Came for my 12.30 appointment and doc apurva is not in… highly unprofessional service … one changes their entire schedule for an appointment and these guys don’t even have courtesy to let me know that appointment is cancelled.problems with big hospitals

I had visited Nova IVF centre kalyan nagar (bangalore) with my husband. After many normal tries and unsuccessful IUI at INDIRA IVF we were about to lose our hope of getting parents. Then we meet Dr. Apurva satish amarnath, she is incredible. She had taken a great care of my treatment, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. She immediately made us feel very comfortable and it felt as if she had been my doctor for years. Dr. Apurva satish Amarnath is an Angel. I tell you she has blessed hands and she knows exactly what she’s doing-she is very very good. It is rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. She followed every little detail and make sure every thing is perfect before the transfer which has increase the success of the transfer and now I finally get pregnant with only first try and that to twins. Nova clinic is definitely a well managed place. It's extremely clean, staff are well co-ordinated and polite and procedure rooms are spic and span. Dr Apurva is very knowledgeable and that can be seen through her calm yet effective approach. She is right on the point when it comes to conveying the messages and explaining the issue clearly. The staff put you into ease at once and are very easy to interact with for any queries, appointments, etc. The sisters are respectful, friendly and very helpful and ensure you get the help required. Overall I was really happy with the experience and specifically admire how well the place is managed and co-ordinated.
