After my first Study permit visa refusal, I was hopeless and asked a few other consultancies for reapplying study visa again they were saying to me " You won't get a visa and there will be fewer chances of getting a visa after one refusal".

Later, I found out about Novus Immigration Service through Internet and met Idris (Sr Business consultant). He gave me confidence and explained the visa application process, the quality checks of documentation are done by the immigration lawyer and their team and said to reapply visa again.
But, Unfortunately, my visa got rejected for a second time. Even though all documents were proper and SOP was good enough my visa got refused, sometimes visa decision depends on the visa officer (IRCC).
After this, I still believed in myself and had hope in Novus for their work and we reapplied again with fewer changes in SOP.

We took novus immigration services for canada pr process. They made all fake promises. Lost around 1.5 Lakhs. We waited for 2 years but nothing happened. Now I understood that all reviews you see here are fake. Novus opened a branch in chennai suddenly they got 5 * with the span of 1 month. I dont think anyone would genuine ly rate by 1 month. The visa process take months of time.

They are just sitting and collecting money from people on the basis of FAKE PROMISES. I was promised 1.5 years ago that I will receive my ITA in 7 MONTHS by Mr Shankar! After making a payment of around 70-75k, I have not spoken to him even once. He doesn't answer calls, doesn't respond to messages. And Ms. Lalithya is another person who will call you to troubleshoot instead of Shankar. They will verbally give you assurance but nothing after that. It's all a money making business. It has been more than 2 weeks since my application has expired, they have not even refiled for me. After escalating on email and not getting anything other than an apology in reply, I'm not sure what to do. My money is gone. And I didn't even get my PR.
