The best hospital i have ever visited in india so far. The staffs are very friendly and caring. Here doctor’s are superb and kind. Dr. Pramod is very cool guy. He explain very well everythings. And the staff krithika is very welcoming and kind person. Always meet with a smile. All other staff also always shows a smily and friendly face. The hospital is very clean and the rooms are neat and clean also equipped with everything that we need. All the nurses are very nice and friendly. In all this is the great best hospital. About this hospital i will say this is a really good hospital that i would recommend. The services and the treatments are very good. And one the best thing is about fast responses. It is one of most important thing that patient needs. Specially MRS. CHETHANA for awesome support. She did a great job. I would like to thank her for that hard working. Pathetic staff behaviour. Initially they will tell 2 consultations for 800, but be charged twice for this.
No hardcopy of imaging scans are given. Consultation & Report will be shared post several follow-up & demand.
They will make patients to run between counters to pass messages with other staff, though they have intercom and get clarified directly themselves.
NU staff 1st learn to treat patients as Humans.

Other cons:
No parking facility. During registration get bugged by affordplan team who ask your Aadhar details and mobile otp credentials.

I am very thankful to this hospital for curing my health problem with skillful treatment. I really appreciate all the doctors, nursing staff and all the other staff for their commitment. I was very happy with the hospital's treatment and services. Which has given to me is of no words. I would definitely recommend this hospital to all my friends and family.

NU is the best urology hospital in Bangloor and well experienced doctors are available.

They will take care each and every thing very clearly but expensive for poor people's and well hospitality services as they are doing!

We had an amazing experience at NU hospital (west) Bangalore. Hospital staff and doctors are very friendly and kind. Specially CHETHANA Doctors, laboratory staffs, front office staffs to cleaning staffs made us feel welcome.especially Doctors made sure that we understood every procedure they are going to do before they do it and explained everything till we understand.

We visited for urinary retention issues for my father. Doctor Prasanna is amazing, explains things very clearly, not rushing to any surgery, slow and steady. He treated my father for his urinary retention and his steady clear approach made my father to come out of the issue without surgery. Definitely recommend Dr. Prasanna Venkatesh.

This is a big fraud hospital. Don't get cheated by their fake advises. They just loot ur hard earned money.

I am under the treatment of Dr. Krishna Prasad. T for Prostate problem-BPH and of Dr. Padmanabhan for Kidney problem at NU hospital Rajaji nagar, from 2019. Both the doctors are highly professional and treat patients with utmost care and compassion. Their guidance is excellent. I underwent TURP surgery on 15-06-2021 at NU hospital Rajajinagar. It was performed by Dr. Krishna Prasad and his team consisting of Dr. Imran Khan, Dr. Pramod, Dr. Kamal, supportive doctors and nurses. The entire team is par excellence. I am fortunate to be under the treatment of Dr. Krishna Prasad who did more than what an urologist is expected to do for me in various aspects other than
surgery and treatment. The nursing staff and the supportive staff at the ICU and the 3 rd floor where I was recovering were all very kind and professional which was responsible for my quick recovery.special mention to be made of sister smt. This is our 3Rd time in nu hospital.there's no even a change on Awesome service from all the staffs at the Hospital. Especially the assistant staff CHETHANA. The staffs assisted in all matters related to the stay and were very helpful during the entire medical trip.
For a 7month baby they helped for us for every matter and every single problem from Start to the End. All the staffs from top to bottom were very courteous, professional and friendly. Doctors make sure that we understood the whole procedure of the treatment. Especially your doctor PRASANNA VENKATESH M K helped we don't forget even though we are not in India. He helped and explained anything we ask or any questions. The nurses were very responsive, attentive and friendly. Our first time visit to NU hospitals (west) has been a wonderful experience. They have very professional team of doctors. Dr Prasanna Venkatesh had been a wonderful doctor who took his time to take care of my son's health condition.

Hospitality provided by the staff - Nurses, housekeeping gents and ladies, canteen employees - was excellent.
Especially, the admin/coordinator Ms. Chethana is commendable. Whenever and however, she made sure all our requests were fulfilled despite the workload she is required to handle throughout the day.

We are first timers at NU hospital and were amazed at the high standards of service provided by the doctors and support staff.
We had taken the service of Dr Ashwini from Fertility department. The doctor provided great assistance through out the treatment and was very patient while explaining and trying to help us understand. She is very calm and this helps the patient also to be positive.
We had success with the first attempt of IVF treatment and we are very greatful to the doctor for this. The support staff are all very good and professional in nature. The support staff especially Rejetha and Devika from Fertility department were of great assistance and help all throughout our multiple appointments.
I would recommend Dr Ashwini for her super professional attitude and positive outcome in the very first attempt. And would also like to bring it to the notice of management that doctors like (Dr Ashwini) and support staff like (Rejetha and Devika) are an assest to the hospital for their excellent services to the patients.

Worst experience. Went there for covid vaccination and they made us wait for more than 3 hours. Very unorganized and rude staff.

No proper schedule for vaccination. We have come on scheduled time for vaccination, but have to wait for hours to get vaccinated. No proper co-ordination

My vaccination experience was horrible. They are highly unorganized. Had to wait for nearly 3 hours. Even a free bbmp vaccine camp would have been good comparatively. There was no social distancing nor any covid appropriate behaviour in the hospital. I would suggest not to take elderly people to the hospital because they are highly vulnerable to such atmosphere.

I got my first dosage of vaccine, ambiance was very good, hospitality was good, there was no much crowd in the hospital, everything was very systematically done. I had a very good experience.

I got to meet Mr. Subramanya, who guided us and was with us till we get our vaccine done, very helpful and good person, thank u for the support, guidance and time.

The hospital is very neat and clean.
The Staff is excellent very kind and cooperative.
