My son was operated for right kidney pyleoplasty when he was just a year old. I have been visiting NU hospital past 2.5 years. The services provided here are par excellence right from diagnosis to post operation followup. The staff services here is wonderfully excellent. I am very happy and satisfied with the treatment done here for my child.

Dr. Dilip Rangarajan is senior most nephrologist and also Dr. Venkatesh Krishnamoorthy the Urologist are the doctors whom I have been visiting for past 30 years and they are the most wonferful and excellent doctors I have ever seen. I was first consulting Dr. Venkatesh Krishnamoorthy for my urological problems who was my life giving father and next was directed to Dr. Dilip Rangarajan for further nephrological investigations. Sir is one of the best nephrologist in the hospital who is very very experienced and has become part of my life. My sincere and heartful thanks to both the doctors for giving me a healthy life till date

This hospital is worst. My father was admitted for rising creatinine level. We had our first appointment with Dr Dilip Rangarajan. We had to wait for 2 hours despite having appointment and the Dr was extremely rude and insensitive. However we got my father admitted due to lack of time to find another hospital.partially because the doctor made it seem it was very serious. My dad was admitted for 3 days and Dr Dilip rangarajan didn't even visit after the day of admission. The staffs at the billing section are the worst. They tortured us to buy their health card telling we ll get discount however in the final bill they didn't give us any discount.when asked they said i should have mentioned.like seriously? These were d same people who gave the card. After the discharge also they made us come for follow up every week prescribing so many test but they would be least bothered to look into the test. The doctors (Dr ramprasad and Dr ramakrishnan) are very insensitive and they said we need to start dialysis for a creatinine level of 3.5.by god's grace we didnt go by their suggestion. They are just focused on money. We were going fr follow ups for a month. But fortunately we realised these people are just scamming and changed the doctor. Now my dad is healthy and getting treated by another specialist in vijaynagar. Apparently the problem is not as severe as these people portrayed. Now we go fr consultation once in 4 months and my father is healthy and his overall health is also improving.overall it's a worst which I try to forget. They overcomplicate things to instill fear in us.so we would be coming for infinite follow ups. I wouldn't refer this hospital even to my enemy

This was my first visit to this hospital. I had a good experience. The doctor patiently listened all my queries and prescribed accordingly. The staffs were very friendly. Mr Dhananajaya handled all my queries patiently.

I had my consultation with urologists Dr. Maneesh sinha sir and Dr. Kumar prabhu sir who were very caring and gives suggestions about every single aspect.treatment was very good.now I'm very fine.

I had Renal Calculus measuring 6.6mm and the treatment adviced is just to keep healthy diet and maintain healthy weight By Dr. Vinod Kumar P for this issue. And no suggestions for laser treatment or any type of surgery.

Had very insightful conversation with the Doctor. And the Staff and other allied services are very good and approachable.

But disappointed with the cashier who seats in Follow up patients desk. The behaviour is not pleasing compared to other staff.

For my business I use to travel many places and doing dialysis in different location maximum charge after all test and dialysis not more then 7 thousand RS, but I was shocked NU asked 8500 for dialysis and other 8000 for testing.
That's mean I have to pay 16500 for a single dialysis.

Highly incompetent arrangements for Covid vaccination. People are made to sit all over the place, zero social distancing, non existent queue management, confused staff, printers not working, patients made to run around for bill print outs, queues go for a toss. I had lingering UTI and urinary urgency in the past month which was worrisome and frustrating. A friend of mine suggested me to Nu Hospital, Padmanabnagar whereas I reside at cox town. I took an appointment with Dr Venkatesh Krishnamoorthy. Believe me, his cabin is set in an quaint, serene atmosphere and how much ever tensed you are, half of it is gone when you step into this cabin and meet Dr VK who is always in zen mode. He makes you feel comfortable and addresses all your issues patiently. He does not rush through your time. He gives a patient hearing with his cool demeanour. I felt very comfortable after my appointment with him. Kudos to the other staff too. The other staff members too are alert and are very good at their craft. Dr. Vinodh Sir & Dr. Vinay Sir are very experienced surgeons & have a clean hand. They hear & explain well & are good to talk to. The post surgery recovery team (Urinate surgery - Team) is also very professional & helped my brother gain confidence to walk on the 2nd day of him Urinate surgery. They're good with patients & explain each step very nicely. The canteen team is also very supportive & caring. They immediately respond to the patients demands & provide quick service. The quality of food is also nice & they offer nice variety of food. The House Keeping & Thanks for caring to patients.
