Very good for the first visit with Dr Mahesh korgol and all nova staff also given good service

One of the worst clinics I have known. If you are a women over 35 please spare yourself and don’t go to this clinic. They will age shame you and make you feel terrible.
Please know that couples who come for ivf have tried everything before they knock your door. Don’t shame them and put blame on them. Don’t moral police them on when to have a child.

Pros of the clinic:
1. The Counsellor sowmya is good. She tries to answer WhatsApp message etc and is efficient.
2. The staff is good and they try to help patients.

Cons:

1. Dr Magesh spends an average of 10 secs in follicular scan. I repeated my follicle scan in 2 different clinics and my count was almost triple. He doesn’t talk about how many follicles he saw etc. He writes it in a sheet and just writes injection dosages. Incorrect follicular scan, I had triple the number of follicles the very next cycle.

2. He spends less than 5 mins talking to you during your day 2, day 7 and day 9 appointments. During my ivf he has spent less than 15 mins talking

3. Doesn’t value patients time. Average wait time is 1.5 hours. I had an appointment at 8 am and he turns up at 9: 30 to the clinic from home. On the contrary Dr Santosh of the same clinic came at 8 am on Sunday and finished her appointments by 9 and left.

4. Doesn’t spend time explaining the ivf protocol and why he is choosing the protocol for you. If you asks questions he will scare you and put blame on the patient. Incapable of handling tough cases.

5. We came from electronic city to kormangala to get injections everyday. Such a waste of time. Ivf injections are pretty common and ppl take it themselves most of the time. He scares you that ppl that it’s better to take here. I even requested that I will go to a nova facility near my home, he said that they will also mess up.

6. Is not emphatic to women. Uses harsh language and pushes you to ivf. I have cried each time I have come out of scan.

7. My day 2 FSH reported by nova was 18. No Doctor proceeds with an ivf cycle with such value without consulting with patients. I got to know this value after my ivf failure. This is medical negligence. Also I retested my FSH in 2 different clinics and value was 7.5 which is a normal value. Have consulted 3 ivf doctors and they said FSH cannot vary so much in one cycle.

Please reach out to my personally and I can share more details on my experience. I am uncomfortable sharing my name here because of so many wrong lab reports and scan results. I wanted patients to know what I faced.

They are bunch of cheater. My sincere advise to customers not to get mislead by the advertisement of NOVA. Be careful on the finance part which they explain for trapping to the customer. Once emotional and desperate parents are trapped, the hidden charges will come in picture. We are one of the victims of their fraudulent game plan.
