sick!

Worst experience. We got appointment over phone to meet Dr. Vinayraj at 11am. They made us wait for 2.5 hours (11am - 12: 45pm) toggling us b/w OPD & causality. Dr. Vinayraj knew patient is waiting. We were sitting just in front of him even then no response. My 72years old dad, on wheelchair with facture in his leg suffered like anything. None of the staff members have proper information. After making us wait for such long, someone is telling Dr Vinay left hospital to pick his kids from school n might come back in 10mins. Even after that we waited for 30mins and came back home. If you cannot attend the patient, inform it. We will find other place to get treated. Why this irresponsibility and illtreatment?

Very bad service, no maintainence of room, ac and plug points not working. We have to go and call nurses to change glucose bottle, at the time of discharge to create bill took 6 hrs, dont come near hospital
