Excellent service. Very professional staff & very courteous. Dr. Latika is very caring & explains the clinical picture very well!

They hype about their AI capability, which is just about OK.
But their CRM system is a disaster. They keep calling you every week to come back for the 5th time. Even when you tell them you are no longer interested to go back.
Hence this post. To make sure they get me out of there system.

Went based on a recommendation from a friend and I would give it a 5 star experience. My appointment was at 9 and I didn’t even wait a minute before during or after each test. Everything was well coordinated, well timed and the staff were curtious, precise and provided great service. The physician at the end was very friendly and explained everything very well. The AI based tests are easy to do and the reports come very quickly. So overall a very good preventive health check which is very well managed.

Good ambience.people are co-operative n very caring. I went for a healthy heart package costed 9k which is not worth. The scan only shows the calcium deposit in the heart. It does not show if there are any blockages. The doctor is not so well versed. Suggest not to in for this scan. U can rather go in for a CT angio
in any other lab wherein all.parameters are covered.
The money was wasted by me. Had i known this, would not have opted

Out of curiosity and wanting to know how exactly AI helps in the interpretation, I came in to do the tests. High tech and high end state of the art facility for a preventive health screening center. The heart calcium scoring really helped me as I could visit the cardiologist in time. Keep up the great work!

Truly a 5 star service - I recently visited Nura and was extremely impressed with overall experience from start to end. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. The facility was clean, well-maintained and equipped with the latest technology. The health check-up package was comprehensive and included a thorough examination, blood tests, full CT Scan, and various screenings. I appreciated the detailed explanations and recommendations provided by the doctor and the reports were easy to understand. All in all it took me 90mins.

Well, the screening process doesn't cover all your vitals BUT does a non invasive top level screening of most big issues. The place is superb and in the heart of Bangalore, Indira Nagar. The process is very methodical and you are guided by a dedicated person. Slightly pricey but may be well worth once in two years.

Had a wonderful experience at NURA. Testing, reporting & consultation completed within 1.5 hours! Would recommend this program to stay on top of one’s own body/health & make timely adjustments to prevent disease or manage existing conditions better.

I was anxious while walking in but NURA doctors were very helpful in explaining what tests would be done, how they assess health of different body organs etc. Within approx. 1 hr - blood tests, dental, eye, bone, CT of internal organs were completed. Physician was very calming & explained the risk factors present in my body which can lead to diseases in the future. Also suggested how to rectify them through exercise, medications, lifestyle changes, etc. Finally, nutritionist suggested how to improve my diet and food habits. All included in the package.
Suggestions for NURA:
1. For the comprehensive full body check-up, would be good to cover more body parts/organs at this price.
2. Have more customized/smaller packages based on specific concerns of the individual (Ex: Cancer, Heart, Brain etc.)
3. Mobile app with add-on packages to send daily reminders for suggested changes ex: daily walking, water intake, timely meals etc.

Best experience that I had of a Medical Facility. The staff was very cordial and guided me through the entire process. The way the doctor explain the results was one of the best experiences I had till date. Hats off to the entire Nura Team. I hope they soon bring the Nutritionist on board.

The health screening process overall is smooth once you get your appointment. It takes around 2 hours and you get a very detailed assessment.

My biggest challenge was to get an appointment. I tried their web site for registration and received an email saying that they will get back, which never happened. Reaching them on phone was also painfull (tried over 10 times). On WhatsApp I was asked to share details, but never got an SMS confirmation (which it seems is the process). Except this issue everything else was smooth. I would have liked them to include a ultrasound scan as well

Good screening technology but not worth the hype. Accessing reports will take multiple calls and staff is average.

Fast. Extremely efficient & perhaps the best here in India. I have done a lot of medicals before, by far this is the best.

What I liked is the nature of tests as they use modern equipment and the staff who helps while taking the tests was very helpful.

Concerns:
- For booking personal details was shared over WhatsApp! I came to realize that it is a personal number of someone at the office this isn't a great from privacy aspect and in India hardly does these matter! So can't complain much. Even after sharing the details the booking wasn't done properly and we'd to spend time filling up the details once again after reaching the place. The place get crowed pretty soon as there is limited area for waiting and they take bookings a little more than what they can accomodate.

- After the tests, we had to wait a long time to get the inhouse consultation. The consultation doctor was rushing through and felt she is repeating what she has learned over a time. I felt instead of consulting the doctor they could have written the content and shared with us. There was not personal result evaluation considered i felt.

- We didn't get a lot of test results after 3-4 hours. So we left and the results was supposed to be sent via online. But even after 1-2days I didn't find the results. So we kept waiting.

- There is a fit kit that they give for fecal collection this is asked to be done from home but there was no follow-up and the before even taking the fit kit samples the printout of the reports came to home. I felt it is a waste of resources to send the printout rather making it online would have saved many paper resources.

- To book fit kit collection they books some porter service and those guys won't pick the samples if it is more that 10kms. The follow-up of the entire process is put to the patient and Nura doesn't do much.

Really got disappointed without stool collection they sending the hardcopy report.

Got a preventive test for my entire family! The level of detailing they give on every vital signals of your body is amazing. More people have to get access to this.

I had my checkup done today 7th Jan 2022. I was initially sceptical to the checkup services mentioned in the brochure since my FIL mentioned his experience was not worthy for the price tag of 15k. However, I found the services worthy of every penny. They have used tech and related machines to the best if it's ability. Its not for the everyday walkins health centre but a little more for people who are in leadership positions. I highly recommended people above 35 upto 55 visit the health centre for prevention assessment. The hospitality is 5 as well the aesthetics of the centre is well balanced (more closely Japanese kind of designs). There are a few and minor imperfections such as cupboards slightly damaged but i would not remove a star based on this. They would provide the Japanese kind of patient dress kit and the whole process would take close to 1hr 45 mins for men and a little more than 2hrs and 45 mins for women (since they had additional checks). With this pandemic, I believe such screenings are quite important for leaders above 35. The parking could be a hassle since only 4 cars could park at the entrance and rest I believe can be accomodated on a service road beside the centre.

Very good experience. Never felt like we underwent health screening. All the staff and doctors are very welcoming and helping you have a wonderful experience. Wish Nura opens up several branches soon across the country.

This is the most comprehensive screening I’ve ever gone through till date! The equipments used here are latest and hence the reports are super quick. The overall service is top notch and the technicians clearly explain the procedures (like BMI, Oral Check, CT, Bone Density) before doing it. The in house doctor meets at the last and explains the results of the test. The facility is located in the main road and enough parking space is available.

It would be good if they can add vitamin test, thyroid and harmone testing in the package. Most of the women would benefit from this.

I had done the screening for my mom and I. Overall a very pleasant experience. The staffs were very friendly, kind and knowledgeable. They explained every step throughout the process. For my mom, it took 2.15 hours to complete the screening and consultation took 15 more min. And for me, both screening and consultation took only 1.30 hours. Highly satisfied with the service. And I never seen a place this neat and quick anywhere else. Surely recommend this place.

NURA is a unique concept, wonderful experience. Their approach is forward looking.
